煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)進入脫硫裝置的(de)(de)濕式(shi)吸收(shou)塔,與(yu)自上而下噴(pen)淋的(de)(de)堿性(xing)石灰石漿液霧滴逆流接觸(chu),其(qi)中的(de)(de)酸性(xing)氧化物(wu)SO2以及(ji)其(qi)他污染物(wu)HCL、HF等(deng)被吸收(shou),煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)得(de)以充(chong)分凈化;吸收(shou)SO2 后的(de)(de)漿液反(fan)應生(sheng)成(cheng)CaSO3,通過就地(di)強制氧化、結晶生(sheng)成(cheng)CaSO4·2H2O,經脫水后得(de)到(dao)商品級脫硫副產品—石膏(gao),最(zui)終(zhong)實現含硫煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)的(de)(de)綜合治理。

五、特點
吸收(shou)劑適(shi)用范圍廣:在FGD裝置中可采用各種(zhong)吸收(shou)劑,包(bao)括石(shi)灰石(shi)、石(shi)灰、鎂石(shi)、廢蘇打溶液等;
燃料(liao)適(shi)用范圍(wei)廣:適(shi)用于燃燒煤、重油、奧里油,以及石(shi)油焦等燃料(liao)的鍋(guo)爐的尾氣處理(li);
燃料含硫(liu)變化范圍適應性強(qiang):可以處理燃料含硫(liu)量高(gao)達8%的煙氣;
機組負荷變化適(shi)應性強:可(ke)以滿足機組在15~100%負荷變化范圍內的穩定運(yun)行(xing);
脫硫效率(lv)高:一般大于95%,最(zui)高達到98%;
專利托盤技(ji)術:有效降低液/氣(qi)比,有利于塔內(nei)氣(qi)流(liu)均布,節省物(wu)耗及(ji)能耗,方(fang)便吸(xi)收(shou)塔內(nei)件檢修;
吸(xi)收劑利用率高:鈣硫比低至1.02~1.03;
副產(chan)(chan)品純(chun)(chun)度高:可生產(chan)(chan)純(chun)(chun)度達(da)95%以上(shang)的商品級(ji)石膏;
燃煤(mei)鍋爐煙氣的除塵(chen)效率(lv)高:達到80%~90%;
交叉噴淋(lin)管布(bu)置(zhi)技術:有利于降低吸收塔高度(du)。
六、推薦的適用范圍
200MW及以上的中大型新(xin)建或改造機(ji)組;
燃煤含硫量在0.5~5%及以上;
要(yao)求的脫硫效率(lv)在95%以上;
石灰石較豐富(fu)且石膏綜合利用較廣泛的地(di)區。
