水解酸化+SBR工藝處理小規模養殖屠宰廢水
摘 要:介紹了(le)水(shui)(shui)解-SBR處(chu)理(li)系統在屠宰(zai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)廢水(shui)(shui)中的工(gong)(gong)(gong)程應用(yong)。結果表(biao)明 ,經該工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)處(chu)理(li)后 ,外排(pai)(pai)廢水(shui)(shui)出水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)能達到《肉類加工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業水(shui)(shui)污染物(wu)排(pai)(pai)放標(biao)準(zhun) 》(GB13457-92)的一級(ji)排(pai)(pai)放標(biao)準(zhun)。該工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)具有占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積小 ,處(chu)理(li)效率好 ,運行費用(yong)低等特點 ,能廣泛應用(yong)于屠宰(zai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)廢水(shui)(shui)的處(chu)理(li)。
SBR反(fan)應(ying)(ying)池(chi)(chi)主要(yao)用于降解(jie)有機物(wu) ,是整個處理工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝的(de)核心 ,通(tong)過調(diao)整運行方式(shi) ,可以降解(jie)部分難(nan)降解(jie)有機物(wu) ,是處理屠宰肉類加工(gong)(gong)(gong)廢水(shui)(shui)常用工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝。SBR法在(zai)一個反(fan)應(ying)(ying)池(chi)(chi)內完成(cheng)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)、生物(wu)降解(jie)、硝化(hua)與反(fan)硝化(hua)脫(tuo)氮、重(zhong)力沉(chen)淀分離(二次沉(chen)淀 )等過程(cheng)。其(qi)基(ji)本(ben)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)分五步完成(cheng) ,即進(jin)水(shui)(shui)、反(fan)應(ying)(ying)、沉(chen)淀、排水(shui)(shui)和閑置(zhi) 5個工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)。每個池(chi)(chi)子(zi)設置(zhi)曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)和剩余(yu)污(wu)泥(ni)排出系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。按工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實際設計(ji)2座 S BR反(fan)應(ying)(ying)池(chi)(chi)交(jiao)替運行 ,每座反(fan)應(ying)(ying)池(chi)(chi)的(de)運行周期(qi)為 1。2 h,其(qi)中(zhong)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)期(qi)為1h,邊(bian)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)邊(bian)曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi),使污(wu)泥(ni)再生恢復其(qi)活性;反(fan)應(ying)(ying)期(qi)為 4~7 h (包括進(jin)水(shui)(shui)期(qi)) ;停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)進(jin)入厭(yan)氧狀態 0。5 h;厭(yan)氧狀態結束后微曝(pu)(pu)0。5 h;靜止(zhi)(zhi)沉(chen)淀期(qi) 2。0 h;排水(shui)(shui)期(qi) 1。5 h,閑置(zhi)期(qi)0。5 h。根據(ju)水(shui)(shui)質情況(kuang)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)時間(jian)(jian)可靈(ling)活調(diao)整 ,減少曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)時間(jian)(jian) ,降低運行成(cheng)本(ben)。曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)采用自吸(xi)射流曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi) ,其(qi)充氧效率達 1。8~2。5 kg/kWh,對空氣(qi)無過濾要(yao)求、 不(bu)易堵(du)塞 ,易于維修管理 ,且消除了鼓風機的(de)噪聲污(wu)染(ran)。撇水(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)采用旋(xuan)轉式(shi)撇水(shui)(shui)器 ,多余(yu)的(de)污(wu)泥(ni)通(tong)過剩余(yu)污(wu)泥(ni)排放系(xi)(xi)統(tong)從池(chi)(chi)子(zi)中(zhong)排出至污(wu)泥(ni)濃縮池(chi)(chi)。
