佘年簡歷

佘年(nian)(nian),男,1957年(nian)(nian)出(chu)生,1995年(nian)(nian)畢業于美(mei)國(guo)(guo)華盛頓(dun)大學,生態學博(bo)士學位,現任美(mei)國(guo)(guo)華盛頓(dun)州(zhou)西雅圖市(shi)共(gong)用事業管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)局高級(ji)環(huan)(huan)境工(gong)程專家(jia),美(mei)國(guo)(guo)環(huan)(huan)境工(gong)程師(shi)協會(hui)Low Impact Development(LID) Modeling 委(wei)員會(hui)主(zhu)席,美(mei)國(guo)(guo)環(huan)(huan)境工(gong)程師(shi)協會(hui)都市(shi)水資(zi)源研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)委(wei)員會(hui)常務理(li)(li)(li)事,2008年(nian)(nian)第一(yi)屆國(guo)(guo)際LID研(yan)(yan)討會(hui)(The First International Low Impact Development Conference, Seattle, WA, USA)主(zhu)席,主(zhu)要負責城市(shi)的(de)可續性發展規劃,水資(zi)源管(guan)理(li)(li)(li),城市(shi)生態工(gong)程,全球溫室效應對(dui)都市(shi)水文水質的(de)影響等項(xiang)目(mu)。2004年(nian)(nian)佘年(nian)(nian)參與(yu)和領導的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)小組開發出(chu)都市(shi)可持續發展的(de)關鍵技(ji)術之(zhi)一(yi):Natural Drainage System獲得(de)美(mei)國(guo)(guo)哈佛大學商學院年(nian)(nian)度發明(ming)獎(jiang)。

佘年的研究方向為:

  • ? 開發都市可續性發展中的關鍵技術,如生態屋頂,雨水花園,生態草溝,都市自然排水系統和社區雨水利用
  • ? 構建LID模型
  • ? 構建城市排水系統模型,并綜合其它因素作為城市排水系統在防洪,排澇,基礎設施規劃建設,管網和污水處理廠負荷控制,受納水體水質和環境容量控制,雨水的回收和利用等方面科學決策的平臺
  • ? 全球溫室效應對都市流域水文,水質及生態系統的影響
  • ? 河流,湖泊和河口水質模型的構建,包括水污染容量及污染總量控制的技術和方法
  • ? 湖泊水庫等富營養水體生物修復和生態修復治理研究;
  • ? 湖泊底泥好氧生物消減研究;復合生物酶對城市污泥生物消減的應用研究;
  • ? 復合酶在水產養殖、畜牧和農作物上的應用

個人履歷:
     1976-1978    湖南大學                   本科學習
     1980-1982    University of Tennessee      獲數學學士學位
     1982-1985    University of Tennessee      獲數學碩士學位
     1985-1988    University of Tennessee      獲MBA
     1988-1995    University of Washington     獲生態學博士
     1989-1993    就任美國華盛頓州King County 自然資源管理局,Research Scientist,主要負責轄區內污水處理,湖泊,河道修復治理,水質水量模型,監測。
     1993-2007    美國華盛頓州西雅圖市共用事業管理局,高級環境工程專家,主要負責城市可續性發展規劃,水資源管理,城市生態工程,全球溫室效應對都市流域水文,水質及生態系統的影響評價等。
     2005- 成立西雅圖環境科技公司(si)(Seattle Environmental Science and Technology Inc.),負責開(kai)發復合生物(wu)(wu)酶(mei)在水產,景觀魚(yu)養(yang)殖,湖泊河道(dao)底泥(ni)好(hao)氧消(xiao)減,城市污泥(ni)生物(wu)(wu)消(xiao)減,花(hua)卉種殖,高(gao)爾夫(fu)球(qiu)場草(cao)坪的(de)維護及景觀水處理(li)方面(mian)的(de)應用。復合生物(wu)(wu)酶(mei)在湛江南美白對蝦養(yang)殖和(he)廣州花(hua)都羅(luo)非(fei)魚(yu)養(yang)殖的(de)中試中效果非(fei)常明顯,飼料系數(shu)降低1/3,水質在24小時內明顯改善(shan)。
