一體化凈水器在煤礦水處理中的應用

礦(kuang)井(jing)水(shui)是(shi)在煤炭(tan)開(kai)采過程中排(pai)出的大量(liang)礦(kuang)井(jing)涌水(shui), 山(shan)西古交屯蘭礦(kuang)的井(jing)水(shui)水(shui)質特征(zheng)屬于含懸(xuan)浮(fu)物(wu)礦(kuang)井(jing)水(shui), 主(zhu)要污(wu)染物(wu)為煤粒、煤粉(fen)、巖(yan)(yan)粒、巖(yan)(yan)粉(fen)等懸(xuan)浮(fu)物(wu), 呈灰(hui)黑色, 渾濁度較(jiao)高, 并且(qie)細菌含量(liang)較(jiao)多。

西山古交給排水公司凈化水廠承擔著為屯蘭礦處理礦井水的任務, 日處理水量為5000t。核心處理設備為兩臺處理能力為150m3/h 的2001- 150 型一體(ti)化凈水器。其主(zhu)要工藝為(wei):

屯(tun)(tun)蘭礦的井下(xia)污水(shui)通過該(gai)凈水(shui)器的處理(li)后, 出水(shui)水(shui)質可達到國家一級排放標準, 處理(li)后清水(shui)供(gong)屯(tun)(tun)蘭礦作為井下(xia)生(sheng)產(chan)用(yong)水(shui)、綠化及沖洗公共(gong)場所(suo)用(yong)水(shui)。處理(li)過程中產(chan)生(sheng)的煤泥通過煤泥泵輸(shu)送(song)至屯(tun)(tun)蘭選煤廠, 壓濾(lv)脫水(shui)后, 供(gong)電廠使用(yong)。

1.2001- 150 型一體化凈水器構成及特點

一(yi)(yi)體化凈水(shui)器(qi)(qi)集反(fan)應、沉淀、過濾(lv)(lv)處理(li)于一(yi)(yi)體, 實(shi)現了全水(shui)力自(zi)(zi)控排泥(ni)與(yu)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi), 省(sheng)去了傳(chuan)統反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)水(shui)泵(beng)或水(shui)箱系統。一(yi)(yi)經調試投(tou)(tou)入運(yun)行(xing)后就很少(shao)需(xu)要人管理(li)。設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)堅(jian)固耐用, 系統運(yun)行(xing)安全可靠(kao)。被稱為(wei)“全自(zi)(zi)動”式(shi)凈水(shui)器(qi)(qi)。該裝置是(shi)一(yi)(yi)種圓形鋼(gang)結構凈水(shui)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei), 它在沉淀和(he)(he)過濾(lv)(lv)兩個處理(li)單元中(zhong)實(shi)現了全水(shui)力自(zi)(zi)控排泥(ni)和(he)(he)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。徹(che)底(di)解決(jue)了傳(chuan)統無(wu)閥濾(lv)(lv)池中(zhong)由于“挾氣(qi)運(yun)行(xing)”問題帶來的(de)不沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)、假沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)、連續沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)和(he)(he)脈(mo)沖(chong)式(shi)進(jin)水(shui)等危害。運(yun)行(xing)可靠(kao), 自(zi)(zi)身耗(hao)水(shui)量少(shao), 運(yun)行(xing)費(fei)用低(di), 噸水(shui)投(tou)(tou)資省(sheng), 是(shi)一(yi)(yi)種先進(jin)、簡便(bian)、經濟的(de)水(shui)處理(li)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)。

( 1) 技術參數。一體化凈水器為圓形平底鋼結構, 設備下部中間為反應區, 使水流形成渦流運動, 其中安裝數層柵條, 設備上部為上向流斜管沉淀區, 設備下部周圍為多格過濾室。其設計處理水量150m3/h, 外型尺寸Φ6180mm×6180mm, 反應時間12min, 過濾速度12m/h, 過濾周期大于12h, 沖洗強度15L/( s·m2) , 排泥周期(qi)大于6h, 沖洗(xi)方式(shi)為水力自控反沖洗(xi), 排泥方式(shi)為錐底開孔環管(guan)排泥。采用無煙煤(mei)石(shi)英(ying)砂(sha)雙層(ceng)均質(zhi)濾料, 上層(ceng)無煙煤(mei) 400mm, 下層(ceng)石(shi)英(ying)砂(sha)400mm。

