工作原理
吸(xi)入的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)油(you)煙、油(you)霧、乳化氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)霧等污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)物,經過(guo)前置過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)后,較大的(de)(de)微(wei)(wei)粒(li)被(bei)前置過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)分(fen)離出來(lai),降低了工(gong)(gong)業(ye)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)濃度。在隨后通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)離器(qi)(qi)時,電(dian)(dian)離器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)暈放(fang)電(dian)(dian)使工(gong)(gong)業(ye)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)微(wei)(wei)粒(li)帶電(dian)(dian),帶電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)微(wei)(wei)粒(li)再通過(guo)收集器(qi)(qi)。收集器(qi)(qi)由若干(gan)金屬板組(zu)(zu)成,它(ta)們分(fen)為二(er)組(zu)(zu),相(xiang)互交叉、一組(zu)(zu)接地(di),另一組(zu)(zu)接高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian),從而在金屬板之(zhi)間(jian)產生一個電(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)。當帶電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)微(wei)(wei)粒(li)通過(guo)時,會(hui)受到(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)庫侖力發生轉(zhuan)向(xiang)而被(bei)吸(xi)附到(dao)(dao)金屬板上,從而把(ba)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)微(wei)(wei)粒(li)從空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)離出來(lai)。空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)再通過(guo)后置過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和(he),形成的(de)(de)凈化空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過(guo)風機排出。

分離力(li)(主要是(shi)靜(jing)電力(li))直接(jie)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)在粒(li)子上,而不是(shi)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)在整(zheng)個氣流上,這就決定(ding)了(le)它具有(you)分離粒(li)子耗能(neng)小,氣流阻力(li)小的特點。由于作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)在粒(li)子上的靜(jing)電力(li)相對較大,所(suo)以即(ji)使對亞微米(mi)級(0.01um)的粒(li)子,也能(neng)有(you)效地捕集。所(suo)以設備具有(you)凈化精度達0.01um,凈化效率高,低攻耗高效率,設備狀態提示指(zhi)示等特點。

廣泛適用于(yu)數控(kong)機(ji)床、冷(leng)(leng)鐓(dui)機(ji)、螺紋擠(ji)壓(ya)機(ji)、緊固件冷(leng)(leng)鐓(dui)機(ji)、CNC非恒溫車間、工具制造(zao)、走心(xin)車床、加工中心(xin)滾齒機(ji)、熱(re)處理(li)、網帶(dai)爐(lu)等生產過程(cheng)中所產生的(de)純油(you)霧(wu)和白色油(you)煙的(de)收集與凈化,對于(yu)粘性油(you)霧(wu)的(de)過濾效果更加顯著(zhu),可處理(li)各種復雜工況粉塵。(汽油(you)、煤油(you)等易燃易爆的(de)油(you)不(bu)可使用)
