如(ru)前(qian)所(suo)述(shu),1990年代前(qian)我國大部份電廠的(de)氣力(li)除(chu)灰系統(tong)(tong)均為稀相氣力(li)輸(shu)送(song)系統(tong)(tong),由于該系統(tong)(tong)要求輸(shu)送(song)速(su)度高(gao)(gao)(大于物(wu)料的(de)懸(xuan)浮速(su)度),加快了對系統(tong)(tong)設(she)備(bei)、管道(dao)及管件的(de)磨損,維修工作(zuo)量大,運(yun)(yun)行(xing)可靠性差、能耗大、運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)效率(lv)低(di)。同時(shi)由于該系統(tong)(tong)在一根輸(shu)送(song)管道(dao)上不允許并(bing)接多(duo)臺發送(song)器同時(shi)運(yun)(yun)行(xing),因此系統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)設(she)置的(de)管道(dao)數(shu)量多(duo)、閥門多(duo),系統(tong)(tong)復雜(za),系統(tong)(tong)的(de)初(chu)投(tou)資也(ye)高(gao)(gao),特別推薦紊流雙(shuang)套管
隨著(zhu)電廠(chang)機組容量的(de)(de)增(zeng)(zeng)大(da)和輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)距離的(de)(de)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia),多種型式的(de)(de)濃相(xiang)(xiang)氣(qi)力(li)(li)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)系統相(xiang)(xiang)繼用于電廠(chang)的(de)(de)除灰(hui)系統。但采用濃相(xiang)(xiang)氣(qi)力(li)(li)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)系統后,也(ye)帶來新的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)。首先(xian),輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)灰(hui)時(shi)(shi)降低其輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)速度,提高灰(hui)氣(qi)比(bi),將會導致在(zai)(zai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)過程中堵(du)管,威(wei)脅系統運(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)安全,為此不(bu)得不(bu)在(zai)(zai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)灰(hui)管沿線(xian)設置(zhi)吹(chui)堵(du)裝置(zhi),但在(zai)(zai)運(yun)行(xing)中有時(shi)(shi)由(you)于吹(chui)堵(du)不(bu)及(ji)時(shi)(shi),系統堵(du)管問(wen)題(ti)(ti)仍難于避(bi)免;其次,濃相(xiang)(xiang)氣(qi)力(li)(li)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)系統往(wang)往(wang)要求(qiu)一根輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)管線(xian)上只能安裝1-2臺(tai)發(fa)送(song)(song)器,如安裝多臺(tai)發(fa)送(song)(song)器時(shi)(shi),在(zai)(zai)同一時(shi)(shi)間內也(ye)只允(yun)許1或2臺(tai)發(fa)送(song)(song)器送(song)(song)料(liao),稀相(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)系統中存在(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)管線(xian)數量多、閥(fa)門多、系統復(fu)雜等諸(zhu)多問(wen)題(ti)(ti)仍未解決(jue),特別推(tui)薦(jian)紊(wen)流雙套管
