組合式生物膜SBR工藝在小區中水回用的設計與運行

1  項目(mu)概況

深(shen)圳星河·丹(dan)堤(di)生(sheng)活(huo)小區住(zhu)(zhu)宅項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)為(wei)(wei)豐澤湖山莊有(you)限(xian)公司(si)投(tou)資(zi)開(kai)(kai)發建設(she)(she)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),位于(yu)(yu)深(shen)圳市福田區與寶安(an)區交界的梅林二(er)線關口內,西面(mian)為(wei)(wei)已建成使用(yong)(yong)的豐澤湖一期(qi)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)。2005年5月(yue)(yue)(yue)經(jing)有(you)關部門批(pi)準許可,豐澤湖山莊有(you)限(xian)公司(si)投(tou)資(zi)新(xin)建了(le)星河·丹(dan)堤(di)中(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)。該(gai)(gai)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)為(wei)(wei)深(shen)圳星河·丹(dan)堤(di)生(sheng)活(huo)小區住(zhu)(zhu)宅項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)的配(pei)套設(she)(she)施,設(she)(she)計(ji)處理(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)為(wei)(wei)4800t/d,總投(tou)資(zi)額約1000萬元。該(gai)(gai)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)于(yu)(yu)2005年5月(yue)(yue)(yue)份(fen)正(zheng)式開(kai)(kai)工,2006年4月(yue)(yue)(yue)中(zhong)旬(xun)進入(ru)試運(yun)行,目(mu)(mu)(mu)前(qian)處理(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)為(wei)(wei)800~1500m3/d(因(yin)星河·丹(dan)堤(di)生(sheng)活(huo)小區二(er)期(qi)別墅及高(gao)層區尚未竣工,處理(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)尚未達(da)到設(she)(she)計(ji)值),全部回(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)為(wei)(wei)豐澤湖一期(qi)綠(lv)化、道路、車輛沖洗(xi)、景觀(guan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)、換水(shui)(shui)(shui),同時為(wei)(wei)星河·丹(dan)堤(di)二(er)期(qi)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)提供施工用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)及公共(gong)廁(ce)所沖洗(xi)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)。

2  工藝設(she)計(ji)

2.1  處理水(shui)量

星(xing)河·丹堤生活(huo)(huo)小區項目建筑面積為51萬m2,每(mei)100 m2 按4人(ren)(ren)(ren)計算,小區居住人(ren)(ren)(ren)口前期(qi)(qi)為6000人(ren)(ren)(ren),后(hou)期(qi)(qi)為14400人(ren)(ren)(ren),總計2.04萬人(ren)(ren)(ren),生活(huo)(huo)用水(shui)量(liang)標準按0.26m3/(d·人(ren)(ren)(ren)),生活(huo)(huo)污(wu)水(shui)量(liang)標準取生活(huo)(huo)用水(shui)量(liang)標準的90%,則該項目日排污(wu)水(shui)量(liang)為:20400人(ren)(ren)(ren)×0.26m3/(d·人(ren)(ren)(ren))×90%=4774 m3/d,取值為4800 m3/d。

2.2  設計(ji)進出水水質

由于本項(xiang)目(mu)尚未完全建成,無法提供準(zhun)確的污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi),現參考(kao)張(zhang)自杰主編的《環境工程手(shou)冊·水(shui)(shui)(shui)污(wu)染防治卷》典型的生(sheng)活(huo)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi),結合(he)對(dui)前期污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)監測數據(ju),并考(kao)慮到工藝(yi)流程中設有調(diao)節池,可對(dui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)進行調(diao)節,確定本項(xiang)目(mu)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)如表(biao)1。

本處理站出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)用(yong)(yong)于綠(lv)化、道路(lu)、車輛沖(chong)洗(xi)、景觀水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、換水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)及公共廁(ce)所沖(chong)洗(xi)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)要求較高。根據要求其設計(ji)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)執行(xing)建設部2000年頒布的中華(hua)人民(min)共和(he)國建設行(xing)業標(biao)準中的《再(zai)生水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回用(yong)(yong)于景觀水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)標(biao)準》及《景觀環境用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的再(zai)生水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)標(biao)準》(GB/T 18921-2002)和(he)《城鎮雜用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)標(biao)準》(GB/T 18920-2002),指標(biao)如表2。

