I-PHA是一個創新的(de)環境生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)技術(shu),將(jiang)有機廢棄物(wu)(wu)(wu)如食物(wu)(wu)(wu)殘余和工、農生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)廢料(liao)(liao)(liao)(BIOMASS)轉化(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)可降(jiang)(jiang)解生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)塑(su)(su)(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao)和土壞改良(liang)劑(ji)。該技術(shu)利(li)用特定(ding)微(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)及(ji)(ji)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)脢催化(hua)劑(ji),將(jiang)復雜原料(liao)(liao)(liao)(如淀粉、蛋白(bai)質(zhi)、油脂等)降(jiang)(jiang)解成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)簡單(dan)發酵(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)中間體,并在(zai)(zai)特定(ding)條(tiao)件下,將(jiang)其(qi)聚合成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)塑(su)(su)(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao)大分子(zi)。食物(wu)(wu)(wu)殘余先經高溫(wen)滅菌,在(zai)(zai)嚴格控制下發酵(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)。整個降(jiang)(jiang)解/聚合過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)在(zai)(zai)單(dan)一生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)反(fan)應器(qi)內(nei)由兩種(zhong)微(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)同(tong)步完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),降(jiang)(jiang)低成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)達70%以上。收獲(huo)的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)塑(su)(su)(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao)含20%-30%細胞質(zhi)。經專(zhuan)有化(hua)學技術(shu)處理,將(jiang)所有細胞質(zhi)溶(rong)解,純化(hua)為熱塑(su)(su)(su)(su)性(xing)塑(su)(su)(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。通過(guo)(guo)控制細胞的(de)新陳代謝途徑(jing)及(ji)(ji)原料(liao)(liao)(liao)預(yu)處理,I-PHA技術(shu)可生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)具不同(tong)性(xing)能之(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)塑(su)(su)(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao),或脆硬如聚丙烯(xi)(POLYPROPYLENE),或堅韌如聚乙烯(xi)(POLYETHYLENE)。生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)塑(su)(su)(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao)具有天然的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)降(jiang)(jiang)解性(xing)和生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)兼(jian)容(rong)性(xing),不產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)有害降(jiang)(jiang)解產(chan)物(wu)(wu)(wu)。產(chan)品(pin)經純化(hua)后,符(fu)合塑(su)(su)(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao)工業衛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)標(biao)準。發酵(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)及(ji)(ji)產(chan)品(pin)純化(hua)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)在(zai)(zai)常溫(wen)常壓下完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),具成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)效益。該技術(shu)現受多個專(zhuan)利(li)法保護。
