鋼鐵行業高濕煙氣治理有了新“武器”
近年來,隨(sui)著我國(guo)對(dui)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵行(xing)業結構的(de)(de)(de)(de)調整,鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵行(xing)業新工藝應(ying)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)加快,鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵企(qi)業大(da)氣(qi)污(wu)染(ran)源(yuan)頭和(he)煙(yan)氣(qi)特(te)征隨(sui)之發生變化。高(gao)濕(shi)(shi)煙(yan)塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)效處理(li)(li)越來越成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵企(qi)業防(fang)治大(da)氣(qi)污(wu)染(ran)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要任務之一。針對(dui)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵企(qi)業工藝處理(li)(li)過程高(gao)濕(shi)(shi)煙(yan)塵(chen)發生特(te)點(dian)和(he)環保(bao)(bao)要求,中國(guo)重型機(ji)械研究(jiu)院有限公司開發出鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵企(qi)業高(gao)濕(shi)(shi)煙(yan)塵(chen)專用(yong)煙(yan)氣(qi)治理(li)(li)系(xi)統,其(qi)中先進的(de)(de)(de)(de)WSDB型濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)電(dian)除塵(chen)煙(yan)氣(qi)治理(li)(li)技術(shu)是高(gao)濕(shi)(shi)煙(yan)氣(qi)治理(li)(li)系(xi)統成(cheng)(cheng)功的(de)(de)(de)(de)關鍵。目前,該濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)電(dian)除塵(chen)器已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)功應(ying)用(yong)于寶鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)、遷鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)等國(guo)內鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵企(qi)業的(de)(de)(de)(de)連鑄板(ban)坯、方坯或鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)錠火焰清理(li)(li)機(ji)、熱軋、鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)渣熱悶等工序的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)濕(shi)(shi)煙(yan)塵(chen)處理(li)(li),完全可(ke)以滿足主(zhu)工藝設備(bei)所產煙(yan)氣(qi)工況要求和(he)環保(bao)(bao)排放要求,成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)治理(li)(li)高(gao)濕(shi)(shi)煙(yan)塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新“武器”。
傳統除塵裝置難治理高濕煙塵
高濕(shi)煙(yan)(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)主要(yao)(yao)產(chan)生于(yu)(yu)鋼鐵(tie)企(qi)業鋼渣熱(re)悶處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)、連鑄板坯(pi)、方坯(pi)或(huo)鋼錠火(huo)焰(yan)清理(li)(li)(li)機(ji)(ji)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)、熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)(精軋(ya)(ya)、粗軋(ya)(ya))處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)等(deng)(deng)工藝處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)過(guo)程中。這(zhe)(zhe)些工藝處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)過(guo)程由(you)于(yu)(yu)有高壓水的(de)(de)參與(yu),加之高溫致使(shi)(shi)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)含(han)濕(shi)量很大(da)甚至飽(bao)和(he),煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)量大(da)且陣發性特征明顯,煙(yan)(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)徑(jing)很細(xi)(干燥后粒(li)(li)徑(jing)90%小于(yu)(yu)1μm),塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)親水性好,再加上(shang)環保排放(fang)要(yao)(yao)求嚴(≤20mg/Nm3),一般煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)治理(li)(li)(li)系統(tong)很難滿足這(zhe)(zhe)樣的(de)(de)工況要(yao)(yao)求。傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)(de)干式(shi)電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器和(he)袋式(shi)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器雖然對(dui)較細(xi)煙(yan)(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)有較強的(de)(de)去除(chu)(chu)能力,但如果煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)中水蒸氣(qi)(qi)含(han)量較強甚至飽(bao)和(he),則(ze)這(zhe)(zhe)兩(liang)種高效除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器由(you)于(yu)(yu)清灰的(de)(de)原因而不(bu)適合使(shi)(shi)用。機(ji)(ji)械濕(shi)法(fa)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)對(dui)這(zhe)(zhe)種工況適應性好,但對(dui)很細(xi)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效果并不(bu)理(li)(li)(li)想。而WSDB型濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器利用普(pu)通濕(shi)法(fa)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)和(he)靜(jing)電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)機(ji)(ji)理(li)(li)(li)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)高含(han)濕(shi)、含(han)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi),獨特的(de)(de)清灰方式(shi)和(he)構件形(xing)式(shi),使(shi)(shi)其具有普(pu)通濕(shi)法(fa)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)和(he)電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)雙重優點。整套設備(bei)具有結(jie)構合理(li)(li)(li)、投資費用低、除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率高、操(cao)作維護簡單、工況適應強等(deng)(deng)特點。

高濕煙氣(qi)(qi)治理控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)則由(you)系統(tong)(tong)工(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、除(chu)(chu)塵風機控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、濕式電除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、系統(tong)(tong)閥門(men)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、污水(shui)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)等(deng)組(zu)成。系統(tong)(tong)主控(kong)(kong)PLC(可編程邏(luo)輯控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi))由(you)CPU(中(zhong)央(yang)處理器(qi)(qi))模塊、I/O模板(ban)(包括數字量、模擬(ni)量、熱阻等(deng))、通訊網(wang)絡模板(ban)和(he)(he)底板(ban)等(deng)組(zu)成,并配有標準的通訊口,可以(yi)實現主工(gong)藝(yi)設備和(he)(he)煙氣(qi)(qi)治理系統(tong)(tong)之間以(yi)及煙氣(qi)(qi)治理系統(tong)(tong)內部高、低壓一體化的通訊聯(lian)網(wang)功能。
