超濾反滲透裝置在電廠鍋爐補給水處理中的工程案例
山西(xi)山陰2X300MW煤矸石綜合利用發電(dian)(dian)工程鍋爐(lu)補給水處理系(xi)統以煤礦礦坑疏(shu)干水為水源,采用超(chao)濾(lv)反滲透(tou)處理工藝,設(she)計出水水質達到(dao)電(dian)(dian)廠工業(ye)用水標準。

1工程概況
山西(xi)山陰(yin)煤(mei)矸石電(dian)(dian)廠2×300MW機(ji)組由山西(xi)國際能(neng)源(yuan)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司、山西(xi)金海洋(yang)能(neng)源(yuan)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司共同(tong)出資建(jian)(jian)設,由山西(xi)昱光發電(dian)(dian)有限(xian)(xian)責(ze)任(ren)公(gong)(gong)司負責(ze)建(jian)(jian)設。本(ben)期工(gong)(gong)程擬(ni)建(jian)(jian)設2×300MW空(kong)冷凝汽(qi)式汽(qi)輪發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組,采用(yong)(yong)循環流化床鍋爐(lu),并留有進一步擴建(jian)(jian)的(de)余地(di)機(ji)組采用(yong)(yong)間(jian)接空(kong)冷技術和其他節水(shui)措施后,本(ben)期工(gong)(gong)程全(quan)年(nian)平均耗水(shui)量(liang)為290m3/h(包括(kuo)生活及空(kong)調用(yong)(yong)水(shui)等),若按機(ji)組年(nian)運行7000h計算,2×300MW國產空(kong)冷機(ji)組年(nian)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)量(liang)約為203×104m3,耗水(shui)指標為:0.134m3/s/kMW。根據廠址(zhi)條件,本(ben)工(gong)(gong)程可利(li)用(yong)(yong)的(de)生產水(shui)源(yuan)取(qu)用(yong)(yong)金海洋(yang)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司煤(mei)礦礦坑疏干水(shui)(6870Xm3/d)。
2設計水質與(yu)工(gong)藝流程(cheng)
2.1設計水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質。本工程水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源采用(yong)經(jing)處理的(de)煤礦礦坑疏(shu)干水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),經(jing)處理后出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質滿足電廠工業用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標準(zhun)。疏(shu)干水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質分析結果見下表