2.3  設計工藝(yi)流(liu)程(cheng)

如圖1所示, 小區(qu)共設四(si)個(ge)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)泵站(zhan),在進(jin)泵站(zhan)總進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)上(shang)設置(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)道破碎(sui)機,將毛巾、塑料袋等易(yi)堵塞提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)泵的(de)雜物(wu)破碎(sui)后(hou)(hou),污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經(jing)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)泵輸(shu)送(song)進(jin)入(ru)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)膜厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)池(chi)(厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)池(chi)中安裝(zhuang)彈性立體填料),經(jing)厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)處理后(hou)(hou)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)自流入(ru)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理中心,經(jing)轉鼓式(shi)超細格柵(柵距(ju)1mm)去除較(jiao)小懸(xuan)浮物(wu)后(hou)(hou),污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)自流入(ru)調節池(chi),調節池(chi)內提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)泵根據(ju)組合式(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)膜SBR工(gong)藝(yi)的(de)運行(xing)(xing)要求控制運行(xing)(xing)狀況。組合式(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)膜SBR工(gong)藝(yi)池(chi)分(fen)(fen)接觸(chu)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)段(duan)(duan)和(he)SBR段(duan)(duan)兩大部分(fen)(fen),其運行(xing)(xing)過(guo)程分(fen)(fen)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)曝(pu)氣(qi)、沉淀、潷水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、閑置(zhi)(zhi)四(si)個(ge)階段(duan)(duan),并(bing)形成重復循(xun)環(huan),經(jing)組合式(shi)SBR工(gong)藝(yi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)處理后(hou)(hou),潷水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵運行(xing)(xing)將處理出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)潷入(ru)V型(xing)濾池(chi)過(guo)濾,并(bing)在V型(xing)濾池(chi)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口投(tou)加聚合氯化(hua)鋁(PAC)強化(hua)V型(xing)濾池(chi)過(guo)濾時的(de)除磷(lin)效(xiao)果,過(guo)濾水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經(jing)紫外(wai)線(xian)消毒后(hou)(hou)流入(ru)清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi),通過(guo)變(bian)頻回用(yong)(yong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)輸(shu)送(song)至各(ge)中水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回用(yong)(yong)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)點,多余水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量自清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)溢流管(guan)(guan)外(wai)排至小區(qu)雨水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)。

V型(xing)(xing)濾池(chi)累計運行(xing)(xing)24~48h后進行(xing)(xing)反(fan)沖(chong)洗,反(fan)沖(chong)洗排(pai)(pai)水(shui)(shui)重力流入豎(shu)流沉淀(dian)池(chi),豎(shu)流沉淀(dian)池(chi)上清(qing)液排(pai)(pai)入調節池(chi),池(chi)底污(wu)泥用(yong)20kg塑料桶桶裝密封(feng)后外(wai)運至就近污(wu)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理廠處(chu)理。組(zu)合式SBR工藝的(de)剩(sheng)余污(wu)泥通過(guo)循(xun)環泵定期排(pai)(pai)入生物膜厭(yan)氧池(chi),利(li)用(yong)厭(yan)氧工藝對污(wu)泥進行(xing)(xing)減量消化,少量剩(sheng)余污(wu)泥一部(bu)分隨轉鼓超細格柵去除的(de)柵渣排(pai)(pai)出(chu)系統,另一部(bu)分呈絮狀(zhuang)隨潷水(shui)(shui)經V型(xing)(xing)濾池(chi)過(guo)濾時(shi)截留,并通過(guo)V型(xing)(xing)濾池(chi)反(fan)沖(chong)洗水(shui)(shui)進入豎(shu)流沉淀(dian)池(chi),最后用(yong)塑料桶密封(feng)后外(wai)運排(pai)(pai)出(chu)系統,因此該工藝不設污(wu)泥脫水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理裝置。

