活性炭纖維在酮苯脫蠟裝置尾氣回收的應用
摘要: 介紹了活(huo)性(xing)炭纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)的(de)產品性(xing)能(neng),闡述了活(huo)性(xing)炭纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)在(zai)酮苯(ben)脫蠟(la)裝置甲(jia)苯(ben)與甲(jia)乙(yi)酮尾(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)吸(xi)(xi)附回(hui)收(shou)的(de)工藝(yi)特點(dian)。運用(yong)活(huo)性(xing)炭纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)吸(xi)(xi)附技術回(hui)收(shou)酮苯(ben)尾(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)甲(jia)苯(ben)和(he)甲(jia)乙(yi)酮,吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)率達(da)到98%以上,與油吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)-水吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)法相比,酮苯(ben)尾(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)回(hui)收(shou)效(xiao)果十分顯著。此(ci)工藝(yi)具有活(huo)性(xing)炭纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)用(yong)量少、設備體積小、全自(zi)動控制、能(neng)耗低、解吸(xi)(xi)附速度快、不產生二(er)次污(wu)染等優點(dian),有明顯的(de)經濟效(xiao)益和(he)環(huan)境效(xiao)益。另外,還探討了活(huo)性(xing)炭纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)在(zai)酮苯(ben)尾(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)回(hui)收(shou)應(ying)用(yong)中存(cun)在(zai)的(de)問題。
酮(tong)苯脫蠟裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置以甲(jia)苯和(he)(he)甲(jia)乙酮(tong)為(wei)混合(he)溶劑(ji),主要生產低(di)傾點的脫蠟油和(he)(he)蠟產品。酮(tong)苯脫蠟裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置由結晶(jing)、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)過濾、回收(shou)(shou)、冷(leng)凍四大(da)系統(tong)(tong)組成。在酮(tong)苯脫蠟裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置中,為(wei)滿足真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)過濾系統(tong)(tong)安全(quan)運行(xing)可靠(kao)性的要求,確(que)保系統(tong)(tong)內的氣(qi)體氧質量分數控制在5%以下(xia),要以工業氮(dan)氣(qi)作為(wei)安全(quan)氣(qi)向真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)過濾系統(tong)(tong)進行(xing)補充。真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)過濾系統(tong)(tong)循環使(shi)用的安全(quan)氣(qi),一(yi)路作密閉氣(qi),另一(yi)路作反吹(chui)氣(qi),同時(shi)在反吹(chui)線(xian)上(shang)引(yin)出排空(kong)(kong)線(xian),排放(fang)含(han)酮(tong)苯溶劑(ji)的尾氣(qi)。常規工藝(yi)上(shang)尾氣(qi)經水吸收(shou)(shou)法(fa)處(chu)(chu)理,然(ran)后排人大(da)氣(qi)。該法(fa)處(chu)(chu)理后的尾氣(qi)溶劑(ji)回收(shou)(shou)率(lv)較低(di),不僅造成了溶劑(ji)損失,而且直接排人大(da)氣(qi)會污染環境。
1 活(huo)性炭(tan)纖維
用(yong)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)炭(tan)纖維(ActivatedC arbonF iber,以下(xia)簡稱ACF)吸(xi)附(fu)有(you)機(ji)廢氣(qi)是當(dang)今最為(wei)先進的(de)技術之一。在傳統的(de)有(you)機(ji)廢氣(qi)吸(xi)附(fu)凈化(hua)中采用(yong)普通顆粒活(huo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)炭(tan),由(you)于顆粒活(huo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)炭(tan)比(bi)表面積相對較(jiao)小,孔(kong)道長(chang),不僅(jin)吸(xi)附(fu)容量小,而且(qie)脫(tuo)附(fu)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能差(cha),使(shi)用(yong)過程(cheng)中劣化(hua)速(su)度快,使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命短。兩種(zhong)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)炭(tan)的(de)主要差(cha)別見表1
