清遠市七星崗水廠一期濾池改造
摘要:由于一期濾池(chi)長期停止使(shi)用后恢復(fu)生產,故需要對其過濾系統(tong)(tong)、真空系統(tong)(tong)、控(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)及(ji)其它相關設施進行改造,以(yi)達到濾池(chi)能正(zheng)常過濾及(ji)沖(chong)洗,保證過濾水(shui)(shui)達到水(shui)(shui)量、水(shui)(shui)質要求。在運行1個多月來(lai),取得了滿意的效果。

1前言
清(qing)遠市(shi)七星崗水廠共建(jian)(jian)有一、二(er)期凈(jing)(jing)水系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),一期工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設計處理能力為(wei)(wei)6萬(wan)噸(dun)/日(ri)(ri)(ri),二(er)期工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設計處理能力為(wei)(wei)10萬(wan)噸(dun)/日(ri)(ri)(ri)。在二(er)期工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)1994年(nian)建(jian)(jian)成使用后(hou),由于二(er)期工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)日(ri)(ri)(ri)凈(jing)(jing)水能力已經(jing)滿足當時城市(shi)用水量(liang)需要,故一期工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)停(ting)止使用至今,隨(sui)著(zhu)城市(shi)經(jing)濟的(de)(de)不斷(duan)發展,市(shi)區(qu)及周邊鄉(xiang)鎮的(de)(de)企業及人口不斷(duan)增多,對(dui)供(gong)水量(liang)的(de)(de)要求也不斷(duan)增大。據統(tong)(tong)(tong)計,2005年(nian)清(qing)遠市(shi)城區(qu)全年(nian)最高(gao)日(ri)(ri)(ri)供(gong)水已達(da)12噸(dun)/日(ri)(ri)(ri),二(er)期凈(jing)(jing)水系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)常處于超負(fu)荷運(yun)行,為(wei)(wei)了(le)保證出(chu)廠水的(de)(de)水質和水量(liang),于2005年(nian)11月初(chu)對(dui)一期工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)反應池(chi)、斜管(guan)(guan)沉(chen)淀池(chi)、虹吸(xi)濾池(chi)進行了(le)大修和技(ji)術改造(zao)(zao),并增建(jian)(jian)了(le)斜管(guan)(guan)沉(chen)沙池(chi)。并于同年(nian)12月底恢復運(yun)行。在此主要介紹的(de)(de)是虹吸(xi)濾池(chi)的(de)(de)改造(zao)(zao)。
2濾池改(gai)造前的狀況
2.1概況
一期凈(jing)水系統工程(cheng)的濾池形式采用(yong)虹吸(xi)濾池,于1989年建成使用(yong),1994年停止使用(yong),至今(jin)已停用(yong)10年之久,進水鋼管(guan)、閘(zha)閥(fa)、進水虹吸(xi)管(guan)和(he)排水虹吸(xi)管(guan)部分已出現銹(xiu)蝕(shi)、鋼管(guan)混凝(ning)土支(zhi)墩出現裂縫、濾料積滿(man)污泥(ni)并長滿(man)雜草。需要(yao)對濾池進行改造(zao)才(cai)能恢復運行。
濾(lv)沙層經過(guo)長時(shi)間運行(xing),出現(xian)磨損破碎(sui),濾(lv)沙變小,反沖(chong)洗有(you)跑沙現(xian)象,濾(lv)沙層變薄,局(ju)部(bu)位(wei)置有(you)板結現(xian)象;部(bu)分(fen)濾(lv)池出現(xian)濾(lv)沙層和承托層錯層現(xian)象、濾(lv)磚配水(shui)孔部(bu)分(fen)堵塞(sai),導致濾(lv)后水(shui)水(shui)質變差,產量達(da)不到(dao)設計(ji)技術要(yao)求。
進水(shui)(shui)和排水(shui)(shui)虹吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)的(de)輔助虹吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)道銹蝕(shi)(shi)嚴(yan)重(zhong),部分水(shui)(shui)射器出(chu)現(xian)(xian)腐爛(lan)穿孔現(xian)(xian)象(xiang),使部分進水(shui)(shui)和排水(shui)(shui)虹吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)不(bu)能工作(zuo);計時水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)的(de)排水(shui)(shui)虹吸(xi)(xi)破壞管(guan)(guan)銹蝕(shi)(shi)嚴(yan)重(zhong),管(guan)(guan)徑變小和部分出(chu)現(xian)(xian)堵塞,導致反(fan)(fan)沖洗時間(jian)延長或反(fan)(fan)沖洗不(bu)能停(ting)止的(de)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang),嚴(yan)重(zhong)影響(xiang)產量和浪(lang)費(fei)用水(shui)(shui)。
針(zhen)對上述存在的問題(ti),對濾沙層(ceng)、承托層(ceng)重新進(jin)行篩分(fen)和(he)補(bu)充濾沙;因排水虹吸(xi)管水射器安(an)裝在虹吸(xi)管內(nei),更換成(cheng)本高、維(wei)修困難,現改造為由(you)可編程序控制器(PLC)進(jin)行自動(dong)控制,可自由(you)設(she)定沖(chong)洗周期和(he)沖(chong)洗時間,靈活方便,節約自用水,降低生產成(cheng)本。
2.2設(she)計技(ji)術參數(shu)
濾(lv)池一共兩組(zu),每組(zu)分16格(ge),每格(ge)凈尺寸為(wei)(wei)3.5m×2.8m,其中(zhong)過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積為(wei)(wei)3.5m×2.15m,8格(ge)兩行對稱布置,中(zhong)間為(wei)(wei)沖(chong)(chong)洗水(shui)箱及(ji)水(shui)槽,濾(lv)池總(zong)高度為(wei)(wei)5.2m,采(cai)(cai)用單水(shui)反沖(chong)(chong)洗方(fang)式。設計濾(lv)速:10m/h,沖(chong)(chong)冼強度:15L/(s•m2),沖(chong)(chong)洗水(shui)頭:1.5m,采(cai)(cai)用粗沙(sha)石(shi)粒(li)為(wei)(wei)承托層,由上至下其粒(li)徑(jing)及(ji)厚(hou)度分別為(wei)(wei):1.1mm~2mm厚(hou)20mm、2mm~4mm厚(hou)50mm、4mm~8mm厚(hou)100mm、8mm~12mm厚(hou)100mm,濾(lv)料(liao)采(cai)(cai)用石(shi)英砂單層濾(lv)料(liao),粒(li)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)0.7mm~1.1mm厚(hou)800mm。
2.3自(zi)動沖冼及恢復過濾(lv)工作原理