2.3.1  轉(zhuan)鼓式(shi)超細格柵

采用(yong)(yong)全不銹鋼加長型GL3-600轉(zhuan)鼓式(shi)楔型篩網細格柵,柵距(ju)為1mm,轉(zhuan)筒直徑D為600mm,選用(yong)(yong)兩臺(tai),一(yi)(yi)用(yong)(yong)一(yi)(yi)備,進水(shui)(shui)流量(liang)較大時,兩用(yong)(yong)互備。單(dan)臺(tai)格柵機處理水(shui)(shui)量(liang)126m3/h,柵渣(zha)自動收集后集中外運。

2.3.2  調節(jie)池(chi)

為(wei)了保證后續(xu)處理(li)構筑物或設備的正常運行,需設調節(jie)池對廢水(shui)的水(shui)量和水(shui)質(主要是水(shui)量)進行調節(jie)。該調節(jie)池設計(ji)采(cai)用(yong)機械攪拌方式(shi),在調節(jie)池內設潛(qian)(qian)水(shui)攪拌器進行攪拌。調節(jie)池為(wei)地下鋼混結構,單格尺寸:長×寬(kuan)×高=19×5×5m,設兩格,有效水(shui)深(shen)4.5m,有效容積855m3,設計(ji)水(shui)力停留時間4.3h,調節(jie)池內設二臺(tai)潛(qian)(qian)污泵,庫房備用(yong)一臺(tai),共三(san)臺(tai)潛(qian)(qian)水(shui)泵。潛(qian)(qian)污泵參數:Q=400m3/h,H=10 m。

2.3.3  接觸氧化(hua)池

接觸(chu)氧化池為地下鋼混結構,設計成(cheng)獨立的2組,每組分為4格,單格凈尺寸:長×寬×高=4×3.675×5m,有效(xiao)水(shui)深4.5m,總有效(xiao)容(rong)積(ji)530m3,水(shui)力停留(liu)時間2.65h,容(rong)積(ji)負荷(he)為0.452kgBOD5/m3.d。接觸(chu)氧化池內安裝彈性(xing)立體填料。

曝(pu)氣(qi)系(xi)統采用下彎式穿孔管曝(pu)氣(qi)裝(zhuang)置,接(jie)觸(chu)(chu)氧(yang)化池(chi)根據(ju)工藝要求及(ji)水質特點(dian),可(ke)將第(di)2格(ge)或第(di)3格(ge)曝(pu)氣(qi)閥關閉(bi)形成缺(que)氧(yang)段。設(she)三臺(tai)羅茨鼓風機(ji)(ji)為接(jie)觸(chu)(chu)氧(yang)化池(chi)供氧(yang),2用1備。配1臺(tai)變頻器。鼓風機(ji)(ji)參數(shu):Q=8.7m3/min,H=4.9mH2O。

2.3.4  SBR池(chi)

SBR池(chi)為(wei)地下鋼混結構,該池(chi)前端(duan)與(yu)接(jie)觸(chu)氧化池(chi)末端(duan)相(xiang)連,設計成獨立的2組,每(mei)組分(fen)為(wei)5格(ge), 單格(ge)凈尺寸:長×寬(kuan)×高=5×7.65×5m,有效(xiao)水(shui)深4.5m,總有效(xiao)容(rong)積(ji)1721m3,水(shui)力停(ting)留(liu)時間8.6h,容(rong)積(ji)負荷為(wei)0.279 kgBOD5/m3.d,SBR池(chi)內前三格(ge)安(an)裝(zhuang)彈性(xing)立體填料,后兩格(ge)安(an)裝(zhuang)新(xin)型礦物濾(lv)料(SVA濾(lv)料)。曝(pu)氣系統采用(yong)下彎(wan)式穿(chuan)孔(kong)管曝(pu)氣裝(zhuang)置,設三臺(tai)羅茨鼓風(feng)機為(wei)接(jie)觸(chu)氧化池(chi)供氧,2用(yong)1備。配(pei)1臺(tai)變頻器。鼓風(feng)機參(can)數:Q=24.2m3/min,H=4.9mH2O。

