煙塔合一技術在德國黑泵熱電廠的應用
黑泵熱電(dian)廠在(zai)柏林東南方向(xiang)約130 km 處,該電(dian)廠原有一(yi)些(xie)小(xiao)型(xing)供熱機組(zu),通過將小(xiao)機組(zu)拆(chai)除(chu)建成2臺發電(dian)能力為800 MW 的大型(xing)供熱機組(zu)。2 臺新機組(zu)建成后較原來老廠少排放91 %的SO2 。
新(xin)建(jian)機(ji)組為(wei)2 ×800 MW超臨(lin)界發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組,凝汽工(gong)況電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)率41 % ,供熱(re)時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)率可(ke)達到55 %。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠從(cong)1993 年建(jian)設第1 臺機(ji)組,1997 年3 月(yue)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),第2 臺機(ji)組于1998 年投產(chan)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠鍋爐仍為(wei)Alstom- EVT 生產(chan)的(de)塔(ta)型爐,燃燒器采用低氮(dan)燃燒器(無脫(tuo)氮(dan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置) ,鍋爐高160 m ,鍋爐蒸發量(liang)(liang)2 420 tPh。在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵和脫(tuo)硫裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置中間布置給水加熱(re)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置將煙氣由170 ℃降至130 ℃后分別(bie)進入2 套脫(tuo)硫裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置,脫(tuo)硫后凈煙氣量(liang)(liang)為(wei)2 ×195 萬(wan)m3Ph ,從(cong)脫(tuo)硫塔(ta)頂部下彎(wan)降低高度后水平進入冷(leng)(leng)卻塔(ta)中心,對應冷(leng)(leng)卻塔(ta)熱(re)空氣量(liang)(liang)為(wei)4 073萬(wan)m3Ph ,見圖4。