( 2) 反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)室(shi)。反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)室(shi)共分5 層, 反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)單(dan)元運用(yong)微(wei)(wei)渦旋理論, 采用(yong)了管板反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)室(shi), 使(shi)水流在多層管與板之間(jian)穿行、收縮與放大(da)(da), 形成(cheng)強烈(lie)的(de)慣性(xing)效(xiao)應(ying)(ying)和對(dui)脫穩微(wei)(wei)粒的(de)揉動(dong)作用(yong)。控制渦旋尺度的(de)適(shi)度演變, 促進微(wei)(wei)絮(xu)體的(de)有效(xiao)碰(peng)撞, 加速形成(cheng)密(mi)實且易(yi)沉淀的(de)絮(xu)凝(ning)體, 從而大(da)(da)大(da)(da)縮短了反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)時間(jian)。使(shi)絮(xu)凝(ning)效(xiao)率(lv)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提高, 它可在12min 內有效(xiao)完成(cheng)絮(xu)凝(ning)。

( 3) 沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)室(shi)(shi)(shi)。采用(yong)(yong)(yong)斜(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)原(yuan)理(li)設(she)(she)計而成, 利用(yong)(yong)(yong)絮凝室(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)泥斗以(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui), 既充(chong)分(fen)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區(qu)所形(xing)成的(de)(de)(de)懸(xuan)浮層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)吸附過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作用(yong)(yong)(yong), 減輕斜(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)負荷, 提(ti)高(gao)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質, 又(you)不干(gan)擾泥斗的(de)(de)(de)沉(chen)泥作用(yong)(yong)(yong), 降低了(le)排泥含(han)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)率。采用(yong)(yong)(yong)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)室(shi)(shi)(shi)虹吸式自動排泥技術, 可(ke)以(yi)調(diao)整(zheng)排泥周期。斜(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)室(shi)(shi)(shi)安裝內切圓Φ50mmUPVC 斜(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan), 并(bing)根(gen)據水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質要求配(pei)(pei)以(yi)較合(he)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升流速(su)設(she)(she)計, 使(shi)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)室(shi)(shi)(shi)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質遠優于一(yi)般設(she)(she)備, 從(cong)而大(da)大(da)減輕了(le)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)室(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)負擔, 延長(chang)(chang)了(le)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)周期, 減少了(le)自身用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量。從(cong)反應(ying)室(shi)(shi)(shi)配(pei)(pei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統配(pei)(pei)出的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)在(zai)斜(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)下(xia)方上(shang)(shang)(shang)升, 經過(guo)(guo)從(cong)斜(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)中沉(chen)降下(xia)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)濃度(du)(du)絮凝再度(du)(du)反應(ying), 接觸反應(ying)后進(jin)(jin)入斜(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)。清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升并(bing)收(shou)(shou)入集(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)( 或環形(xing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽) 完成沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)任務。 ( 4) 出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)同時(shi)自動停止出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)室(shi)(shi)(shi)內集(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)( 濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)后水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)從(cong)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)送入清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)。特點(dian)如下(xia): ①取(qu)消了(le)清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang), 克服(fu)了(le)清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)變(bian)(bian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)、變(bian)(bian)強(qiang)度(du)(du)沖洗(xi)的(de)(de)(de)缺點(dian), 實現(xian)了(le)恒水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)沖洗(xi), 從(cong)而提(ti)高(gao)了(le)對濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)洗(xi)凈度(du)(du)。② 設(she)(she)備高(gao)度(du)(du)比有(you)清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)無(wu)(wu)閥(fa)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)(chi)降低了(le)一(yi)半, 可(ke)以(yi)與普通沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在(zai)同一(yi)高(gao)度(du)(du)基礎上(shang)(shang)(shang)配(pei)(pei)套。將沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)室(shi)(shi)(shi)設(she)(she)在(zai)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)室(shi)(shi)(shi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)面, 也(ye)未超過(guo)(guo)有(you)清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)無(wu)(wu)閥(fa)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)度(du)(du)。③破(po)壞斗設(she)(she)在(zai)凈水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)器之外, 不但可(ke)以(yi)方便地調(diao)整(zheng)沖洗(xi)歷(li)時(shi), 并(bing)且解(jie)決(jue)了(le)需(xu)要長(chang)(chang)時(shi)間連續沖洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)關鍵(jian)。④沖洗(xi)后停水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)時(shi)間短(duan), 由于沒(mei)有(you)了(le)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)(chi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)部清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang), 在(zai)反沖洗(xi)完畢后, 可(ke)以(yi)立即恢復供水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui), 從(cong)而減少了(le)構筑物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)節(jie)體積。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)(liao)選用(yong)(yong)(yong)均(jun)質濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)(liao)或無(wu)(wu)煙煤和石英(ying)砂雙(shuang)層(ceng)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)(liao), 其吸附性(xing)能好(hao), 截(jie)污和含(han)污能力強(qiang), 使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命更長(chang)(chang), 并(bing)用(yong)(yong)(yong)低濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)速(su)運行, 使(shi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)周期比一(yi)般設(she)(she)備長(chang)(chang)一(yi)倍(bei), 出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質更好(hao)。

