污泥轉移SBR工藝污泥膨脹及恢復過程中EPS的動態變化

采用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)脫氮除磷工藝-污泥(ni)轉(zhuan)移SBR處理生活(huo)(huo)污水,主(zhu)反應器因長時間處于低(di)污泥(ni)負(fu)(fu)荷0.09~0.15kg·(kg·d)-1,引(yin)起了絲狀(zhuang)菌(jun)污泥(ni)膨脹(zhang)(zhang)(zhang);通(tong)過采取(qu)提高(gao)進(jin)水負(fu)(fu)荷及靜態進(jin)水等方式,提高(gao)主(zhu)反應器內的污泥(ni)負(fu)(fu)荷0.21~0.39kg·(kg·d)-1使(shi)其污泥(ni)膨脹(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)得以控制及恢復。考察在(zai)(zai)此過程中,EPS的變化對活(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)污泥(ni)沉降性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能的影(ying)響。結果表明在(zai)(zai)污泥(ni)膨脹(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)及恢復過程中PS/PN與SVI值呈(cheng)(cheng)明顯正相(xiang)關性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),R2分別(bie)為(wei)0.8867、0.8673;在(zai)(zai)污泥(ni)膨脹(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)時EPS總量(liang)與SVI值呈(cheng)(cheng)正相(xiang)關性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing);在(zai)(zai)恢復過程中,EPS總量(liang)與SVI值之間線性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)相(xiang)關性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)不強。影(ying)響活(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)污泥(ni)沉降性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能的關鍵因素是EPS中多糖與蛋白質的相(xiang)對含量(liang)。
