淺談靜電除塵系統在工業大氣污染治理中的應用

摘要:隨著我(wo)國(guo)近年來(lai)經濟的(de)高速(su)發(fa)展,相對(dui)落后的(de)發(fa)展模式帶來(lai)了嚴重的(de)環(huan)(huan)境污(wu)染(ran)問題,持續(xu)的(de)霧霾(mai)已經威脅到人民群眾的(de)身體健康。根據環(huan)(huan)境保護部門的(de)分(fen)析,目前我(wo)國(guo)氣態(tai)污(wu)染(ran)物(wu)的(de)主要成份是可吸入顆(ke)粒物(wu)、二(er)氧化硫、氮氧化物(wu)等組成,也是形成霧霾(mai)的(de)主要原因。在我(wo)國(guo)焦化廠(chang)(chang)及電廠(chang)(chang)是大(da)氣污(wu)染(ran)物(wu)的(de)主要排(pai)放源之焦化廠(chang)(chang)和電廠(chang)(chang)若實現(xian)粉塵減排(pai)對(dui)于(yu)環(huan)(huan)境的(de)貢(gong)獻(xian)無(wu)疑將是巨大(da)的(de)。

由(you)于(yu)環(huan)保壓力大,對(dui)于(yu)煙氣中煙塵(chen)、SO2、NOx、汞及其化合物的排(pai)(pai)放(fang)濃度要求日益嚴格。在(GB13223-2011)中規定的排(pai)(pai)放(fang)限值的基礎(chu)上,要求達到(dao)煙塵(chen)排(pai)(pai)放(fang)濃度不大于(yu)5mg/Nm³,SO2排(pai)(pai)放(fang)濃度不大于(yu)35mg/Nm³,NOx排(pai)(pai)放(fang)濃度不大于(yu)50mg/Nm。

一、國內外除塵系統發展介紹

第(di)一臺電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器于(yu)(yu)1907年(nian)投入商業(ye)運行(xing)以(yi)(yi)(yi)來(lai),已經(jing)超過了一百年(nian)的歷史。百年(nian)來(lai)的應用實踐(jian)表明(ming),從投資(zi)和長(chang)期運行(xing)成本(ben)綜合來(lai)看,電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)設(she)備的總體費用低(di)、技術(shu)經(jing)濟(ji)性好、運行(xing)維護管理壓力小。歐(ou)美及其(qi)他發達國家目(mu)前使(shi)用的干(gan)式電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器,其(qi)煙塵(chen)(chen)排放(fang)濃度(du)都(dou)低(di)于(yu)(yu)20mg/m3 ,特(te)別是德國和日本(ben),一般都(dou)可以(yi)(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)在10mg/m3 以(yi)(yi)(yi)下。如果采(cai)用濕式、低(di)低(di)溫電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器,煙塵(chen)(chen)排放(fang)濃度(du)可以(yi)(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)在5mg/m3以(yi)(yi)(yi)下。

(1)美國

隨著火(huo)電廠環保(bao)(bao)治理措施技術的(de)發(fa)展和(he)對環保(bao)(bao)的(de)高(gao)度重視,美(mei)國具有主要代(dai)表性(xing)的(de)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)工(gong)藝(yi)是電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)靜電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)工(gong)藝(yi)和(he)布袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)工(gong)藝(yi)。2005 年以來,由于(yu)采用旋轉噴(pen)霧半干法煙氣(qi)脫(tuo)硫工(gong)藝(yi)的(de)增(zeng)加以及美(mei)國國家(jia)對粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)微細(xi)顆(ke)粒PM2.5排放(fang)控制(zhi)要求的(de)提高(gao),布袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)應用逐漸增(zeng)多(duo),目前美(mei)國約有 20%以上(shang)的(de)電廠采用布袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)[8-10]。

