傳統除塵(chen)(chen)裝置難治理高濕煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)

高(gao)(gao)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)主要產(chan)生于(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)鐵企業(ye)鋼(gang)(gang)渣熱悶(men)處(chu)理(li)、連(lian)鑄板坯、方(fang)坯或鋼(gang)(gang)錠火(huo)焰清理(li)機(ji)處(chu)理(li)、熱軋(ya)(精軋(ya)、粗軋(ya))處(chu)理(li)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)處(chu)理(li)過(guo)程中。這些工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)處(chu)理(li)過(guo)程由(you)于(yu)有(you)高(gao)(gao)壓水(shui)(shui)的(de)參(can)與,加之(zhi)高(gao)(gao)溫致使煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣含濕(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang)很大(da)甚至飽和(he),煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣量(liang)大(da)且陣(zhen)發性(xing)特征明顯,煙(yan)(yan)(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)徑很細(干燥(zao)后粒(li)(li)徑90%小于(yu)1μm),塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)親水(shui)(shui)性(xing)好,再加上環保排(pai)放(fang)要求嚴(yan)(≤20mg/Nm3),一般煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣治理(li)系統很難滿足這樣的(de)工(gong)(gong)況要求。傳(chuan)統的(de)干式(shi)(shi)電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)和(he)袋式(shi)(shi)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)雖然(ran)對較細煙(yan)(yan)(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)有(you)較強的(de)去除(chu)(chu)能力,但如(ru)果(guo)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣中水(shui)(shui)蒸氣含量(liang)較強甚至飽和(he),則(ze)這兩種(zhong)高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)由(you)于(yu)清灰(hui)的(de)原因而(er)不(bu)適(shi)(shi)合使用。機(ji)械濕(shi)(shi)(shi)法除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)對這種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)況適(shi)(shi)應(ying)性(xing)好,但對很細粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)果(guo)并不(bu)理(li)想。而(er)WSDB型濕(shi)(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)利用普(pu)通濕(shi)(shi)(shi)法除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)和(he)靜電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)機(ji)理(li)處(chu)理(li)高(gao)(gao)含濕(shi)(shi)(shi)、含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣,獨特的(de)清灰(hui)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)和(he)構件(jian)形式(shi)(shi),使其具(ju)有(you)普(pu)通濕(shi)(shi)(shi)法除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)和(he)電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)雙重優(you)點。整套設備(bei)具(ju)有(you)結構合理(li)、投資費用低、除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率高(gao)(gao)、操作維護簡(jian)單、工(gong)(gong)況適(shi)(shi)應(ying)強等(deng)(deng)特點。

高濕煙氣治理(li)(li)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)則由系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)工藝控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、除(chu)(chu)塵風機控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、濕式電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)閥門控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、污水(shui)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等組成。系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主(zhu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)PLC(可(ke)編程邏(luo)輯控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器)由CPU(中央處(chu)理(li)(li)器)模塊(kuai)、I/O模板(包(bao)括數字量、模擬量、熱阻(zu)等)、通(tong)訊(xun)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)模板和底板等組成,并配有標準(zhun)的通(tong)訊(xun)口,可(ke)以實(shi)現主(zhu)工藝設備(bei)和煙氣治理(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)之間以及煙氣治理(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)內部高、低壓一體化的通(tong)訊(xun)聯網(wang)(wang)功能。

新型(xing)濕式電除塵(chen)器優勢(shi)明(ming)顯(xian)

WSDB型濕(shi)式(shi)電除(chu)塵器采用(yong)水(shui)平(ping)進氣和水(shui)平(ping)出氣的方式(shi),利用(yong)普通濕(shi)法除(chu)塵和靜電除(chu)塵機理處理高濕(shi)煙塵,獨特的結構(gou)特點使其更(geng)具優勢(shi)。

煙(yan)氣(qi)增濕(shi)裝(zhuang)置。鋼鐵企業高濕(shi)煙(yan)氣(qi)具有煙(yan)氣(qi)量大(da)、陣發性(xing)的(de)特(te)征,煙(yan)氣(qi)處理系統尤其是除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器在連續(xu)運(yun)行(xing)過程(cheng)中難免進入不飽和(he)或者未完全(quan)濕(shi)潤(run)的(de)煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen),而不飽和(he)或者未完全(quan)濕(shi)潤(run)的(de)煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)會對濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)環境尤其是陽極(ji)板(ban)水膜(mo)造(zao)成(cheng)破壞(huai)。該(gai)濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器可根據(ju)工藝情況選擇在除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器前或除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器進風口內布置煙(yan)氣(qi)增濕(shi)裝(zhuang)置。首(shou)先(xian),該(gai)裝(zhuang)置采用(yong)水、氣(qi)兩(liang)種介質噴嘴,噴出的(de)水呈霧狀,其彌散(san)度高,使含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體與液(ye)滴充(chong)分(fen)接觸,液(ye)滴與塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒慣性(xing)碰撞、凝聚(ju)的(de)效(xiao)率提高,使塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)濕(shi)潤(run)。其次,由于采用(yong)了特(te)制(zhi)的(de)噴嘴,噴出的(de)水霧在電(dian)場中發生(sheng)荷(he)電(dian)效(xiao)應并(bing)在電(dian)場力作用(yong)下被吸附到陽極(ji)板(ban)上(shang),在極(ji)板(ban)上(shang)形成(cheng)均勻的(de)水膜(mo),加強了極(ji)板(ban)清灰效(xiao)果,特(te)別是在收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)負(fu)荷(he)較大(da)的(de)第一電(dian)場效(xiao)果尤為明顯。
