水泥窯低溫余熱發電技術及主要參數
目(mu)前,我國水(shui)泥工(gong)業(ye)低溫余(yu)熱(re)發電技(ji)術的(de)核心內容是基于朗肯循環理論的(de)熱(re)力循環系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),熱(re)力循環方式主(zhu)要(yao)有單(dan)壓(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、閃(shan)蒸系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、雙壓(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)三種基本模式,以(yi)及由此衍生的(de)復合(he)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)構成(cheng)。理論和實踐表明,以(yi)上三種熱(re)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)選擇(ze),應依據企業(ye)的(de)具體情況來選擇(ze)合(he)適(shi)的(de)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),采用哪種方式最合(he)理,應依據熱(re)平衡計算、生產線規模、企業(ye)管理水(shui)平、投資額大小等實際(ji)情況進(jin)行綜合(he)比較后(hou)確定。
低溫余熱(re)(re)發電主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)設備(bei)及(ji)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)技術(shu)參(can)數, 以5000t/d 水泥熟(shu)料生產線(xian)為例,5 000t/d 及(ji)規模相當的(de)(de)生產線(xian)可利(li)用窯頭、窯尾余熱(re)(re)資源,建設一套裝機(ji)容量(liang)約為9MW 的(de)(de)低溫余熱(re)(re)電站。主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)設備(bei)有(you)凝汽式(shi)汽輪(lun)機(ji)、發電機(ji)、SP 余熱(re)(re)鍋爐(lu)和AQC 余熱(re)(re)鍋爐(lu),其主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)技術(shu)參(can)數指標見表2、表3。
