水解酸化一SBR法在化工廢水處理中的應用
摘要:針對(dui)高濃度(du)、毒(du)(du)性大、難生物降解的(de)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)有機廢水,探索了(le)水解酸(suan)化一SBR工(gong)(gong)藝的(de)最佳運(yun)行參數(shu)和配套工(gong)(gong)藝措施,為(wei)工(gong)(gong)程設計提供(gong)依據。其中水解酸(suan)化采用ABR反應器,研究(jiu)了(le)溫度(du)、停留時問(wen)、毒(du)(du)性物質等因(yin)素(su)對(dui)處(chu)理(li)效果(guo)的(de)影響,結果(guo)表明,該工(gong)(gong)藝處(chu)理(li)三吉利香蘭(lan)素(su)化工(gong)(gong)廢水取得了(le)較好的(de)處(chu)理(li)效果(guo)。

水(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)酸化(hua)一SBR生化(hua)處理系統(tong),這種介于厭(yan)(yan)氧一好氧之間的工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),具有無需嚴格的厭(yan)(yan)氧條件、便于操作控制、水(shui)(shui)力(li)停留時(shi)間短、投(tou)資(zi)省等優點,且簡易(yi)、高(gao)效(xiao)、低能耗(hao),故(gu)自20世紀(ji)90年代以來,在國(guo)內污水(shui)(shui)處理領域受到(dao)重視,并得(de)到(dao)應(ying)用。但目前國(guo)內外(wai)報道的這一系統(tong)大(da)都是處理生活污水(shui)(shui)和(he)(he)一般工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)有機(ji)(ji)廢水(shui)(shui),對(dui)于難生物降解(jie)(jie)和(he)(he)毒性大(da)、濃(nong)度高(gao)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)有機(ji)(ji)廢水(shui)(shui),則處理效(xiao)率不高(gao),而且沒有明確的設計參數(shu)和(he)(he)運(yun)行(xing)控制條件,影響了(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)上(shang)的推廣(guang)應(ying)用,因此,針對(dui)這類的工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)有機(ji)(ji)廢水(shui)(shui),探索了(le)水(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)酸化(hua)一SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)最佳運(yun)行(xing)參數(shu)和(he)(he)配(pei)套工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)措施,為工(gong)(gong)(gong)程設計提(ti)供依據。