2.3.5  V型濾池

采(cai)用鋼制一體(ti)式超高速(su)V型(xing)(xing)濾(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)兩座,濾(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)規格L×B×H=3.1 m×1.9 m×3.5m,濾(lv)(lv)料采(cai)用石英砂和陶粒雙層濾(lv)(lv)料,濾(lv)(lv)速(su)為20~40m/h,采(cai)用氣(qi)水反沖(chong)洗方式,水洗強(qiang)度5L/(m2·s),氣(qi)洗強(qiang)度10L/(m2·s),反沖(chong)洗水使(shi)用清(qing)水池(chi)(chi)內處(chu)理水。V型(xing)(xing)濾(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)配置了自控系統,對濾(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)的過濾(lv)(lv)、反沖(chong)洗自動控制運行。

2.3.6   靜態豎流(liu)沉淀池

V型濾池(chi)反沖水進靜(jing)態豎(shu)流沉(chen)淀池(chi)處理后排入調(diao)節池(chi)。為了節省占地,靜(jing)態豎(shu)流沉(chen)淀池(chi)采(cai)用間歇式運行方式。采(cai)用鋼制一(yi)體式結(jie)構,池(chi)直徑2m,高(gao)3m

2.3.7紫外線消(xiao)毒(du)池

紫外線消毒池平(ping)面(mian)尺寸為4.15×0.81m。

主要設計參數:懸浮含量低于20 mg/L (最大(da)值);平均流量:4800 m3/d;峰值系數為1;紫(zi)外穿透(tou)率為65%(最小值) 。

2.4   主要污染物質的去除

2.4.1  SS的去除

本設計采用了轉(zhuan)鼓(gu)細格(ge)柵(zha)與(yu)V型濾(lv)池(chi)過濾(lv)工藝,能(neng)(neng)有(you)效地(di)將污(wu)水(shui)中懸浮物(含(han)絲狀懸浮物)去(qu)(qu)除(chu),污(wu)水(shui)中Φ1mm以上的無機顆(ke)(ke)粒(li)和有(you)機顆(ke)(ke)粒(li)主要通過轉(zhuan)鼓(gu)細格(ge)柵(zha)的篩濾(lv)功能(neng)(neng)去(qu)(qu)除(chu);Φ1mm以下(xia)的有(you)機顆(ke)(ke)粒(li)靠組合式生(sheng)物膜(mo)SBR工藝中的生(sheng)物膜(mo)降解作用去(qu)(qu)除(chu),而(er)Φ1mm以下(xia)的無機顆(ke)(ke)粒(li)則在(zai)V型濾(lv)池(chi)中被濾(lv)料截留去(qu)(qu)除(chu),因此能(neng)(neng)有(you)效地(di)保(bao)證出水(shui)SS達(da)到(dao)10mg/L以下(xia)。

2.4.2  BOD5去除

污水(shui)(shui)中BOD5的(de)(de)(de)去(qu)除是(shi)靠微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)吸附作(zuo)用和(he)代(dai)謝(xie)作(zuo)用,然后對(dui)老(lao)化生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)與水(shui)(shui)進(jin)行分離來完成的(de)(de)(de)。生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)中的(de)(de)(de)微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)在有(you)(you)氧的(de)(de)(de)條件下將污水(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)(de)一部(bu)(bu)分有(you)(you)機物(wu)(wu)(wu)用于合成新的(de)(de)(de)細(xi)胞(bao),將另一部(bu)(bu)分有(you)(you)機物(wu)(wu)(wu)進(jin)行分解(jie)代(dai)謝(xie)以便獲得(de)細(xi)胞(bao)合成所需的(de)(de)(de)能量(liang),其(qi)最終產物(wu)(wu)(wu)是(shi)CO2和(he)H2O等(deng)穩定(ding)物(wu)(wu)(wu)質。微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)好氧代(dai)謝(xie)作(zuo)用對(dui)污水(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)(de)溶(rong)解(jie)性(xing)有(you)(you)機物(wu)(wu)(wu)和(he)非溶(rong)解(jie)性(xing)有(you)(you)機物(wu)(wu)(wu)都起作(zuo)用,并(bing)且代(dai)謝(xie)產物(wu)(wu)(wu)是(shi)無害的(de)(de)(de)穩定(ding)物(wu)(wu)(wu)質,因此,處理后污水(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)(de)殘余BOD5濃(nong)度很(hen)低。

