細數中信環境技術石化廢水處理那些“最”
根據中(zhong)國(guo)人民(min)大學鄭(zheng)祥(xiang)教授最新主(zhu)編的(de)《中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)(shui)處理行(xing)業(ye)可(ke)持續發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)戰略研(yan)究報告膜工(gong)業(ye)卷Ⅲ》顯示,膜法水(shui)(shui)處理技(ji)術在我(wo)國(guo)的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)可(ke)以分為四個階(jie)段(duan),即1991-1998年(nian)的(de)實驗室研(yan)究階(jie)段(duan),1998-2003年(nian)的(de)起步階(jie)段(duan),2003-2005年(nian)的(de)規模(mo)工(gong)程應(ying)(ying)用(yong)階(jie)段(duan),2005-2010年(nian)的(de)大規模(mo)工(gong)程應(ying)(ying)用(yong)階(jie)段(duan),2010至(zhi)今的(de)全面推廣應(ying)(ying)用(yong)階(jie)段(duan)。其中(zhong),膜法水(shui)(shui)處理技(ji)術從(cong)百噸到(dao)萬噸級規模(mo)的(de)工(gong)程應(ying)(ying)用(yong)突破,還(huan)得從(cong)中(zhong)信環(huan)境技(ji)術承建的(de)石化廢水(shui)(shui)項目(mu)說(shuo)起。
眾所周知,我國資源稟賦(fu)、成礦機(ji)理(li)和資源空間分(fen)布特征(zheng)決定了資源富集(ji)區(qu)往往都(dou)是缺(que)水區(qu)。以(yi)石油(you)化(hua)工行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)為(wei)例,中國石油(you)化(hua)工集(ji)團公司(簡稱中石化(hua))有三分(fen)之一(yi)的企業(ye)(ye)(ye)位(wei)于干旱或是缺(que)水地(di)區(qu),特別是黃河(he)流域及西北(bei)、華北(bei)地(di)區(qu)的石化(hua)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)都(dou)面臨水資源危(wei)機(ji),如不采取(qu)節水措(cuo)施,將嚴(yan)重限(xian)制企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的發展(zhan)。
石(shi)油(you)(you)(you)(you)化工(gong)行業(ye)耗(hao)水(shui)(shui)量大,產生的(de)(de)石(shi)化廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)是一種高(gao)濃度、難生物(wu)(wu)降解的(de)(de)工(gong)業(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)質可(ke)生化性(xing)差,處理難度大。石(shi)化廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)包括煉(lian)油(you)(you)(you)(you)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)和化工(gong)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui):煉(lian)油(you)(you)(you)(you)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)主要特點(dian)是高(gao)COD,高(gao)含(han)鹽,并(bing)且(qie)含(han)有(you)(you)一定(ding)量的(de)(de)油(you)(you)(you)(you);化工(gong)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)比煉(lian)油(you)(you)(you)(you)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)更(geng)復雜。因為對(dui)(dui)應不(bu)同的(de)(de)化工(gong)產品(pin)生產工(gong)藝,其(qi)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)含(han)有(you)(you)的(de)(de)有(you)(you)機物(wu)(wu)也各不(bu)相同,例如生產對(dui)(dui)苯二(er)甲酸(suan)的(de)(de)工(gong)業(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)通(tong)常(chang)含(han)有(you)(you)苯甲酸(suan)、對(dui)(dui)苯二(er)甲酸(suan)、乙酸(suan)、羥甲基(ji)苯甲酸(suan)等污染物(wu)(wu)。
根(gen)據我國(guo)“十(shi)五”與“十(shi)一五”期間節能(neng)減排的(de)要(yao)求,石(shi)化(hua)企(qi)(qi)業不僅需(xu)要(yao)將廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)達(da)(da)標后(hou)排放還(huan)需(xu)節約水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)資源(yuan),提高水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)利用(yong)率。石(shi)化(hua)企(qi)(qi)業新(xin)鮮水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)取水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)于循環(huan)(huan)冷卻(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)還(huan)有(you)化(hua)學制水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),這兩部分約占(zhan)大型石(shi)化(hua)企(qi)(qi)業新(xin)鮮水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)90%,而大部分取水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)最后(hou)變成了污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),因此處理(li)達(da)(da)標后(hou)的(de)污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)是企(qi)(qi)業的(de)重要(yao)回用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源(yuan)。經(jing)過膜技術處理(li)后(hou)的(de)石(shi)化(hua)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質可達(da)(da)一級A和回用(yong)標準,可以(yi)用(yong)于循環(huan)(huan)冷卻(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)補充用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),以(yi)及廠區內綠化(hua)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),達(da)(da)到節能(neng)減排的(de)目的(de)。
2003年8月,隨(sui)著(zhu)中(zhong)信環境技術承建的中(zhong)石化廣州分公(gong)司污水(shui)(shui)凈(jing)化回用(yong)項(xiang)目完工(gong)(gong),正式開啟了膜技術在全(quan)國規模以(yi)上工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)污水(shui)(shui)處理領(ling)域(yu)的商業(ye)(ye)化應(ying)用(yong)進程,中(zhong)信環境技術也(ye)成為國內最(zui)早將膜法水(shui)(shui)處理技術應(ying)用(yong)到(dao)萬(wan)噸級工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)污水(shui)(shui)處理領(ling)域(yu)的企業(ye)(ye),為石化行(xing)業(ye)(ye)及(ji)其(qi)他工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)廢水(shui)(shui)達標排放與水(shui)(shui)再生利用(yong)提供了新的路徑。
