1.反滲透膜分離技術簡介

反(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)膜(mo)分(fen)離技(ji)術是常見膜(mo)分(fen)離技(ji)術中應(ying)(ying)用(yong)比較廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong),其基本(ben)原理是:對透(tou)(tou)(tou)過(guo)物質(zhi)具有選擇性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)薄膜(mo)稱為(wei)半(ban)(ban)(ban)透(tou)(tou)(tou)膜(mo),一(yi)般將只(zhi)能透(tou)(tou)(tou)過(guo)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)劑而不能透(tou)(tou)(tou)過(guo)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)薄膜(mo)稱之(zhi)為(wei)理想(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)半(ban)(ban)(ban)透(tou)(tou)(tou)膜(mo)。當把相(xiang)同(tong)體積(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稀溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(例如淡(dan)(dan)水(shui))和(he)(he)相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)體積(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)濃(nong)(nong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(例如鹽(yan)水(shui))分(fen)別置于(yu)(yu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)透(tou)(tou)(tou)膜(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)兩側時稀溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)劑將自發的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)向(xiang)濃(nong)(nong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)側流(liu)(liu)動,這一(yi)現象(xiang)稱為(wei)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)。當滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)過(guo)程(cheng)達(da)到平衡時,濃(nong)(nong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)側的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)液(ye)面將會比稀溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)液(ye)面高(gao)(gao)出一(yi)定(ding)高(gao)(gao)度(du)(du),即形成一(yi)個壓(ya)差,稱為(wei)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)壓(ya)。滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大小(xiao)取決(jue)于(yu)(yu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)固有性質(zhi),即與溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)類、濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)和(he)(he)溫(wen)度(du)(du)有關而與半(ban)(ban)(ban)透(tou)(tou)(tou)膜(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)性質(zhi)無關。若在濃(nong)(nong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)側施加一(yi)個大于(yu)(yu)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li),溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)劑的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)動方向(xiang)將與原來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)方向(xiang)相(xiang)反(fan)(fan),開始從濃(nong)(nong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)向(xiang)稀溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)一(yi)側流(liu)(liu)動,這一(yi)現象(xiang)稱為(wei)反(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)。反(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)裝置就(jiu)是利(li)用(yong)這一(yi)原理用(yong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)泵將待處(chu)(chu)(chu)理水(shui)經過(guo)增壓(ya)以(yi)后,借(jie)助半(ban)(ban)(ban)透(tou)(tou)(tou)膜(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)選擇截留作(zuo)用(yong)來(lai)去除水(shui)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)無機離子的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),由(you)于(yu)(yu)反(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)膜(mo)在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)情況下只(zhi)允(yun)許水(shui)分(fen)子通過(guo),而不允(yun)許鉀、鈉(na)、鈣、鋅等離子及病(bing)毒、細菌通過(guo),所以(yi)它能獲得高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)。反(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)(tou)膜(mo)分(fen)離技(ji)術應(ying)(ying)用(yong)十(shi)分(fen)廣泛(fan),主要(yao)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)海水(shui)淡(dan)(dan)化(hua)、純(chun)(chun)水(shui)和(he)(he)超純(chun)(chun)水(shui)制備、城市給水(shui)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理、城市污(wu)水(shui)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理及應(ying)(ying)用(yong)、工業廢水(shui)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理等方面。

2.反滲透(tou)膜分離技術應用(yong)

引(yin)灤(luan)工(gong)程(cheng)宜興埠管理處(chu)地處(chu)天津市北辰區東部永定新(xin)河北岸,土地高度鹽堿,地下水質(zhi)污染嚴(yan)重(zhong),氟化物(wu)與細菌指標均超標。

1983年成立管理(li)(li)(li)處(chu)時在院(yuan)內打深井一眼,但多(duo)年來職(zhi)工一直(zhi)飲用高氟(fu)水,給(gei)身體健康帶來不利影響(xiang)。為解決職(zhi)工飲水安(an)全問題(ti),于2002年經認真調研,選擇安(an)裝(zhuang)了天津天磁凈水公司的反(fan)滲(shen)(shen)透(tou)(tou)純(chun)水設備(CJS-200A型)。該反(fan)滲(shen)(shen)透(tou)(tou)純(chun)水設備是以(yi)反(fan)滲(shen)(shen)透(tou)(tou)膜(mo)為核心的水處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)設備,反(fan)滲(shen)(shen)透(tou)(tou)膜(mo)之前的部分可稱(cheng)為前處(chu)理(li)(li)(li),反(fan)滲(shen)(shen)透(tou)(tou)膜(mo)之后稱(cheng)為后處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)。

