天津石化多渠道綜合利用變廢為寶
天津(jin)石化(hua)硫磺回(hui)收(shou)(shou)項目(mu)、重整抽提(ti)余(yu)壓蒸汽回(hui)收(shou)(shou)項目(mu)、火炬氣回(hui)收(shou)(shou)制可(ke)燃氣項目(mu)順利(li)通過天津(jin)市經貿委專(zhuan)家組的(de)認定(ding)檢查,企(qi)業因此每年可(ke)減免稅收(shou)(shou)千余(yu)萬元(yuan),實現了環保(bao)和經濟效益雙豐(feng)收(shou)(shou)。
“近年(nian)來,針對生產過程中產生的(de)廢(fei)(fei)水、廢(fei)(fei)氣、廢(fei)(fei)渣,我(wo)們(men)積極(ji)開展(zhan)多渠道綜合利用工作,達到了變(bian)廢(fei)(fei)為寶、減(jian)少排污的(de)目的(de),既(ji)為企(qi)業增(zeng)加了經濟效益,同時也實現了綠色發展(zhan)。”天津(jin)石化煉油部(bu)安全環(huan)保部(bu)副主任孫炳科(ke)介(jie)紹(shao)。
在(zai)廢氣(qi)(qi)(qi)綜合利用(yong)方面,煉油(you)部(bu)建立了(le)火炬(ju)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)、酸性氣(qi)(qi)(qi)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)系統,對(dui)火炬(ju)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)酸性氣(qi)(qi)(qi)進行回(hui)收(shou)(shou)利用(yong),每年可(ke)(ke)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)火炬(ju)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)1.6萬余噸,回(hui)收(shou)(shou)的酸性氣(qi)(qi)(qi)制取硫磺近20萬噸,有效(xiao)減輕了(le)有害氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體對(dui)環境的污染;建立了(le)汽油(you)火車(che)裝車(che)棧臺油(you)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)設施,每年可(ke)(ke)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)油(you)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)600余噸,實(shi)現廢氣(qi)(qi)(qi)綜合利用(yong)。
在廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)綜合(he)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)方面(mian),天津石(shi)化將污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)汽提裝置凈化水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)(hui)收(shou)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于原(yuan)油電脫鹽等部位作注水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),回(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)率達到(dao)76%以上,每年可回(hui)(hui)收(shou)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)130萬余噸;對污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)場(chang)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)實施深度處理(li),處理(li)后(hou)的中水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)作為循環(huan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)場(chang)的補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui);采取凝結水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)(hui)收(shou)措施,作為鍋爐用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),達到(dao)減(jian)少廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排放(fang)、污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)再(zai)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的目的。
在廢渣(zha)綜(zong)合利用方面,他們將污水(shui)處理(li)過程中污泥送焦化裝(zhuang)置(zhi),利用焦化塔高溫(wen)回收(shou)污泥中的(de)有(you)機組分,同(tong)時節約(yue)冷焦水(shui),每年回煉含水(shui)污泥達2.8萬余(yu)噸,實現污泥回收(shou)創效(xiao);將1號脫硫(liu)產生(sheng)的(de)堿(jian)渣(zha)回注(zhu)污水(shui)汽提(ti)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),利用其堿(jian)度(du)提(ti)高汽提(ti)凈化水(shui)處理(li)效(xiao)果,每年回注(zhu)堿(jian)渣(zha)1000余(yu)噸,減少了污染。
在(zai)積極開展(zhan)“三廢”綜(zong)合利用(yong)的同時(shi),他(ta)們(men)還大(da)力開展(zhan)環保科研攻(gong)關,以(yi)科技創新(xin)攻(gong)克(ke)環保技術(shu)難題。他(ta)們(men)采用(yong)纖維膜(mo)回收(shou)技術(shu),對(dui)1號脫硫尾氣(qi)中(zhong)有機烴和二(er)(er)硫化(hua)物進(jin)行回收(shou)試驗,該試驗對(dui)苯(ben)、甲苯(ben)等有機烴去除率可到達94%以(yi)上(shang),去除二(er)(er)硫化(hua)物90%以(yi)上(shang);采用(yong)超聲(sheng)波破乳聚結氣(qi)浮(fu)組合工藝技術(shu),對(dui)1號焦化(hua)焦炭塔大(da)吹(chui)氣(qi)乳化(hua)廢水(shui)(shui)進(jin)行破乳除油試驗,使廢水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)的油含量從之前的2-4萬毫克(ke)每升降至200毫克(ke)每升左右,同時(shi)使污水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)COD含量大(da)幅降低。