濾(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)在過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)過(guo)程中,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)層因(yin)不(bu)斷截留水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)懸浮物而(er)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)頭損(sun)失逐漸增加,致(zhi)使(shi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)不(bu)斷上升,當(dang)(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)高(gao)出(chu)(chu)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輔(fu)助虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)5時,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)急速流(liu)(liu)入輔(fu)助虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)并(bing)通過(guo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)射器(qi)(qi)7及(ji)抽氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)6將虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣帶走,排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)形成負壓,使(shi)大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)(liu)向(xiang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei),帶走管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)剩余空(kong)(kong)氣,造(zao)成了連續(xu)(xu)流(liu)(liu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),真正(zheng)形成虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),當(dang)(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)降(jiang)(jiang)到(dao)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽口(kou)(kou),其余各格的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)就流(liu)(liu)向(xiang)該(gai)格,開始(shi)沖(chong)洗(xi)。與此同(tong)時,當(dang)(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)下降(jiang)(jiang)到(dao)進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)破(po)壞管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)1管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)口(kou)(kou)以(yi)下時,空(kong)(kong)氣進(jin)(jin)入進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)1,虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)破(po)壞,進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)。隨著(zhu)沖(chong)洗(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)繼(ji)續(xu)(xu),計時水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)不(bu)斷下降(jiang)(jiang)直至排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)破(po)壞管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)4管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)口(kou)(kou)露出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面,排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)破(po)壞,沖(chong)洗(xi)終(zhong)止(zhi)(zhi)。當(dang)(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)回升到(dao)進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)破(po)壞管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)1管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)口(kou)(kou)被封住時,由于進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)輔(fu)助管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)9和水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)射器(qi)(qi)8的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用,不(bu)斷抽走進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣,形成虹(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)開始(shi)進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)工作(zuo)恢(hui)復。
3濾池的改造
3.1過濾系統改(gai)造
3.1.1改造(zao)措施(shi)
由(you)于長時間沒(mei)有使用(yong),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)層、承(cheng)托層的(de)(de)(de)顆粒(li)(li)之(zhi)間與(yu)污泥(ni)已粘結(jie)在一起,較為(wei)嚴密,而濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)磚(zhuan)的(de)(de)(de)配水孔(kong)也(ye)被污泥(ni)堵塞,故需要對(dui)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)系統進行相(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)改造。為(wei)了節省改造資金又能達到(dao)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)水效果,采取了以下的(de)(de)(de)改造措(cuo)施(shi):先將(jiang)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)層上部(bu)30cm厚(hou)的(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)砂(sha)清(qing)除(chu),然(ran)后(hou)把剩余的(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)(liao)及(ji)承(cheng)托層的(de)(de)(de)粗(cu)砂(sha)礫(li)石全部(bu)清(qing)運出(chu)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)外(wai),清(qing)通濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)磚(zhuan)的(de)(de)(de)配水孔(kong),用(yong)清(qing)水將(jiang)池(chi)內壁及(ji)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)磚(zhuan)清(qing)洗(xi)干凈,將(jiang)運出