2.1前處理

前處(chu)(chu)理是(shi)(shi)對我(wo)處(chu)(chu)地下原水進行初級(ji)凈(jing)化(hua),為(wei)反(fan)滲(shen)(shen)透膜提(ti)供水源。其主(zhu)要作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)是(shi)(shi)保護反(fan)滲(shen)(shen)透膜。前處(chu)(chu)理必須(xu)具(ju)備的(de)兩級(ji)濾(lv)芯(xin)(xin):沉(chen)淀濾(lv)芯(xin)(xin)、活性碳濾(lv)芯(xin)(xin)。沉(chen)淀濾(lv)芯(xin)(xin)又稱PP(聚(ju)丙烯)熔(rong)噴棉(mian),其過濾(lv)精度(du)為(wei)微(wei)米級(ji),主(zhu)要作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)是(shi)(shi)去(qu)除原水中的(de)鐵銹、泥沙、懸浮物(wu)等大顆粒雜質(zhi)。經沉(chen)淀濾(lv)芯(xin)(xin)凈(jing)化(hua)的(de)原水可(ke)達到基本無(wu)色、無(wu)肉眼可(ke)見物(wu),可(ke)防(fang)止反(fan)滲(shen)(shen)透膜被堵(du)塞。前置活性碳芯(xin)(xin)不僅能去(qu)除原水中的(de)異味(wei),還可(ke)對水的(de)濁度(du)、色度(du)、有(you)(you)機物(wu)、鐵、酚、F、As、Hg、Al、CHCl3、CCL4、余氯等具(ju)有(you)(you)明顯降低作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。通過去(qu)除自來水中余氯,可(ke)防(fang)止氧化(hua)性極強(qiang)的(de)氯對反(fan)滲(shen)(shen)透膜的(de)損壞(huai)。

2.2后處理

該純(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備的后(hou)處理采(cai)用(yong)(yong)了活性(xing)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)濾芯(xin)。后(hou)置活性(xing)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)濾芯(xin)的作用(yong)(yong)是將反(fan)滲透膜制造的純(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)行深度(du)處理,去(qu)除水(shui)(shui)(shui)中揮發性(xing)有機物、氣味(wei)、改善純(chun)凈水(shui)(shui)(shui)的口感。尤其是使用(yong)(yong)壓力(li)式儲(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)桶的純(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備,后(hou)置活性(xing)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)能有效(xiao)去(qu)除儲(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)桶產生的橡膠(jiao)味(wei)。

2.3增壓泵和控制(zhi)系統

由于反滲透(tou)膜需要0.4~0.8MPa的(de)原(yuan)水壓(ya)(ya)力(li),所以純水系統必須加裝特殊的(de)增壓(ya)(ya)泵。增壓(ya)(ya)泵一(yi)般采用24V直流電源,由水位開關(guan)(guan)或壓(ya)(ya)力(li)開關(guan)(guan)進行控制。

該反滲透(tou)(tou)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備(bei)(bei)采(cai)用(yong)國際上較為先進(jin)的(de)反滲透(tou)(tou)除鹽(yan)技術(shu)來制(zhi)備(bei)(bei)去離子(zi)水(shui)(shui)(shui),是(shi)一(yi)種純(chun)(chun)物理過(guo)程的(de)制(zhi)備(bei)(bei)技術(shu)。反滲透(tou)(tou)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)機組核心元件反滲透(tou)(tou)(RO)膜采(cai)用(yong)原產(chan)進(jin)口著名(ming)(ming)品牌卷式復合膜,高壓泵亦采(cai)用(yong)著名(ming)(ming)品牌的(de)進(jin)口產(chan)品。系(xi)(xi)統(tong)配置了前級(ji)處(chu)理系(xi)(xi)統(tong),如活性炭吸附過(guo)濾器和(he)精密(mi)保(bao)安過(guo)濾器,在電控和(he)自(zi)控方面,裝備(bei)(bei)了壓力(li)自(zi)動保(bao)護系(xi)(xi)統(tong)和(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)自(zi)動在線監測儀表系(xi)(xi)統(tong),并且(qie)有前級(ji)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)增(zeng)壓,后級(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱液位聯(lian)動接(jie)口。該純(chun)(chun)凈(jing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備(bei)(bei)凈(jing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)效果好,水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)清純(chun)(chun)甘甜,產(chan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)生(sheng)(sheng)飲(yin),熱(re)飲(yin)均可(ke),并且(qie)具有臭氧消毒功能,使所制(zhi)純(chun)(chun)凈(jing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)保(bao)存期(qi)(qi)加長(chang),并富含(han)大量深解氧;設(she)備(bei)(bei)機架采(cai)用(yong)不銹鋼材料(liao)精工制(zhi)作(zuo),干凈(jing)衛(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)、永(yong)不生(sheng)(sheng)銹,易于保(bao)養。反滲透(tou)(tou)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)機組具有能長(chang)期(qi)(qi)不間斷工作(zuo),自(zi)動運行(xing)無(wu)需專(zhuan)人看管,操作(zuo)簡單,且(qie)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)長(chang)期(qi)(qi)穩定,無(wu)污染物排放,制(zhi)取純(chun)(chun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)成本低廉等優點(dian)。