2.4.3  CODcr的去除(chu)

污水中CODcr去除的原理與BOD5基本相同。本設計(ji)在(zai)二級(ji)生(sheng)化處(chu)理前設計(ji)了生(sheng)物膜厭氧(yang)工藝(yi),在(zai)生(sheng)物處(chu)理后設計(ji)了過濾工藝(yi),因此能有效地將出(chu)水CODcr控(kong)制在(zai)50mg/L以下。

2.4.4  NH3-N的去除

本設計(ji)采用(yong)了組合(he)(he)(he)式生(sheng)物膜(mo)SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi),由于(yu)在SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)段應用(yong)了新型礦物濾料SVA濾料(比(bi)(bi)表面積(ji)10~60m2/g),其巨大的比(bi)(bi)表面積(ji)有利于(yu)硝(xiao)化(hua)細菌(jun)的生(sheng)長繁殖,同時(shi)(shi)該工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)選擇了12h的水(shui)力停(ting)留時(shi)(shi)間,工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)水(shui)力流態為完全混合(he)(he)(he)式和推(tui)流式相(xiang)結合(he)(he)(he),能有效地強(qiang)化(hua)硝(xiao)化(hua)效果(guo),從而(er)在污(wu)水(shui)進水(shui)NH3-N為45mg/L較高的情(qing)況下保證出水(shui)NH3-N低于(yu)10mg/L。另(ling)外,組合(he)(he)(he)式生(sheng)物膜(mo)SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)采用(yong)了多點布氣(18個點),能在接觸氧化(hua)段和SBR段形成A/O工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi),通過系(xi)統(tong)的反硝(xiao)化(hua)功能去除TN,通過以上(shang)措施,該工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)具有良好的除N效果(guo)。

2.4.5  TP去除

本設計采用生(sheng)物(wu)除(chu)磷與化(hua)學除(chu)磷相(xiang)結合的(de)方式,由于本項目(mu)采用了生(sheng)物(wu)膜厭氧+組(zu)合式生(sheng)物(wu)膜SBR工藝組(zu)合,有利于聚磷菌在(zai)厭氧池(chi)(chi)(chi)釋(shi)磷,在(zai)好氧池(chi)(chi)(chi)吸磷,從而達到較(jiao)好的(de)生(sheng)物(wu)除(chu)磷效(xiao)果,系統(tong)中(zhong)富(fu)積的(de)磷由老化(hua)膜通(tong)過潷(bi)水(shui)泵潷(bi)水(shui)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)V型(xing)濾池(chi)(chi)(chi)過濾截留,并(bing)通(tong)過反沖洗水(shui)在(zai)豎(shu)流(liu)沉淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)靜沉后排(pai)出(chu)。由于進(jin)(jin)水(shui)含磷較(jiao)高,生(sheng)物(wu)除(chu)磷不能完(wan)全保(bao)證出(chu)水(shui)達標,因(yin)此在(zai)V型(xing)濾池(chi)(chi)(chi)進(jin)(jin)水(shui)口投加(jia)聚鋁等藥劑進(jin)(jin)行(xing)化(hua)學除(chu)磷,含磷泥通(tong)過豎(shu)流(liu)沉淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)外排(pai),因(yin)此能保(bao)證出(chu)水(shui)含磷1.0mg/L的(de)較(jiao)高要求。

2.5  除臭(chou)系統(tong)工藝(yi)設(she)計(ji)

除臭(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)可(ke)概(gai)括(kuo)地(di)分為濕式(shi)脫(tuo)臭(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、干(gan)式(shi)脫(tuo)臭(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)及濕式(shi)—干(gan)式(shi)組合脫(tuo)臭(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)。本設計采用干(gan)式(shi)脫(tuo)臭(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)中的(de)生物脫(tuo)臭(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)處理惡(e)臭(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)氣體,其工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)流程如(ru)圖2。