( 5) 自動(dong)排(pai)泥與(yu)自動(dong)反(fan)沖洗。

①自動排(pai)(pai)泥(ni)(ni): 在(zai)沉淀(dian)池的外側有大計時斗, 斗上裝有水嘴和浮(fu)球(qiu)開關。當水嘴將大計時斗裝滿時, 浮(fu)球(qiu)開關打(da)開, 迅(xun)速(su)進水, 促使斗內小虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)產(chan)生虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)。抽去排(pai)(pai)泥(ni)(ni)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內的空(kong)氣而產(chan)生排(pai)(pai)泥(ni)(ni)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi), 沉淀(dian)室底的污泥(ni)(ni)便從(cong)排(pai)(pai)泥(ni)(ni)多(duo)孔管(guan)(guan)(guan)進入, 經排(pai)(pai)泥(ni)(ni)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)排(pai)(pai)出。當水被(bei)吸(xi)(xi)完后(hou), 空(kong)氣便從(cong)小虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)進入排(pai)(pai)泥(ni)(ni)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)而破壞排(pai)(pai)泥(ni)(ni)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi), 則(ze)排(pai)(pai)泥(ni)(ni)停止。

②排泥(ni)(ni)周(zhou)期與排泥(ni)(ni)時(shi)間的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi): 調節水嘴裝(zhuang)滿大計時(shi)斗的(de)周(zhou)期控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)排泥(ni)(ni)周(zhou)期, 調節小虹吸管(guan)上閥門吸掉斗內存水的(de)時(shi)間控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)排泥(ni)(ni)時(shi)間。

③自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi): 隨著過(guo)濾(lv)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)增長, 濾(lv)層內(nei)的(de)阻(zu)力逐漸增加, 反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)虹吸(xi)上(shang)(shang)升管內(nei)的(de)水位便隨之上(shang)(shang)升。當水位上(shang)(shang)升到(dao)虹吸(xi)輔助口(kou)( 最(zui)高點) 時(shi), 小虹吸(xi)管開始虹吸(xi), 抽去大(da)虹吸(xi)管中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)空氣而產生(sheng)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)虹吸(xi)。將需反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)室(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水吸(xi)走, 其他(ta)各(ge)池的(de)濾(lv)后水從室(shi)底(di)流來補充, 對(dui)過(guo)濾(lv)室(shi)的(de)濾(lv)料進行(xing)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)。

④反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)停止(zhi): 當(dang)虹吸(xi)上升(sheng)管中水(shui)位到達虹吸(xi)輔助口時(shi), 小計時(shi)斗(dou)上的引水(shui)管自(zi)動(dong)向斗(dou)內(nei)裝水(shui), 產(chan)生反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)虹吸(xi)后(hou), 引水(shui)自(zi)動(dong)停止(zhi)。斗(dou)內(nei)的水(shui)從斗(dou)底的水(shui)嘴排出, 當(dang)排盡斗(dou)內(nei)存水(shui)時(shi), 空(kong)氣從虹吸(xi)破壞管內(nei)進入反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)虹吸(xi)系統而破壞反(fan)(fan)(fan)洗(xi)虹吸(xi), 反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)停止(zhi)。

