全(quan)(quan)過程微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)除臭技術是將除臭反應器安裝于污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)處理廠(chang)生(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)池內(可外置)。活性(xing)污(wu)(wu)泥混合液經(jing)過除臭反應器,包含(han)馴(xun)化(hua)(hua)和活性(xing)填料(liao),其中的(de)馴(xun)化(hua)(hua)填料(liao)對微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)長、增(zeng)殖產生(sheng)(sheng)誘導和促進作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),增(zeng)殖強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu);活性(xing)填料(liao)給(gei)微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)菌(jun)(jun)提供(gong)棲(qi)息空間,增(zeng)強(qiang)微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)的(de)活性(xing);生(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)池中的(de)污(wu)(wu)泥隨(sui)著工藝自動流(liu)到二沉池,將二沉池排出(chu)的(de)活性(xing)污(wu)(wu)泥回流(liu)于污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)廠(chang)進水(shui)(shui)端,與污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)混合,微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)菌(jun)(jun)與污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)中的(de)惡(e)臭物(wu)(wu)質發生(sheng)(sheng)吸附、凝聚和生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)轉化(hua)(hua)降解(jie)等作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),使得污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)廠(chang)各構(gou)筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)惡(e)臭物(wu)(wu)質在水(shui)(shui)中得到去(qu)除,實現污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)廠(chang)惡(e)臭的(de)去(qu)除的(de)全(quan)(quan)過程控制(zhi)。
全過(guo)程(cheng)除(chu)臭設備系統(tong)組成:
全(quan)程除臭(chou)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要由除臭(chou)反應器、固定系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、曝氣(qi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(放置(zhi)好氧(yang)池(chi)取消)、污泥回流系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、控制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)組(zu)成。
三、工藝特點
(1)工藝簡單: 省去傳(chuan)統(tong)除臭(chou)工藝中(zhong)的臭(chou)氣(qi)收集系統(tong)和(he)(he)輸(shu)送系統(tong); 免(mian)除收集系統(tong)的繁瑣和(he)(he)安(an)全,無(wu)需(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)密封集氣(qi)罩和(he)(he)池體加蓋; 比傳(chuan)統(tong)除臭(chou)設備占(zhan)地面積少,無(wu)需(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)新建(jian)除臭(chou)間,寒冷地區(qu)無(wu)需(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)防(fang)寒措施; 只(zhi)需(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)生物(wu)池內設置(zhi)小型微生物(wu)菌培養箱、菌種投加泵(beng)和(he)(he)管道,建(jian)設方便快捷,尤(you)其(qi)對于老廠區(qu)改造,無(wu)需(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)停(ting)產,即可建(jian)設。
(2)除臭(chou)(chou)效果明顯: 在(zai)污水(shui)池中改(gai)變(bian)惡(e)臭(chou)(chou)污染物,將改(gai)變(bian)整個(ge)污水(shui)處理系統幾(ji)乎不產生(sheng)臭(chou)(chou)氣; 污泥(ni)(ni)臭(chou)(chou)味同步(bu)降低改(gai)善脫(tuo)水(shui)污泥(ni)(ni)性狀,對(dui)污水(shui)處理系統及出(chu)水(shui)水(shui)質沒有任何(he)負面(mian)影響; 大大改(gai)善生(sheng)化池氨氮(dan)含量(liang),使氨氮(dan)更好(hao)滿足達標。
