摘要: 建(jian)設部、科(ke)技部于(yu)2006年6月下達(da)了《城(cheng)市(shi)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)再(zai)生利(li)用(yong)技術政策》文件(jian),該(gai)文件(jian)明確提(ti)出:至2010年,南方(fang)沿(yan)海缺水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)城(cheng)市(shi)的(de)再(zai)生水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)直接利(li)用(yong)率要達(da)到(dao)城(cheng)市(shi)虧水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排放(fang)量(liang)的(de)5%~10%;2015年要達(da)到(dao)10%~15%。
無(wu)錫(xi)市(shi)屬于(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質型缺水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)城(cheng)市(shi),為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)充分利(li)用(yong)城(cheng)市(shi)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)資源(yuan),決定在太(tai)湖(hu)(hu)新城(cheng)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)廠建(jian)設再(zai)生水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回用(yong)示范工程,該(gai)工程以太(tai)湖(hu)(hu)新城(cheng)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)廠二級(ji)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),處理(li)(li)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)可作為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)京杭大運(yun)河支流景觀河道用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)及(ji)廠區東南側無(wu)錫(xi)益多環(huan)保熱電(dian)有(you)限公司的(de)工業冷卻(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。
1 工程處理(li)(li)規(gui)模(mo)(mo)及(ji)設計(ji)進、出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質
太(tai)湖(hu)(hu)新城(cheng)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)廠現(xian)處理(li)(li)規(gui)模(mo)(mo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)5.0×10m /d,故(gu)確定再(zai)生水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回用(yong)工程的(de)設計(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)近期為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2.0×10m/d、遠期為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)5.0×10 m/d。太(tai)湖(hu)(hu)新城(cheng)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)廠采用(yong)改良型A /O工藝(yi), 設計(ji)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)《城(cheng)鎮(zhen)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)廠污(wu)(wu)染物排放(fang)標(biao) 準(zhun)(zhun)》(GB 18918--2002)中的(de)一級(ji)B標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),實際(ji)運(yun)行時(shi)基(ji)本達(da)到(dao)了一級(ji)A標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),具體水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質及(ji)相關標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)指標(biao)見(jian)表1。

1 工程(cheng)處理(li)規(gui)模及設計進(jin)、出水水質
太湖新(xin)城(cheng)(cheng)污水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)廠現處(chu)理(li)(li)規模(mo)為(wei)5.0×10m /d,故確定(ding)再生水(shui)(shui)回用(yong)工程的設計(ji)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)近期為(wei)2.0×10m/d、遠期為(wei)5.0×10 m/d。太湖新(xin)城(cheng)(cheng)污水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)廠采用(yong)改良型(xing)A /O工藝, 設計(ji)出水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質為(wei)《城(cheng)(cheng)鎮污水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)廠污染物(wu)排放標 準》(GB 18918--2002)中的一(yi)級B標準,實際運行時(shi)基本達到了一(yi)級A標準,具體水(shui)(shui)質及(ji)相關標準指標見表1。
