污水處理工藝分類
污(wu)水處理(li)方法主要有(you)四(si)種:物理(li)法、化學法、物理(li)化學法、生物法。
1、物理法:
(1)沉淀法,主要去除廢水中無機顆粒及SS;
(2)過濾法,主要去除廢水中(zhong)SS和油類(lei)物質等;
(3)隔油,去(qu)除可浮油和分散油;
(4)氣(qi)浮法(fa),油水分離、有用物質(zhi)的(de)回收及相對密(mi)度(du)接近(jin)于1的(de)懸浮固體;
(5)離(li)心分離(li),微(wei)小(xiao)SS的去除;
(6)磁(ci)力分離,去除沉(chen)淀法難以去除的SS和膠體等(deng)。
2、化學法:
(1)混凝沉(chen)淀(dian)法,去除(chu)膠體及(ji)細(xi)微SS;
(2)中(zhong)和法,酸(suan)堿廢水的處理;
(3)氧(yang)化還原法,有毒物質、難生(sheng)物降解物質的(de)去除;
(4)化學沉(chen)淀法,重金屬(shu)離(li)子、硫(liu)離(li)子、硫(liu)酸根離(li)子、磷酸根、銨根等的(de)去除。
3、物理化學法:
(1)吸附法,少量重金屬離子(zi)、難生物(wu)降解有機物(wu)、脫(tuo)色除(chu)臭等;
(2)離子(zi)交換法,回(hui)收貴(gui)重金屬,放(fang)射性廢水(shui)、有(you)機廢水(shui)等;
(3)萃(cui)取法,難(nan)生(sheng)物降解有(you)機(ji)物、重金(jin)屬離(li)子等;
(4)吹脫和汽提,溶解性(xing)和易(yi)揮發物質的去除(chu)。
4、生物法:有(you)機物、氮磷、SS的去除。
(1)活(huo)性污泥(ni)法(fa),推流式活(huo)性污泥(ni)法(fa)、完全(quan)混合式活(huo)性污泥(ni)法(fa)、AB法(fa)、SBR及(ji)其(qi)變種工藝、氧(yang)化溝等(deng);
(2)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)膜法,生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)濾池、生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)轉(zhuan)盤、生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)接觸氧化、曝氣生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)濾池等;
(3)厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)工藝,厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)濾器(AF)、厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)流化床(chuang)反應(ying)(ying)(ying)器(AFB)、上流式(shi)厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)污(wu)泥(ni)床(chuang)反應(ying)(ying)(ying)器(UASB)、厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)顆粒(li)污(wu)泥(ni)膨脹床(chuang)反應(ying)(ying)(ying)器(EGSB)、厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)內循環反應(ying)(ying)(ying)器(IC)、厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)折流板反應(ying)(ying)(ying)器(ABR)等;
(4)生物(wu)脫氮除磷(lin)(lin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),A/O法、A/A/O工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、A/O/A/O工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、Bardenpho工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、UCT及改良UCT工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、短程硝(xiao)化/反硝(xiao)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、同步硝(xiao)化/反硝(xiao)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、短程硝(xiao)化-厭氧(yang)氨氧(yang)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、反硝(xiao)化除磷(lin)(lin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)等。