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)(liao)和(he)粗(cu)砂(sha)礫(li)石中的(de)(de)(de)污泥(ni)清(qing)洗(xi)掉(diao)并曬(shai)干,采用(yong)不(bu)同孔(kong)徑的(de)(de)(de)篩(shai),通過機械振蕩篩(shai)分(fen)成0.5mm~1.2mm、1.1mm~2mm、2mm~4mm、4mm~8mm、8mm~12mm五(wu)種規格(ge),補充損耗部(bu)分(fen)相(xiang)應規格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)(liao)和(he)粗(cu)砂(sha)礫(li)石,最后(hou)將(jiang)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)(liao)和(he)粗(cu)砂(sha)礫(li)石粒(li)(li)徑由(you)大(da)到(dao)小按下往上的(de)(de)(de)順序鋪放(fang)回濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi),承(cheng)托層的(de)(de)(de)各層厚(hou)度(du)及(ji)組成與(yu)原設(she)計一致,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)層厚(hou)度(du)為(wei)800mm,采用(yong)了粒(li)(li)徑為(wei)0.5mm~1.2mm的(de)(de)(de)石英沙,其(qi)不(bu)均(jun)勻系數K80=1.68<2,L/de(濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)層厚(hou)度(du)mm/濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)(liao)有效直徑
3.1.2沖洗水力校核(he)計算
濾(lv)層水頭損失(shi)h1=(γ1/γ-1)(1-m0)H1=(2.65/1-1)×(1-0.41)×0.8=0.779m
承托層水頭(tou)損失(shi)h2=0.022H2q=0.022×0.27×15=0.089m
式(shi)中γ1——石英沙(sha)的相對密度(2.65)
γ——水的相(xiang)對密度(1)
m0——濾層(ceng)沙膨脹前(qian)的孔隙率(0.41)
H1——濾層膨脹前厚度(0.8m)

兩(liang)次(ci)配水濾磚沖(chong)洗(xi)水頭損失h3:根據(ju)《給水排水設計(ji)手(shou)冊》第(di)二版第(di)三冊查得當沖(chong)洗(xi)強度15L/(s•m2)時為0.64m
總沖洗水頭(tou)損失h=h1+h2+h3=0.779+0.089+0.64=1.508m≈1.5m(沖洗水頭(tou))
在實際運行中(zhong),當水沖(chong)洗時(shi),濾層(ceng)松動(dong)膨脹,沖(chong)洗強度偏(pian)小(xiao)于15L/(s•m2),故總沖(chong)洗水頭損失(shi)小(xiao)于1.5m,有一定的富(fu)余水頭,可(ke)以滿足沖(chong)洗要求。
3.2真空(kong)系統改造
濾池(chi)原(yuan)有虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)和(he)(he)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)排水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)為(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)力自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong),在生產運行中,由(you)于管道系(xi)統(tong)容易發生堵塞而往往造成沖(chong)洗時間(jian)過長、甚至連(lian)(lian)續沖(chong)洗而浪費水(shui)(shui)量嚴(yan)重,或出現不沖(chong)洗而影響出水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質和(he)(he)水(shui)(shui)量,因(yin)此,須將(jiang)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)力控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)改為(wei)(wei)由(you)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵抽真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong),可(ke)進(jin)行人為(wei)(wei)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)沖(chong)洗的(de)(de)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)。其改造措施如下:拆(chai)除每格濾池(chi)的(de)(de)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管及排水(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管上原(yuan)有的(de)(de)抽氣管、輔助虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管、虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)被(bei)壞管、水(shui)(shui)射器,并在進(jin)水(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管及排水(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管各安(an)裝2個DN20的(de)(de)ZY¬—05型(xing)(xing)電動(dong)球閥,一(yi)個作用是破壞虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)的(de)(de)開(kai)閉,另一(yi)個是抽真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)開(kai)閉,其開(kai)閉由(you)自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。將(jiang)濾池(chi)頂的(de)(de)原(yuan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)(shui)室隔開(kai)兩(liang)間(jian)作為(wei)(wei)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵間(jian)及電控(kong)(kong)間(jian),增設兩(liang)臺SZ—2型(xing)(xing)水(shui)(shui)環式真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵,一(yi)用一(yi)備,自動(dong)切換,互(hu)為(wei)(wei)備用,安(an)裝真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)管道與每格進(jin)水(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管及排水(shui)(shui)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管的(de)(de)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)電動(dong)球閥連(lian)(lian)接。
3.3增設自動控制系統