生物(wu)除臭裝置分(fen)收集(ji)系統和生物(wu)過濾(lv)系統兩(liang)部分(fen),對惡臭氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)產生源采(cai)用(yong)封閉式設計并對其進行抽氣(qi)(qi)收集(ji),主要(yao)將轉鼓超細格柵、調節池(chi)(chi)、接(jie)觸氧化(hua)池(chi)(chi)、SBR反(fan)應(ying)池(chi)(chi)等處(chu)臭氣(qi)(qi)收集(ji)后集(ji)中處(chu)理,通風(feng)機(ji)選(xuan)用(yong)兩(liang)臺(一用(yong)一備),風(feng)機(ji)風(feng)量為2640m3/h,風(feng)壓為1.61kpa,生物(wu)過濾(lv)裝置采(cai)用(yong)鋼(gang)制一體(ti)式,外(wai)形尺寸為L×B×H=3×2.5×4.4m,共一座(zuo),用(yong)沸石、竹片和SVA濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)作(zuo)為填料(liao)(liao),利用(yong)附著在填料(liao)(liao)上的微生物(wu)降解(jie)所吸(xi)附的惡臭氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)。

2.6   工(gong)藝特(te)點

(1)該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)采用(yong)了(le)國(guo)內首創的新型礦(kuang)物濾(lv)料(liao)及先進的組合(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)技術(shu),工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)產泥量少,能耗低,并且該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)的核心(xin)處理單(dan)元組合(he)式生物膜SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)分為兩個獨(du)立的操作單(dan)元,運行靈活,便于系統(tong)檢修,能保證系統(tong)檢修期間不停產。

(2)系統產生的臭(chou)味考(kao)慮了生物除臭(chou)裝置進行(xing)處(chu)理(li)(li),確(que)保污水處(chu)理(li)(li)站對周邊(bian)環境無不良影響。

(3)該工藝(yi)應用了管(guan)道破碎機和轉鼓超細格柵等新型(xing)水處理(li)設備,較好(hao)地(di)解決了生活小(xiao)區懸浮物(wu)高易堵塞(sai)問題。

(4)該處(chu)理站布置緊(jin)湊,處(chu)理構筑物(wu)、設(she)備(bei)(bei)間、中控室呈上下(xia)三層布置,所(suo)有的處(chu)理構筑物(wu)均(jun)布置在地(di)下(xia)(占地(di)面積913m2);所(suo)有設(she)備(bei)(bei)均(jun)集中在第二層設(she)備(bei)(bei)間(占地(di)面積不(bu)到160m2),確保設(she)備(bei)(bei)檢修維護不(bu)影響周(zhou)邊環(huan)境(jing);中控室在第三層,占地(di)面積僅55m2,最大限(xian)度地(di)節省了占地(di)。

(5)污水處理(li)站采(cai)用(yong)二級分布式計(ji)算(suan)機控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制管理(li)系統。全(quan)站的控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統均采(cai)用(yong)自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制、遙控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)和(he)就地控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制三(san)種控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制方式。自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制由(you)可編程序控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制器按軟(ruan)件(jian)程序和(he)在線儀表按設定值控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制完(wan)成,遙控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)由(you)中(zhong)央控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制室操作人員控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制,就地控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制即在設備現場(chang)的手動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制。整個系統的自動(dong)化程度很高(gao)。

3   組(zu)合式生(sheng)物膜(mo)SBR工藝的運行(xing)

3.1  組(zu)合式生物膜SBR工藝的啟動(dong)

組合式(shi)生物(wu)膜SBR工藝的啟動(dong),采用引入附近城市污水(shui)處理廠脫水(shui)污泥(ni)(ni)進(jin)行接種培(pei)養(yang)(yang)方式(shi),接種污泥(ni)(ni)量按污水(shui)量的5~10‰投加,開(kai)啟接觸氧(yang)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)SBR池(chi)(chi)(chi)風機曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),控制接觸氧(yang)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)SBR池(chi)(chi)(chi)DO為(wei)2~4 mg/L, 啟動(dong)循環泵(beng)使污水(shui)在(zai)接觸氧(yang)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)SBR池(chi)(chi)(chi)之間形(xing)成(cheng)水(shui)力循環,加快污泥(ni)(ni)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)速度;曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)一段時間后(hou),停(ting)止曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)靜沉(chen),取SBR池(chi)(chi)(chi)上清(qing)液(ye)進(jin)行水(shui)質分(fen)析,當(dang)CODcr小于50 mg/L時,開(kai)啟潷(bi)水(shui)泵(beng)潷(bi)水(shui),再開(kai)啟調(diao)節池(chi)(chi)(chi)泵(beng)將接觸氧(yang)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)SBR池(chi)(chi)(chi)進(jin)滿,重(zhong)新曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)污泥(ni)(ni),如(ru)此重(zhong)復(fu)循環,直至(zhi)(zhi)接觸氧(yang)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)SBR池(chi)(chi)(chi)污泥(ni)(ni)掛膜培(pei)養(yang)(yang)成(cheng)熟。星河·丹堤中(zhong)水(shui)回(hui)用項目于2006年4月15日(ri)進(jin)水(shui)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)污泥(ni)(ni),至(zhi)(zhi)2006年4月25日(ri),SBR池(chi)(chi)(chi)出水(shui)穩定達(da)到(dao)設計值,從(cong)開(kai)始(shi)進(jin)水(shui)至(zhi)(zhi)污泥(ni)(ni)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)成(cheng)熟,耗時十(shi)天(tian)左(zuo)右(you)。

