制革行業污染特點
皮(pi)(pi)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)行業有句話叫(jiao)“水里撈金(jin)”,由于制革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)生(sheng)產(chan)的濕加工(gong)都是(shi)在(zai)水中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)進(jin)行,很多皮(pi)(pi)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)化工(gong)原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)都要加到(dao)水中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),而(er)制革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)皮(pi)(pi)又(you)不可(ke)能將水中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的化工(gong)原(yuan)(yuan)來(lai)(lai)完全吸收(shou)(shou)(shou),而(er)且有的化工(gong)原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)吸收(shou)(shou)(shou)率(lv)特(te)別低,如制革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的浸(jin)灰脫毛工(gong)序,所使用的石灰、硫(liu)化鈉和硫(liu)氫化鈉的吸收(shou)(shou)(shou)率(lv)只有約10-30%,從轉鼓(gu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)排(pai)出的硫(liu)化物在(zai)3000mg/L以上,COD高達十幾(ji)萬mg/L;還(huan)(huan)有從原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)皮(pi)(pi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)溶解下(xia)來(lai)(lai)的蛋(dan)白質分解以后,釋放(fang)出來(lai)(lai)的氨(an)氮濃度也特(te)別高,致使處(chu)(chu)理(li)過(guo)(guo)的污水氨(an)氮含量(liang)(liang)比(bi)沒(mei)有處(chu)(chu)理(li)前氨(an)氮含量(liang)(liang)還(huan)(huan)高;另外,由于制革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)使用大量(liang)(liang)的脫脂劑、加脂劑和表面活性(xing)劑,排(pai)放(fang)到(dao)廢水后,不但比(bi)較難去除(chu),還(huan)(huan)影響(xiang)(xiang)到(dao)微(wei)生(sheng)物的生(sheng)長(chang),并且污水通過(guo)(guo)常規(gui)的曝氣好氧活性(xing)污泥(ni)法進(jin)行處(chu)(chu)理(li),容易產(chan)生(sheng)大量(liang)(liang)的泡(pao)沫,活性(xing)污泥(ni)會隨著泡(pao)沫跑掉;在(zai)制革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)還(huan)(huan)使用了重(zhong)金(jin)屬鉻,回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)后用到(dao)制革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)影響(xiang)(xiang)成品革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)的質量(liang)(liang),不回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)隨著制革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)污泥(ni)排(pai)放(fang)到(dao)環境中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)又(you)是(shi)危險廢棄物。
制革廢(fei)(fei)水不僅量大,而且是一(yi)種成分復雜、高濃度的(de)有機廢(fei)(fei)水。制革廢(fei)(fei)水多數來(lai)自準備工序(xu)和鞣制工序(xu),廢(fei)(fei)液多是間歇排出(chu)。混合(he)廢(fei)(fei)水呈堿性,有毒,難(nan)降解物(wu)質含量高,外觀污濁(zhuo),氣味難(nan)聞。其中含有大量石(shi)灰(hui)、染料、蛋(dan)白質、鹽類(lei)、油(you)脂、氨氮、硫(liu)(liu)化物(wu)、鉻鹽以及毛(mao)類(lei)、皮(pi)渣、泥沙等有毒有害物(wu)質。COD、BOD、硫(liu)(liu)化物(wu)、氨氮、懸浮物(wu)等非常高,是一(yi)種較(jiao)難(nan)治理的(de)工業廢(fei)(fei)水。
另外,制(zhi)(zhi)革廢水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)排放(fang),還因為原(yuan)料皮(pi)(牛皮(pi)、羊(yang)皮(pi)、豬皮(pi))的(de)(de)不同,加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝的(de)(de)不同,成品(pin)皮(pi)革的(de)(de)不同,廢水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質相差(cha)(cha)特別大,尤其是COD的(de)(de)差(cha)(cha)別,就山羊(yang)皮(pi)和綿(mian)羊(yang)皮(pi)而言,COD的(de)(de)差(cha)(cha)別都(dou)在1800-6100mg/L.這些都(dou)是制(zhi)(zhi)革廢水(shui)(shui)比(bi)較難(nan)治理的(de)(de)原(yuan)因。
目前,我國(guo)制(zhi)革廢水處(chu)理(li)在處(chu)理(li)率和達標(biao)率方面都存(cun)在許多(duo)問題。隨著排(pai)放標(biao)準的不斷嚴(yan)格,制(zhi)革行業(ye)將面臨更(geng)加嚴(yan)峻的環保問題,且污泥(ni)的處(chu)理(li)又(you)是(shi)非常棘手(shou)的問題。