該反(fan)滲透純水設備實際運行效(xiao)果良好,檢測結果水質均達(da)到國家(jia)飲用水相應(ying)標準。

在正常運(yun)行(xing)一(yi)段時間后,反滲透膜元件會(hui)受到給(gei)水中存(cun)在的(de)懸(xuan)浮物(wu)質(zhi)或難溶物(wu)質(zhi)的(de)污染(ran),這(zhe)些污染(ran)物(wu)中最(zui)常見的(de)為碳酸鈣垢、硫酸鈣垢、金(jin)屬氧化物(wu)垢、硅沉(chen)積物(wu)及有機或生(sheng)物(wu)沉(chen)積物(wu)。

污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)去除(chu)可通過(guo)化學清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)和物(wu)(wu)理沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)來(lai)實(shi)現,有時(shi)亦(yi)可通過(guo)改變運(yun)(yun)行條件來(lai)實(shi)現。清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)膜元件時(shi)采用(yong)(yong)RT-818系(xi)列RO膜系(xi)統清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)劑(ji)。清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)無(wu)(wu)機污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)物(wu)(wu)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)RT-818A,清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)硫酸鈣及(ji)有機物(wu)(wu)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)RT-818B,清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)嚴重有機物(wu)(wu)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)RT-818C。所(suo)有清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)可以在(zai)(zai)最高溫度(du)為攝氏40℃以下(xia)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)60min,配(pei)(pei)制清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)液(ye)時(shi)按比(bi)例加入藥品(pin)(pin)(pin)及(ji)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui),采用(yong)(yong)不含(han)游(you)離(li)氯的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)來(lai)配(pei)(pei)制溶液(ye)并混合均勻。清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)膜元件時(shi)采用(yong)(yong)以下(xia)步驟(zou):用(yong)(yong)泵將(jiang)干(gan)(gan)凈(jing)、無(wu)(wu)游(you)離(li)氯的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)從清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)箱(xiang)打(da)(da)入壓力(li)(li)容器(qi)中(zhong)并排放(fang)幾(ji)(ji)分(fen)鐘,然(ran)(ran)后(hou)用(yong)(yong)干(gan)(gan)凈(jing)的(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)在(zai)(zai)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)箱(xiang)中(zhong)配(pei)(pei)制清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)液(ye),并將(jiang)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)液(ye)在(zai)(zai)壓力(li)(li)容器(qi)中(zhong)循環1h或(huo)(huo)預(yu)先設定的(de)(de)時(shi)間。清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)完成以后(hou),排凈(jing)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)箱(xiang)并進行沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),然(ran)(ran)后(hou)向清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)箱(xiang)中(zhong)充(chong)滿干(gan)(gan)凈(jing)的(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)以備下(xia)一步沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。再用(yong)(yong)泵將(jiang)干(gan)(gan)凈(jing)、無(wu)(wu)游(you)離(li)氯的(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)從清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)箱(xiang)打(da)(da)入壓力(li)(li)容器(qi)中(zhong)并排放(fang)幾(ji)(ji)分(fen)鐘,沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)系(xi)統后(hou),在(zai)(zai)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)排放(fang)閥打(da)(da)開狀態下(xia)運(yun)(yun)行反(fan)(fan)(fan)滲(shen)透(tou)(tou)系(xi)統,直到(dao)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)潔、無(wu)(wu)泡(pao)沫或(huo)(huo)無(wu)(wu)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)劑(ji)(通常(chang)15~30min)。用(yong)(yong)專門的(de)(de)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)裝置來(lai)完成該工作,清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)效果(guo)良好。

3.反滲透膜(mo)技術改(gai)進與建議

在(zai)(zai)生產運(yun)行中發現反(fan)滲(shen)透膜表面結垢大(da)部分是鈣離(li)子沉積物(wu),所(suo)以前(qian)處理根據實際需要(yao)增加了(le)樹脂濾芯以降低(di)原(yuan)水(shui)的硬度,防(fang)止反(fan)滲(shen)透膜表面結垢。后來在(zai)(zai)前(qian)級入水(shui)口處又(you)加設了(le)水(shui)軟化器以進一步降低(di)原(yuan)水(shui)的硬度。

由于日實(shi)際用水(shui)量并不均勻(yun)分布,有時遠低于設備的(de)實(shi)際處理能力,制出(chu)的(de)純凈(jing)水(shui)需要大量保存,為(wei)此在后處理階(jie)段(duan)又加裝了紫外線滅菌燈,可防止純凈(jing)水(shui)被二次(ci)污染。

任何水(shui)處理技(ji)術都(dou)有它的(de)適用(yong)范圍,因此在實際應用(yong)中(zhong)通常將不同的(de)技(ji)術進行組(zu)合使用(yong),這樣可以發揮各自(zi)的(de)特點(dian),取得更大的(de)技(ji)術和經(jing)濟效果。

4.結語

反滲透膜分離(li)技術作為安全飲水設備技術先(xian)進實用,運行維護十分方便,造價較(jiao)低,有著廣闊的推廣應用前景。