新型濕式電除塵器優勢明顯
WSDB型濕(shi)式電除塵(chen)器采用水平進氣(qi)和水平出(chu)氣(qi)的(de)方式,利用普通濕(shi)法除塵(chen)和靜電除塵(chen)機理處理高濕(shi)煙(yan)塵(chen),獨特(te)的(de)結構特(te)點使其更具優(you)勢。
煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)增濕裝(zhuang)置。鋼鐵企業(ye)高(gao)濕煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)具(ju)有煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)量大、陣發性的(de)(de)特征,煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)處理系(xi)統尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)在(zai)(zai)連續運(yun)行過程中(zhong)難免進入不飽和或者未完(wan)全(quan)濕潤(run)的(de)(de)煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen),而(er)不飽和或者未完(wan)全(quan)濕潤(run)的(de)(de)煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)會對濕式電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)環境(jing)尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)陽極(ji)(ji)板水(shui)膜造成破壞(huai)。該濕式電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)可根據工藝情況選擇在(zai)(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)前或除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)進風(feng)口(kou)內布(bu)置煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)增濕裝(zhuang)置。首先,該裝(zhuang)置采用(yong)水(shui)、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)兩種介質(zhi)噴(pen)嘴,噴(pen)出的(de)(de)水(shui)呈(cheng)霧(wu)狀,其(qi)彌(mi)散度(du)高(gao),使含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)與液滴(di)充分(fen)接觸,液滴(di)與塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒慣性碰撞、凝聚的(de)(de)效(xiao)率提(ti)高(gao),使塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)濕潤(run)。其(qi)次,由于采用(yong)了(le)特制的(de)(de)噴(pen)嘴,噴(pen)出的(de)(de)水(shui)霧(wu)在(zai)(zai)電場中(zhong)發生荷電效(xiao)應并在(zai)(zai)電場力(li)作用(yong)下被吸附到陽極(ji)(ji)板上(shang),在(zai)(zai)極(ji)(ji)板上(shang)形成均勻的(de)(de)水(shui)膜,加強了(le)極(ji)(ji)板清(qing)灰(hui)效(xiao)果,特別(bie)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)負荷較大的(de)(de)第一電場效(xiao)果尤(you)為明顯。

安全(quan)(quan)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)系(xi)(xi)統。安全(quan)(quan)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)的(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)系(xi)(xi)統是(shi)濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除塵器可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)運行的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎。該濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除塵器采用以隔離電(dian)瓷件(jian)與(yu)飽(bao)和(he)濕(shi)氣(qi)接觸(chu)為原則的(de)(de)(de)微正壓(ya)暖(nuan)風(feng)(feng)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)技術。暖(nuan)風(feng)(feng)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)系(xi)(xi)統由空氣(qi)過濾器、離心風(feng)(feng)機、熱交換(huan)器、風(feng)(feng)量調節器、環形風(feng)(feng)口(kou)、電(dian)瓷件(jian)等組成。安全(quan)(quan)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)系(xi)(xi)統向電(dian)瓷件(jian)所處的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)溫箱與(yu)飽(bao)和(he)濕(shi)氣(qi)接觸(chu)的(de)(de)(de)位置輸送具有一定(ding)溫度、壓(ya)力的(de)(de)(de)暖(nuan)風(feng)(feng),經環式(shi)(shi)小縫沿(yan)電(dian)瓷件(jian)內壁(bi)上升,大(da)部分(fen)氣(qi)流在絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)頂蓋(gai)的(de)(de)(de)阻擋下從絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)中(zhong)部進入除塵器內達(da)到隔離的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),小部分(fen)氣(qi)流通過電(dian)瓷件(jian)頂蓋(gai)小孔(kong)進入保(bao)(bao)溫箱。該系(xi)(xi)統除了(le)使(shi)電(dian)瓷件(jian)保(bao)(bao)持恒定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)溫度,還能使(shi)保(bao)(bao)溫箱內有一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)微正壓(ya),很好(hao)地防止濕(shi)煙氣(qi)和(he)濕(shi)潤粉塵與(yu)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)接觸(chu),保(bao)(bao)證了(le)該濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除塵器長(chang)期運行的(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)(quan)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。
濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器控(kong)制。該濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統由高壓(ya)(ya)、低(di)壓(ya)(ya)、儀(yi)表三部分組成。電(dian)(dian)氣控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統以PLC為(wei)控(kong)制核心,以低(di)壓(ya)(ya)控(kong)制單元、現場儀(yi)表、高壓(ya)(ya)供電(dian)(dian)裝置為(wei)控(kong)制基礎,是一個(ge)集(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)、低(di)壓(ya)(ya)、儀(yi)表于一體,控(kong)制、監測、顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)、人機對話功能(neng)完(wan)備的(de)智能(neng)控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統。水、氣系(xi)(xi)統采用全流量數據實時監控(kong)、顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)、報警,確保清灰系(xi)(xi)統工作正(zheng)常。遠(yuan)動、聯動、單動操作等控(kong)制方式(shi)設(she)置使操作維護更(geng)加方便、靈活。
