中荷聯手攻關煤化工水污染
黃(huang)河流(liu)域陜(shan)西段污水綜合(he)排放標準于(yu)2011年頒布實(shi)施后(hou),作(zuo)(zuo)為煤(mei)化(hua)工(gong)大省的陜(shan)西,現有煤(mei)化(hua)工(gong)廢水處理工(gong)藝難(nan)以實(shi)現達標排放。為此,陜(shan)西省環(huan)境(jing)科學研究院上周(zhou)與荷蘭艾威(wei)迪斯(Evides)公司等(deng)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo),聯合(he)攻關煤(mei)化(hua)工(gong)水污染防治。
陜西(xi)省環(huan)境科學研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)院(yuan)長張振文介紹說,該研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)、哈爾濱工(gong)(gong)(gong)業大學與荷蘭艾威迪斯(Evides)公司已簽訂合作協(xie)議。中外雙方經過協(xie)商達(da)成共識,對煤化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)污(wu)染(ran)防治共提出8個技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)課題(ti),將(jiang)煤化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)、廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)以及污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)零排(pai)放(fang)等3項技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)作為(wei)(wei)首(shou)先(xian)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)的(de)(de)課題(ti)。各方將(jiang)通(tong)過開(kai)展(zhan)以實驗室(shi)為(wei)(wei)基(ji)礎(chu)的(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)和以中試為(wei)(wei)基(ji)礎(chu)的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu),重點調查分析現有(you)煤化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)行業污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(物(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)和生物(wu)(wu)(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi))的(de)(de)優缺點,優化(hua)(hua)(hua)特征(zheng)污(wu)染(ran)物(wu)(wu)(wu)硫化(hua)(hua)(hua)氫、氨(an)氮(dan)(dan)、氰化(hua)(hua)(hua)物(wu)(wu)(wu)和一些(xie)揮發酚(fen)類預處理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu),研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)開(kai)發高(gao)濃(nong)度有(you)機(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)和高(gao)氨(an)氮(dan)(dan)煤化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)及回(hui)用(yong)(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu),并把開(kai)發的(de)(de)新技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)到煤化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)整(zheng)套(tao)處理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)中,減少煤化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)行業水(shui)(shui)(shui)資源消耗和對環(huan)境的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。
其中(zhong),煤化工(gong)(gong)污(wu)水(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)優(you)化是通(tong)過去除(chu)煤化工(gong)(gong)企業(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)中(zhong)COD和(he)氨氮(dan)的(de)方法(fa)(fa),實現可(ke)靠性(xing)、穩定性(xing)、經濟型、操作性(xing)和(he)可(ke)管理(li)(li)(li)性(xing)。主要研究(jiu)內容包括(kuo)實現應用SBR(序列間歇式活性(xing)污(wu)泥(ni)法(fa)(fa))或(huo)A/O(即改(gai)進的(de)活性(xing)污(wu)泥(ni)法(fa)(fa))及二級A/O等去除(chu)COD、氨氮(dan),通(tong)過對幾種工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)進行(xing)對比(bi),選擇(ze)和(he)優(you)化適合煤化工(gong)(gong)廢(fei)水(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)方法(fa)(fa);廢(fei)水(shui)回用技術(shu)將研究(jiu)應用反滲透或(huo)離子交換達到回用的(de)方法(fa)(fa);污(wu)水(shui)零排(pai)放研究(jiu)通(tong)過對廢(fei)水(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)后濃(nong)縮(suo)液或(huo)殘渣進行(xing)分析,提(ti)出能(neng)夠適合當地或(huo)企業(ye)的(de)零排(pai)放工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),研究(jiu)內容包括(kuo)污(wu)泥(ni)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)方法(fa)(fa)、提(ti)濃(nong)技術(shu)優(you)化、高濃(nong)廢(fei)水(shui)處(chu)置。這3項(xiang)技術(shu)計劃研究(jiu)年限為(wei)3~5年。
據介紹,研發(fa)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)團隊將以陜西省環科(ke)院技術骨干為主要力量,配備600余平方米的(de)實(shi)驗(yan)室,開展(zhan)水質(zhi)分(fen)析、廢(fei)水治(zhi)理模擬(ni)實(shi)驗(yan)等。目(mu)(mu)前他們正在(zai)準備課(ke)題項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)開題報告,采購分(fen)析儀器,籌建研發(fa)中心實(shi)驗(yan)室。
據了(le)解(jie),陜西煤化工產業(ye)快速發展,煤化工企業(ye)排(pai)放的廢(fei)水中COD平均(jun)含(han)量(liang)在5000毫(hao)(hao)克/升左(zuo)右(you),氨氮200~500毫(hao)(hao)克/升,多數(shu)有機(ji)污染物(wu)難以降解(jie)。
