離子交換樹脂系統概述 | |
是通過陰、陽離子交換樹脂對水中的各種陰、陽離子進行置換的一種傳統水處理工藝,陰、陽離子交換樹脂按不同比例進行搭配可組成離子交換陽床系統,離子交換陰床系統及離子交換混床(復床)系統,而混床(復床)系統又通常是用在反滲透等工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝之(zhi)后用(yong)(yong)來制取(qu)超(chao)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),高(gao)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的終端工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,他(ta)是目前(qian)用(yong)(yong)來制備超(chao)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、高(gao)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)不可替代(dai)的手段之(zhi)一。其出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)導率可低于1uS/cm以下,出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻率達到1MΩ.cm以上,根據不同的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質及(ji)使用(yong)(yong)要求,出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻率可控制在(zai)1~18MΩ.cm之(zhi)間。被(bei)廣泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)子、電(dian)(dian)力超(chao)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),化(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong),電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)超(chao)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),鍋爐補(bu)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)及(ji)醫藥用(yong)(yong)超(chao)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)等工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)超(chao)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),高(gao)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的制備上。 |
離子交(jiao)換樹(shu)脂的工作原(yuan)理 | |
采用離(li)(li)子(zi)交換方法,可以把(ba)水(shui)中呈離(li)(li)子(zi)態的陽(yang)、陰離(li)(li)子(zi)去除(chu),以氯化鈉(na)(NaCl)代(dai)表水(shui)中無(wu)機鹽(yan)(yan)類,水(shui)質除(chu)鹽(yan)(yan)的基本反應可以用下(xia)列方程式表達(da): 1、陽(yang)離子交換樹(shu)脂:R—H+Na+ R—Na+H+ 2、陰離子交換樹脂:R—OH+Cl- R—Cl+OH- 陽、陰離(li)子交換樹(shu)脂總的反應式即(ji)可寫成: RH+ROH+NaCl——RNa+RCL+H2O 由此可(ke)看出(chu),水(shui)中的NaCl已分別被樹脂上(shang)的H+和OH-所取(qu)代,而反應生成物只有H2O,故達到了去(qu)除水(shui)中鹽的作用 |
