電除塵器工作原理
氣體電離過程

塵粒荷電過程
由(you)(you)于(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)暈(yun)區(qu)內產生的(de)(de)(de)離(li)子(zi)(zi)或電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)進入電(dian)(dian)暈(yun)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)區(qu),并與中(zhong)性分子(zi)(zi)發(fa)生碰(peng)撞,使(shi)塵(chen)粒(li)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)大小與塵(chen)粒(li)的(de)(de)(de)粒(li)徑、電(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)強度(du)、離(li)子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)熱能及停留時間等因素都有關。通(tong)常我們認(ren)為塵(chen)粒(li)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)有兩(liang)種機(ji)理:即電(dian)(dian)場(chang)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)和擴散(san)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。前者是(shi)由(you)(you)于(yu)(yu)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)作用(yong)下,離(li)子(zi)(zi)與塵(chen)粒(li)碰(peng)撞,粘(zhan)(zhan)附于(yu)(yu)塵(chen)粒(li)上荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。后者是(shi)由(you)(you)于(yu)(yu)離(li)子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)規則熱運動、氣(qi)體擴散(san)與塵(chen)粒(li)碰(peng)撞、粘(zhan)(zhan)附,使(shi)塵(chen)粒(li)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。
收塵過程
粉(fen)塵(chen)荷(he)電后,在電場作用下按照自(zi)載電荷(he)的(de)極(ji)(ji)性(xing),向極(ji)(ji)性(xing)相反的(de)電極(ji)(ji)運(yun)動,并沉(chen)積在該電極(ji)(ji)的(de)表面上。通常將粉(fen)塵(chen)垂直(zhi)于(yu)極(ji)(ji)板的(de)運(yun)動速度稱之為驅進速度。驅進速度的(de)大(da)小與(yu)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)荷(he)電量、電場速度、氣體性(xing)質等因素(su)有關系。帶(dai)負電荷(he)的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)與(yu)收塵(chen)極(ji)(ji)接觸后,隨即失(shi)去電荷(he),成(cheng)為中性(xing)粒子粘附于(yu)電極(ji)(ji)的(de)表面。然后借(jie)助振動裝(zhuang)置使(shi)電極(ji)(ji)產生抖(dou)動,塵(chen)粒從(cong)電極(ji)(ji)的(de)表面脫落,掉入電除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)下部的(de)集灰斗中不斷地被清除(chu)。
電除塵器運用范圍
應用(yong)于燃煤電站(zhan)、冶金、建材、化工、造紙等行業的(de)工業爐(lu)窯及工業過(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)煙氣除塵,是(shi)目前最主(zhu)要的(de)高(gao)效(xiao)除塵設備。
