系(xi)統(tong)工藝流程(cheng)專為(wei)飲品飲料工程(cheng)而設(she)計,系(xi)統(tong)采用多(duo)介(jie)質(zhi)過濾(lv)器、活(huo)性(xing)炭(tan)過濾(lv)器作(zuo)、鈉離(li)子交(jiao)換器及(ji)(ji)保安過濾(lv)器作(zuo)為(wei)前級(ji)處理,有(you)效除(chu)去原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)懸浮物(wu)(wu)、泥(ni)砂、微(wei)粒(li)、有(you)機(ji)硅膠(jiao)體、有(you)機(ji)物(wu)(wu)、異味、余氯等雜質(zhi),使(shi)經過處理后(hou)的(de)(de)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)符(fu)合反(fan)滲透的(de)(de)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)要求,然后(hou)進(jin)入程(cheng)控二級(ji)反(fan)滲透裝置去除(chu)水(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)溶解性(xing)鹽類物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)、細菌、熱源等,其產水(shui)(shui)電導率(lv)≤2μS/cm,符(fu)合《中國藥典》2000版純化水(shui)(shui)各(ge)項指標(biao)及(ji)(ji)GMP規(gui)范要求。
系統(tong)設(she)置有自(zi)動(dong)和(he)手(shou)動(dong)兩種運(yun)行(xing)模(mo)式。自(zi)動(dong)程控(kong)裝置采(cai)用(yong)進口PLC(可(ke)編程控(kong)制器(qi)(qi))作(zuo)為中心控(kong)制元件,通過(guo)多(duo)點多(duo)路水位傳感器(qi)(qi)、動(dong)態(tai)壓力(li)控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)組合監(jian)測各(ge)部件的(de)運(yun)行(xing)情況(kuang)來實現系統(tong)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)運(yun)行(xing)。設(she)置了手(shou)動(dong)操(cao)作(zuo)方式,可(ke)用(yong)于系統(tong)安裝調試和(he)維(wei)修時使用(yong)。
