二(er)、工作(zuo)原理
煙(yan)氣通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器主體結構前的(de)煙(yan)道時,也(ye)就(jiu)是煙(yan)氣中(zhong)灰塵(chen)(chen)塵(chen)(chen)粒通(tong)過(guo)高壓靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)時,與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極間的(de)正負離(li)子和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子發(fa)生(sheng)碰撞而荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian);帶上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子和(he)離(li)子的(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的(de)作用(yong)下向異性電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極運動(dong)并積附在(zai)(zai)異性電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上(shang),煙(yan)氣中(zhong)的(de)顆粒煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)吸附電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上(shang),通(tong)過(guo)振打等方(fang)式,使(shi)具有(you)一定厚度的(de)煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)在(zai)(zai)自(zi)重和(he)振動(dong)的(de)雙重作用(yong)下跌(die)落在(zai)(zai)下方(fang)的(de)灰斗(dou)中(zhong),從而達到清除煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen),保護大(da)氣環境(jing),凈化空氣的(de)目的(de)。
三、結構(gou)
采用分層形(xing)式(shi),每片由(you)(you)框架式(shi)的若干根主梁(liang)(liang)(liang)組成,片與片之間(jian)由(you)(you)大梁(liang)(liang)(liang)連接(jie)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的體結(jie)構(gou)(gou)是(shi)鋼結(jie)構(gou)(gou),全部由(you)(you)型(xing)鋼焊(han)接(jie)而成,外表面覆蓋蒙皮和(he)保溫材料(liao),為了設(she)計(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)造和(he)安裝(zhuang)的方便(bian)。按工(gong)程實(shi)際設(she)計(ji)(ji)要(yao)求和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)主體結(jie)構(gou)(gou)設(she)計(ji)(ji),主要(yao)考察結(jie)構(gou)(gou)強度(du)、結(jie)構(gou)(gou)穩定性(xing)及懸(xuan)掛陰(yin)極板(ban)主梁(liang)(liang)(liang)的最大位移量(liang)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)可以(yi)通過(guo)加長電(dian)(dian)(dian)場長度(du)、增大電(dian)(dian)(dian)場有效通流面積、改進控制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)的控制(zhi)(zhi)質量(liang)、對煙氣進行調質等(deng)手段來(lai)提高除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率,以(yi)滿(man)足所需要(yao)的除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率。阻力損失小,設(she)備阻力小、總(zong)(zong)能耗低。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的總(zong)(zong)能耗是(shi)由(you)(you)設(she)備阻力、供電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置、加熱(re)裝(zhuang)置、振打(da)和(he)附(fu)屬(shu)設(she)備的能耗組成的。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)由(you)(you)于結(jie)構(gou)(gou)上易于模塊化,因(yin)此可以(yi)實(shi)現裝(zhuang)置大型(xing)化。
