一、污染源:化(hua)鐵(tie)爐(lu)有(you)(you)兩(liang)種:一種為(wei)中頻爐(lu)或工(gong)頻爐(lu),用電加(jia)熱,屬于比較清潔的生產;另外一種為(wei)坩(gan)堝,俗稱土爐(lu),使用燃料——焦炭加(jia)熱,這種爐(lu)產生煙氣量大,已(yi)被限制使用。化(hua)鐵(tie)產生的廢氣主(zhu)要是粉(煙)塵(chen),它含有(you)(you)、PbO、ZnO、Cu、Pb、Zn、Sn等,粒徑大都在0.5μm以(yi)下。某環境監(jian)測站曾對未治理時化(hua)鐵(tie)爐(lu)粉塵(chen)無(wu)組織排放進行監(jian)測,粉塵(chen)監(jian)測結果高(gao)達(da)32.1g/m3,而國家(jia)現在排放標(biao)準只有(you)(you)30mg/m3,嚴重超出排放標(biao)準。
二、中(zhong)頻(pin)爐除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器原理(li)與(yu)特(te)點當(dang)含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)通(tong)過濾袋(dai)時,細小(xiao)的氣(qi)體(ti)分(fen)子通(tong)過粘(zhan)有粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層的濾布(bu)空(kong)隙(xi),而大(da)(da)顆(ke)粒的粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)被阻斷通(tong)過,由(you)于重力沉降(jiang)作用(yong),掉落(luo)到(dao)灰斗。當(dang)濾布(bu)表面粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)不(bu)斷加(jia)厚,阻力不(bu)斷加(jia)大(da)(da),空(kong)隙(xi)不(bu)斷減小(xiao),氣(qi)流很(hen)難通(tong)過,粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層積累到(dao)一(yi)定程(cheng)度,需利用(yong)各(ge)種(zhong)清(qing)灰方式清(qing)空(kong)濾袋(dai)。中(zhong)頻(pin)爐除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器具有如下特(te)點:①除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)高(gao),除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)可(ke)(ke)達99.99%,出口含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度只(zhi)有10mg/m3;②適應(ying)性強,能處(chu)理(li)不(bu)同(tong)類型的顆(ke)粒物,處(chu)理(li)容(rong)量可(ke)(ke)大(da)(da)可(ke)(ke)小(xiao);③操作彈性大(da)(da),入口氣(qi)體(ti)含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度變(bian)化較(jiao)大(da)(da)時,對除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)影(ying)響不(bu)大(da)(da);④結(jie)構簡單(dan),使用(yong)靈(ling)活,便于回收干料,不(bu)存(cun)在污(wu)泥處(chu)理(li)。

(1)濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)(xuan)擇:濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)應(ying)選(xuan)(xuan)擇耐磨耐高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)材質,有(you)玻纖布(bu)(bu)/氈(zhan),NOMEX、針刺氈(zhan)、P84針刺氈(zhan)等,考慮(lv)到(dao)(dao)濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)耐磨性、耐用(yong)(yong)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)以及(ji)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)等因素(su),化銅行(xing)業一(yi)(yi)般(ban)選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)NOMEX針刺氈(zhan)。(2)溫(wen)(wen)度的(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi):一(yi)(yi)般(ban)NOMEX濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)承受溫(wen)(wen)度為(wei)200℃,所(suo)以處(chu)理設施進(jin)口溫(wen)(wen)度應(ying)控制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)200℃以下(xia),通過長(chang)煙管后的(de)(de)(de)煙氣(qi)到(dao)(dao)達除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)箱體時,溫(wen)(wen)度都能降到(dao)(dao)200℃以下(xia),特殊情況(kuang)時,可(ke)進(jin)行(xing)水冷,在(zai)(zai)(zai)總煙管處(chu)安裝冷卻(que)器(qi)(qi)(3)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong):引風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)比送風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)好(hao)。(4)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)比人工除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)方便(bian)、干凈,但(dan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)高(gao),現大多采用(yong)(yong)脈沖除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)法(fa)。(5)漏(lou)風(feng)與(yu)阻力:理論(lun)上(shang)計(ji)(ji)算袋(dai)(dai)(dai)式(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)率達99.99%,但(dan)實測中達不到(dao)(dao),主要是漏(lou)風(feng)和(he)阻力的(de)(de)(de)影響,漏(lou)風(feng)率越低,除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)越好(hao);阻力對除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)有(you)一(yi)(yi)定影響,經常清空濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai),減(jian)少阻力,可(ke)提高(gao)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)。(6)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)罩(zhao)應(ying)盡量接(jie)近爐頭,使粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)更容易進(jin)入(ru)罩(zhao)內,增加集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)量,減(jian)少無(wu)組(zu)織排放污染(ran)(7)設備維護:儀器(qi)(qi)設備及(ji)布(bu)(bu)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)容易損壞應(ying)及(ji)時維修和(he)更換(huan)布(bu)(bu)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)。(8)氣(qi)流速度:在(zai)(zai)(zai)1~3m/s氣(qi)流速度下(xia),除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)最佳,一(yi)(yi)般(ban)風(feng)速控制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)2~4m/s。(9)過濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji):過濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)越大,除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)率越高(gao),但(dan)造價會(hui)相(xiang)應(ying)提高(gao)。所(suo)以應(ying)預先計(ji)(ji)算風(feng)量,然后選(xuan)(xuan)擇相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)中頻爐除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)型號。
