我國污水處理技術現狀分析

城(cheng)(cheng)鎮污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)分為污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)和中(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回用(yong)(yong)2個方(fang)面。污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)技(ji)術(shu),就是(shi)(shi)采用(yong)(yong)各種(zhong)技(ji)術(shu)和手(shou)段,將污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)所含的污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)物分離去除(chu)、回收利用(yong)(yong)或將其轉化(hua)(hua)為無害(hai)物質,使(shi)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)得到凈化(hua)(hua)。城(cheng)(cheng)鎮污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)除(chu)去除(chu)各種(zhong)懸浮(fu)物、顆粒外,主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)(shi)除(chu)磷脫氮。城(cheng)(cheng)鎮污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)的主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)技(ji)術(shu)詳見表2,其中(zhong)后幾種(zhong)技(ji)術(shu)都是(shi)(shi)對傳統(tong)活性(xing)(xing)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥技(ji)術(shu)的改良。據碧(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源(yuan)招股說明(ming)書資料顯(xian)示,2008年我(wo)國建成的污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)廠中(zhong),氧化(hua)(hua)溝工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)占(zhan)(zhan)26%,A2/O工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)占(zhan)(zhan)18%,普通活性(xing)(xing)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥法占(zhan)(zhan)15%,SBR占(zhan)(zhan)12%,這(zhe)4種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)合計占(zhan)(zhan)71%。

國內(nei)常規城鎮污水處理廠工藝路(lu)(lu)線如(ru)圖1所示。各種技(ji)術路(lu)(lu)線的差異主要(yao)體現在(zai)生(sheng)物曝氣池環節有所不同(tong),其他差異不大(da)。

中(zhong)水(shui)回(hui)用是指城市廢污(wu)水(shui)經深度處(chu)理后達到回(hui)用要(yao)求,作為(wei)(wei)工業企業給(gei)水(shui)水(shui)源重復使用。據(ju)中(zhong)電環保的(de)招股說明書披露,其中(zhong)水(shui)回(hui)用處(chu)理工藝如(ru)圖2所示,采(cai)用較為(wei)(wei)成熟的(de)干式石灰法脫(tuo)磷脫(tuo)氮技術或(huo)用膜處(chu)理裝置進行回(hui)用處(chu)理。
