反滲透技術在微污染黃河水中的應用研究

水處理系統中的進水水質情況
該水處理(li)系統的(de)(de)原水取自公司(si)附近的(de)(de)黃河(he)水,從表1可(ke)以看出(chu)該水源存(cun)在(zai)著較高(gao)COD、懸(xuan)浮物(wu)和(he)硬度。預處理(li)中可(ke)以通(tong)過投(tou)加(jia)阻(zu)垢劑和(he)調節pH值(zhi)來(lai)防止(zhi)系統結垢,但是對小分子(zi)量有機物(wu)脫除率并不理(li)想,故該系統主(zhu)要(yao)存(cun)在(zai)的(de)(de)是膠體有機物(wu)污染。
水處理系統介紹
水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)分為(wei)預處(chu)理(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、反(fan)滲透脫鹽系統(tong)(tong)(tong)和離子(zi)交(jiao)換系統(tong)(tong)(tong),成為(wei)合格除(chu)鹽水(shui)(shui)進入除(chu)鹽水(shui)(shui)箱,經除(chu)鹽水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)供(gong)給機組進入熱力系統(tong)(tong)(tong)。預處(chu)理(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)包括機械加速澄清(qing)池、雙濾(lv)(lv)料過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器及超濾(lv)(lv)系統(tong)(tong)(tong),用(yong)于去除(chu)水(shui)(shui)中泥沙、顆粒物、懸浮物和膠(jiao)體,為(wei)后面反(fan)滲透系統(tong)(tong)(tong)提供(gong)運(yun)行條件。反(fan)滲透系統(tong)(tong)(tong)包括5?μm濾(lv)(lv)芯的保安過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器、反(fan)滲透系統(tong)(tong)(tong)組件、反(fan)滲透清(qing)洗系統(tong)(tong)(tong)和中間(jian)水(shui)(shui)池等,用(yong)于脫除(chu)水(shui)(shui)中絕大部分的鹽。水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)流程如圖(tu)1所示:
反滲透系統介紹
反滲透(tou)系統(tong)設(she)計為一級兩(liang)段:(16:8)×6,共(gong)144支膜(mo)元(yuan)件,系統(tong)設(she)計產水量120m3/h,回收率70%。本(ben)次將一套膜(mo)系統(tong)的膜(mo)元(yuan)件全部更換為VONTRON公(gong)司的FR11-8040膜(mo)元(yuan)件運行(xing)。

膜元件替換性的可能性分析
之前系統使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)國外某著(zhu)名品(pin)牌的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)污染(ran)(ran)膜(mo)(mo)元件(jian)(jian)(jian),由(you)于(yu)產(chan)品(pin)性(xing)(xing)能下降,不能滿(man)足供水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質要(yao)求,所以(yi)選擇更換VONTRON的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)污染(ran)(ran)膜(mo)(mo)FR11-8040,性(xing)(xing)能參數見表(biao)2。FR系列抗(kang)污染(ran)(ran)膜(mo)(mo)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)是時(shi)代(dai)沃頓(dun)公司研制開發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)苦咸水(shui)(shui)(shui)脫鹽(yan)(yan)淡化的(de)(de)(de)(de)芳香(xiang)族聚酰(xian)胺復(fu)合(he)膜(mo)(mo)元件(jian)(jian)(jian),具(ju)有(you)低壓(ya)運行、產(chan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量高、脫鹽(yan)(yan)性(xing)(xing)能好的(de)(de)(de)(de)特點,同(tong)時(shi)由(you)于(yu)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊工藝對膜(mo)(mo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)進行處理,改變了膜(mo)(mo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)荷(he)性(xing)(xing)及(ji)光滑度,增(zeng)加了膜(mo)(mo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)親水(shui)(shui)(shui)性(xing)(xing),從(cong)而減小了污染(ran)(ran)物(wu)及(ji)微生物(wu)在膜(mo)(mo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)污染(ran)(ran),達到降低膜(mo)(mo)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)污染(ran)(ran)、最終延長使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命。FR系列膜(mo)(mo)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)含鹽(yan)(yan)量約10000ppm以(yi)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)地表(biao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)、地下水(shui)(shui)(shui)、自來水(shui)(shui)(shui)及(ji)市政用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)等(deng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)源的(de)(de)(de)(de)脫鹽(yan)(yan)處理,主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)規模的(de)(de)(de)(de)工業中水(shui)(shui)(shui)回用(yong)(yong)(yong)、發(fa)電(dian)廠鍋爐(lu)補給水(shui)(shui)(shui)等(deng)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)工業用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理,特別適(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)含少量有(you)機污染(ran)(ran)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工業廢水(shui)(shui)(shui),城(cheng)市污水(shui)(shui)(shui)及(ji)微污染(ran)(ran)水(shui)(shui)(shui)源的(de)(de)(de)(de)處理。FR11-8040和國外某著(zhu)名品(pin)牌膜(mo)(mo)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)不論從(cong)單支膜(mo)(mo)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)性(xing)(xing)能還(huan)是膜(mo)(mo)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)外形尺寸(cun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)比較來看,都是具(ju)有(you)可替(ti)換性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。