3.2  組(zu)合式(shi)生物膜SBR工藝(yi)的運行管理(li)及運行效果

從2006年5月至今,組(zu)合(he)(he)式(shi)生物膜SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)進入(ru)(ru)穩(wen)定運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行階段(duan)(duan)(duan),其運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行過程分進水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)曝(pu)氣(qi)、沉(chen)(chen)淀、潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、閑置(zhi)四個階段(duan)(duan)(duan),一(yi)般滿負荷運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行時(shi)(shi)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)周期為4h,進水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)曝(pu)氣(qi)1h,沉(chen)(chen)淀1h,潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)閑置(zhi)2h,當(dang)組(zu)合(he)(he)式(shi)SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)處于(yu)閑置(zhi)后期時(shi)(shi),調節池內提升(sheng)泵(beng)啟動將(jiang)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)提升(sheng)至組(zu)合(he)(he)式(shi)SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)SBR段(duan)(duan)(duan)(接觸氧化(hua)段(duan)(duan)(duan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位恒定),組(zu)合(he)(he)式(shi)SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)風機運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行曝(pu)氣(qi),同時(shi)(shi)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)啟動使組(zu)合(he)(he)式(shi)SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)混合(he)(he)液(ye)(ye)形(xing)成(cheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)力循(xun)(xun)環(huan),從而(er)使污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、空(kong)氣(qi)、生物膜三相充分接觸反應,并(bing)可根據工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)需要通過控制接觸氧化(hua)段(duan)(duan)(duan)和SBR段(duan)(duan)(duan)某格的(de)曝(pu)氣(qi)量形(xing)成(cheng)A/O工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)推流流態,從而(er)使工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)單元具有碳(tan)化(hua)、硝化(hua)、反硝化(hua)生物反應過程。當(dang)組(zu)合(he)(he)式(shi)SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)處于(yu)沉(chen)(chen)淀階段(duan)(duan)(duan)時(shi)(shi),風機、循(xun)(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)停運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun),SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)段(duan)(duan)(duan)進行固液(ye)(ye)分離;當(dang)組(zu)合(he)(he)式(shi)SBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)處于(yu)潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)階段(duan)(duan)(duan)時(shi)(shi),潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行將(jiang)SBR段(duan)(duan)(duan)上清(qing)液(ye)(ye)潷(bi)入(ru)(ru)V型濾(lv)池過濾(lv)。此階段(duan)(duan)(duan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行數據見表3。

從(cong)表3可(ke)見,組合(he)式生(sheng)物(wu)膜SBR工藝運行穩定,出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)可(ke)達到《景(jing)觀環境用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的再生(sheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)標準》(GB/T18921/2002)和(he)《城鎮雜用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)標準》(GB/T18920-2002),特別是NH3-N去除效果(guo)良好,遠(yuan)低于設計出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)。

4  結論

組合(he)式(shi)生(sheng)物膜SBR工藝用于(yu)小區(qu)(qu)生(sheng)活污水處理(li)(li)回用,處理(li)(li)效果(guo)好、運行(xing)穩定、占地省、對周(zhou)邊環境影響小,非常適合(he)在建筑面積10萬m2以上小區(qu)(qu)污水處理(li)(li)中推(tui)廣。
