工作原理:
過程壓(ya)力通(tong)過兩側(ce)或一(yi)側(ce)的(de)(de)隔離膜片、灌充液(ye)傳至 室的(de)(de)中心測量膜片。中心膜片是一(yi)個張緊(jin)的(de)(de)彈性元件,它對與作用在其他的(de)(de)兩側(ce)壓(ya)力差(cha)產生相應(ying)變形位(wei)移,其位(wei)移與差(cha)壓(ya)成正(zheng)比,最大位(wei)移約(yue)0.1mm,這種位(wei)移轉(zhuan)變為(wei)電(dian)容(rong)極板上形成的(de)(de)差(cha)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)容(rong),由電(dian)子線路(lu)把差(cha)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)容(rong)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成二(er)線制的(de)(de)4~20mA DC輸出信號。
壓(ya)差變送器在(zai)HVAC水系(xi)統壓(ya)差旁通中(zhong)的應用:
在HVAC水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)中,通(tong)常冷(leng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)機組側水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)定水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)可以(yi)保證機組運(yun)行的穩定,末端(duan)側水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)變(bian)(bian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)可以(yi)減少水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵能耗及實現末端(duan)之(zhi)間(jian)的能量(liang)轉(zhuan)移(yi),對于末端(duan)的溫控(kong)(kong)和減少同(tong)時使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)系數低的系統(tong)(tong)(tong)的設(she)(she)備初投資及降(jiang)低運(yun)行費用(yong)(yong)(yong)非常有利。為了滿(man)足冷(leng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)機組側的定水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)和末端(duan)側變(bian)(bian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang),通(tong)常使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha)旁(pang)通(tong)控(kong)(kong)制。以(yi)往的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha)旁(pang)通(tong)多采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)開(kai)關量(liang)控(kong)(kong)制壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha)旁(pang)通(tong)閥,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha)控(kong)(kong)制精度很差(cha)(cha),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha)變(bian)(bian)送器再配合PID控(kong)(kong)制器即可顯示壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha)值又(you)可平穩控(kong)(kong)制電動壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha)旁(pang)通(tong)閥的開(kai)度維持(chi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha)在設(she)(she)定點。
壓差變送器(qi)在(zai)HVAC水系統過濾(lv)器(qi)臟(zang)堵檢測(ce)的應用(yong):
在HVAC水(shui)系統的諸多過(guo)濾器(qi)中,如果出(chu)現(xian)臟堵(du)不能(neng)(neng)及(ji)時清洗將(jiang)導致水(shui)泵效(xiao)率下降,水(shui)流量減少,嚴重時可(ke)(ke)能(neng)(neng)導致冷水(shui)機組(zu)水(shui)流量少發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)結冰(bing)的現(xian)象,結果是(shi)水(shui)側和冷媒側串通,冷水(shui)機組(zu)將(jiang)有可(ke)(ke)能(neng)(neng)報廢或付出(chu)昂貴的維(wei)修費(fei)用。使用WDP3851可(ke)(ke)以(yi)檢(jian)測過(guo)濾器(qi)兩端(duan)的壓差(cha),一旦壓差(cha)超過(guo)設定值(zhi)通知維(wei)護人員清洗過(guo)濾器(qi),如果是(shi)自動反(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)濾器(qi)將(jiang)發(fa)(fa)出(chu)需要(yao)反(fan)沖(chong)的信號,控制電(dian)動碟閥進行(xing)反(fan)沖(chong)。