為(wei)了實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)對(dui)(dui)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)及(ji)恢復過(guo)濾(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi),在(zai)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)間內增設(she)(she)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜,其(qi)(qi)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)功(gong)能是通(tong)過(guo)內置的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(PLC)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)順序(xu)(xu)(xu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)、連接控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)、邏輯判(pan)斷、定時(shi)(shi)、計數(shu)、記憶(yi)和算術運(yun)算等(deng)功(gong)能而實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),并(bing)通(tong)過(guo)觸(chu)摸屏編(bian)制(zhi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)化(hua)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。觸(chu)摸屏具有顯示直觀、更改程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)容(rong)易、操作(zuo)簡單等(deng)特點(dian)。自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜與真(zhen)(zhen)空泵、電動球閥連接,通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)(dui)真(zhen)(zhen)空泵、電動球閥的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開啟控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)來(lai)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)對(dui)(dui)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)及(ji)恢復過(guo)濾(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。通(tong)過(guo)編(bian)制(zhi)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)行定時(shi)(shi)循(xun)環自(zi)動沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),現(xian)將沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)設(she)(she)定為(wei):沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)周期24h、沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi)(shi)間5分鐘、每格濾(lv)池沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)間隔(ge)8分鐘、1格濾(lv)池沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi)(shi)其(qi)(qi)它格濾(lv)池不沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),這樣提高了濾(lv)池的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)效率。因(yin)為(wei)在(zai)試運(yun)行中,此次(ci)改造(zao)(zao)沒有完全(quan)地實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)全(quan)自(zi)動化(hua),但為(wei)今(jin)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)改造(zao)(zao)工(gong)作(zuo)打(da)好(hao)了堅實(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎,今(jin)后(hou)(hou)還(huan)可(ke)(ke)以加裝(zhuang)水位(wei)變(bian)送器(qi)、在(zai)線濁(zhuo)度(du)檢測儀等(deng)設(she)(she)備通(tong)過(guo)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜對(dui)(dui)濾(lv)池水位(wei)、濾(lv)前(qian)濾(lv)后(hou)(hou)濁(zhuo)度(du)進(jin)行實(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)監測,并(bing)根據濾(lv)池水位(wei)、濾(lv)前(qian)濾(lv)后(hou)(hou)濁(zhuo)度(du)變(bian)化(hua)來(lai)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)濾(lv)池工(gong)作(zuo),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)全(quan)自(zi)動化(hua)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。
3.4其(qi)它改造
拆除(chu)(chu)了濾(lv)池(chi)(chi)(chi)兩側(ce)的(de)4個(ge)DN600待濾(lv)水(shui)輸送(song)管閘閥(fa)(fa),更換為軟(ruan)密(mi)封閘閥(fa)(fa)(帶省力裝(zhuang)置(zhi));拆除(chu)(chu)濾(lv)池(chi)(chi)(chi)原(yuan)32個(ge)DN100排空閘閥(fa)(fa),并新安(an)裝(zhuang)DN100軟(ruan)密(mi)封閘;維修濾(lv)池(chi)(chi)(chi)至清水(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)DN900閘閥(fa)(fa)1個(ge);加裝(zhuang)慮池(chi)(chi)(chi)進(jin)(jin)水(shui)管支承架;對(dui)濾(lv)池(chi)(chi)(chi)進(jin)(jin)出水(shui)管及欄(lan)桿進(jin)(jin)行防腐(fu)處理,并對(dui)濾(lv)池(chi)(chi)(chi)頂及內(nei)壁(bi)上部鋪設磁磚,使其更加美觀(guan)。
4結束語
濾(lv)池改(gai)(gai)造(zao)后運行一個多月以來,過濾(lv)及沖洗安全穩定,濾(lv)前水(shui)(shui)平均濁度(du)為10NTU,濾(lv)后水(shui)(shui)平均濁度(du)為0.6NTU,符合新標(biao)準(zhun)《城市供(gong)水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質標(biao)準(zhun)》(CJ/T206—2005)不大于1NTU標(biao)準(zhun)。沖洗時間(jian)5分鐘(zhong),比改(gai)(gai)造(zao)前縮小了(le)3分鐘(zhong),節約了(le)沖洗用水(shui)(shui),沖洗較(jiao)為徹底。自動控制(zhi)系統動作(zuo)正(zheng)常,使工作(zuo)效率(lv)和管理效率(lv)大為提高。對傳統虹吸濾(lv)池的改(gai)(gai)造(zao),受(shou)到原構(gou)筑物結(jie)構(gou)的影響,某(mou)些改(gai)(gai)造(zao)暫不能在(zai)此次(ci)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)中實施(shi),需(xu)在(zai)今后的濾(lv)池運行中不斷完善(shan)工藝,保證(zheng)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)的水(shui)(shui)量、水(shui)(shui)質,但此次(ci)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)改(gai)(gai)善(shan)了(le)運行性能是肯定的。