該套(tao)反滲透(tou)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的膜(mo)元件全部(bu)更換為(wei)FR11-8040之(zhi)后(hou),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)進行了初期的調試,之(zhi)后(hou)對該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)運行狀(zhuang)況(kuang)進行數據跟蹤,具體(ti)情況(kuang)如圖2所(suo)示:
從圖2中(zhong)可以看出該(gai)批膜(mo)元(yuan)件在微污染黃(huang)河水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)相對穩定,產(chan)(chan)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)保(bao)持在120~140m3/h之(zhi)間,回收率(lv)一直(zhi)穩定在70%左(zuo)右。運(yun)行(xing)(xing)初期(qi)產(chan)(chan)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)有(you)所(suo)下降是因(yin)為系(xi)統受到(dao)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)減少的要求,降低(di)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)壓力,同時進(jin)水(shui)(shui)溫度(du)也(ye)有(you)降低(di)。系(xi)統運(yun)行(xing)(xing)穩定后(hou)膜(mo)元(yuan)件產(chan)(chan)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)一直(zhi)保(bao)持在120m3/h以上。
FR11-8040膜元(yuan)件對黃(huang)河(he)水(shui)(shui)質有很好的(de)(de)適應性(xing),初(chu)期脫(tuo)(tuo)鹽率達到98.8%以上,產水(shui)(shui)電(dian)導穩定在12μS/cm左右,并且(qie)在運行初(chu)期脫(tuo)(tuo)鹽率一直在緩慢上升階段。在經過2次清洗以后脫(tuo)(tuo)鹽率始終(zhong)在98.6%以上(見圖3),未出現膜性(xing)能劣化和衰減趨勢。滿足(zu)了(le)客戶對產水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質的(de)(de)要求,確(que)立(li)了(le)該公司使用VONTRON抗污(wu)染膜元(yuan)件的(de)(de)信(xin)心。

膜元件更換前后性能的比較分析
該系(xi)統有兩(liang)組(zu)膜元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)共同運(yun)行,其(qi)中一(yi)組(zu)為國外某廠家于(yu)(yu)2011年(nian)安裝,運(yun)行約(yue)一(yi)年(nian)時間,另一(yi)組(zu)膜元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)由于(yu)(yu)產水量和產水電導均不能滿足客戶(hu)生產要(yao)求,故(gu)更換為我公司膜元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian),以(yi)下為更換膜元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)后2012年(nian)6月(yue)16日運(yun)行數據:
從表3可以(yi)看出,更(geng)換膜元件后2號(hao)反滲(shen)透(tou)系統產(chan)水量比1號(hao)高20%以(yi)上,脫鹽率有明(ming)(ming)顯上升,產(chan)水電導下降(jiang)到(dao)16.11μS/cm,滿足客戶(hu)供水要求。該數(shu)據也很好的(de)(de)表明(ming)(ming),VONTRON公(gong)司(si)膜元件性能(neng)可以(yi)與(yu)國(guo)外其(qi)他(ta)廠家媲美,在較差的(de)(de)黃(huang)河水的(de)(de)水質(zhi)情況(kuang)下,能(neng)夠良好的(de)(de)運行。
小結
反(fan)滲透(tou)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)經過長時間的(de)運行,VONTRON抗污染反(fan)滲透(tou)膜元件FR11-8040始終保持(chi)良好(hao)的(de)性能(neng),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)產水(shui)(shui)量一直維(wei)持(chi)在(zai)120m3/h,脫鹽率(lv)保持(chi)在(zai)98.7%以(yi)上(shang)。由此可以(yi)看(kan)出該膜元件在(zai)以(yi)微污染地表水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)源的(de)反(fan)滲透(tou)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中可以(yi)高效(xiao)、穩定的(de)運行,對類似的(de)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)起到了很好(hao)的(de)借鑒意義(yi)。