⑤反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)歷(li)時和沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)強(qiang)(qiang)度調(diao)節(jie): 沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)歷(li)時通過調(diao)節(jie)小(xiao)計時斗水嘴的開啟度來實現。沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)強(qiang)(qiang)度靠(kao)調(diao)節(jie)虹(hong)吸下降管口的強(qiang)(qiang)度調(diao)節(jie)器來實現, 將(jiang)閘板上提(ti)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)強(qiang)(qiang)度大(da), 反之強(qiang)(qiang)度小(xiao)。流量根據排水溝中的可(ke)流動斷(duan)面來計算(suan)。

2.一體(ti)化凈水(shui)器(qi)處(chu)理前后水(shui)質(zhi)比較

西山煤(mei)電集團古交給排水(shui)(shui)公(gong)司(si)凈化水(shui)(shui)廠, 自(zi)2004 年10 月一體化凈水(shui)(shui)器正式投產(chan)運(yun)行以后, 運(yun)行狀(zhuang)況(kuang)良好。pH 由7.4 降(jiang)為7.3, 如表1 數據(ju)所(suo)示, 出(chu)水(shui)(shui)滿足屯蘭礦井下生產(chan)水(shui)(shui)質標準(zhun)的要求。

3.結語

一體化凈水(shui)(shui)器反應區柵(zha)條絮凝效果理想, 生成的礬花大且(qie)密實, 易于沉(chen)淀(dian)。采用錐底(di)濃(nong)縮多孔環(huan)管(guan)的水(shui)(shui)力自(zi)控排泥, 排泥徹底(di), 自(zi)耗(hao)水(shui)(shui)量少。

無清水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)無閥過濾(lv)室徹底解決了(le)因“挾氣運行”帶來的不(bu)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)、假沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)、連續沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)和脈沖(chong)式進水(shui)(shui)以及出水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質差等問題。濾(lv)料采用雙層(ceng)均質濾(lv)料使(shi)濾(lv)層(ceng)含(han)污和截污能力增強, 過濾(lv)周期(qi)大(da)大(da)延長, 減少了(le)設(she)備(bei)的自用水(shui)(shui)量。反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)頭高(gao)而(er)穩(wen)定, 可(ke)大(da)幅度調整(zheng)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)歷時(shi), 從而(er)克服了(le)無閥濾(lv)池反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)不(bu)徹底和停(ting)水(shui)(shui)時(shi)間長的缺點。

設備沖(chong)洗(xi)均(jun)為水力自(zi)控, 克服了(le)人(ren)工(gong)沖(chong)洗(xi)造(zao)成的(de)缺點。并且(qie)設備外(wai)圍系統(tong)簡單, 不需(xu)另設反沖(chong)洗(xi)泵(beng)及相關(guan)的(de)管(guan)線、電器控制(zhi)系統(tong)等。避(bi)免(mian)了(le)由于以上原因(yin)造(zao)成不穩定(ding)(ding)因(yin)素, 因(yin)而(er)自(zi)身運行具有非常(chang)好的(de)穩定(ding)(ding)性及可靠性。

由(you)于設備實現了水力自控(kong)(kong)排泥與反沖洗(xi), 在調(diao)試(shi)投入運(yun)行后基本上不(bu)用管理(li)。大(da)量減輕了體力勞動。反沖洗(xi)不(bu)用動力, 降低了水處理(li)成本, 解決了最(zui)關鍵、最(zui)復雜的部(bu)分自控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)。而(er)且水力自控(kong)(kong)比電控(kong)(kong)經久耐用, 不(bu)出故障。

在礦井水處(chu)(chu)(chu)理過(guo)程中(zhong), 采(cai)用集絮凝(ning)反應、沉淀、過(guo)濾于一體的凈水設備(bei), 具有較(jiao)好的水處(chu)(chu)(chu)理效果及較(jiao)滿意(yi)的實(shi)際運用價值(zhi), 同(tong)時能減少占(zhan)地面積, 節省(sheng)投資, 是礦井水處(chu)(chu)(chu)理理想(xiang)、經濟的水處(chu)(chu)(chu)理池(chi)型之一, 有著廣(guang)闊的發展前景(jing)