(2)日本

在(zai)2000年前(qian)大容量機組(zu)主要采用(yong)常(chang)規(gui)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)設(she)備,2000年后(hou)(hou)隨(sui)著燃(ran)煤(mei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠大氣污染(ran)防治技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)日(ri)(ri)益提高(gao)和公眾對環保的(de)(de)高(gao)度(du)(du)重(zhong)視,日(ri)(ri)本(ben)新(xin)(xin)建(jian)大容量燃(ran)煤(mei)機組(zu)多采用(yong)最(zui)具代表的(de)(de)低低溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和移動(dong)極(ji)板(ban)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)工藝[11]。低低溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)工藝的(de)(de)核心是(shi)(shi)將(jiang)一(yi)套熱(re)媒體煙(yan)氣加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(MGGH)加裝(zhuang)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)之前(qian),利用(yong) MGGH 熱(re)交換作用(yong),將(jiang)進(jin)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)煙(yan)氣溫(wen)度(du)(du)降低到(dao) 900 攝氏度(du)(du)左右,低于常(chang)規(gui)的(de)(de) 1300-1500攝氏度(du)(du),同時降低粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,提高(gao)所有煤(mei)種條件(jian)下電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv),即使集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)面(mian)積不變。當入(ru)口粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度(du)(du)為 20g /Nm3時,也能使電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出口的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度(du)(du)達(da)(da)到(dao)30mg/ Nm3,除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)達(da)(da)到(dao) 99.85%,然后(hou)(hou)通過濕法(fa)脫硫裝(zhuang)置(zhi)保證出口粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度(du)(du)低于l0mg/ Nm3,在(zai)日(ri)(ri)本(ben)對濕法(fa)脫硫的(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)一(yi)般按 85%考慮[12]。移動(dong)極(ji)板(ban)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)工藝是(shi)(shi)由日(ri)(ri)立公司新(xin)(xin)開發的(de)(de)一(yi)種除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)方式(shi),這是(shi)(shi)一(yi)項能夠有效地收集高(gao)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)技(ji)術(shu),核心就是(shi)(shi)采用(yong)移動(dong)陽極(ji)板(ban)和旋轉電(dian)(dian)(dian)刷(shua)來剝離粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)。該裝(zhuang)置(zhi)己較多用(yong)于日(ri)(ri)本(ben)的(de)(de)700MW-1000MW機組(zu)[13]。

(3)德國

根據(ju)德國聯邦環境污染防治法,對300MW以(yi)上機組(zu)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)排(pai)放控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)濃度(du)(du)要(yao)求為20mg/ Nm3以(yi)下(xia)。針(zhen)對法規要(yao)求,德國的大容量(liang)燃(ran)煤機組(zu)目前主要(yao)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)措施是裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備高效(xiao)電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi),該類除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)對電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)部分和煙(yan)氣通道(dao)進行改進,從而提高電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率,加上煙(yan)氣脫硫裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置的除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)作(zuo)用,能將粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)排(pai)放濃度(du)(du)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)在(zai) 20mg/ Nm3以(yi)下(xia)[14]。據(ju)有關資料(liao)介紹,高效(xiao)電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)本身除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率實際(ji)就可(ke)達(da)到99.99%,除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)出口煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)排(pai)放濃度(du)(du)可(ke)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)l0mg/Nm3以(yi)下(xia)[15,16]。近年隨著電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)技術的不斷改進,歐(ou)洲的大容量(liang)機組(zu)的除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)設施仍以(yi)電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)為主。

二、提高電除塵效果的幾項措施

我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)火(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)行業以(yi)燃煤為主,排(pai)(pai)放的(de)大(da)氣污(wu)染物包(bao)括(kuo)煙塵(chen)(chen)、二氧(yang)化硫和氮(dan)氧(yang)化物(焦(jiao)化煙囪排(pai)(pai)放物與(yu)此相似(si)),是我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)污(wu)染控制(zhi)的(de)重點行業。隨(sui)著(zhu)GB13223《火(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)大(da)氣污(wu)染物排(pai)(pai)放標準(zhun)》不斷修(xiu)訂,國(guo)(guo)家要求(qiu)達標排(pai)(pai)放的(de)煙塵(chen)(chen)濃度值(zhi)越(yue)來越(yue)低。當前我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)大(da)中型火(huo)力發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)煙氣除塵(chen)(chen)設備仍(reng)以(yi)采用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)設備為主。國(guo)(guo)內電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)研究單位和制(zhi)造廠(chang)為應對(dui)(dui)新排(pai)(pai)放標準(zhun)、煤種復雜(za)多變、反電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈等(deng)問(wen)題(ti),做了大(da)量的(de)開發研究工作,這(zhe)些新技(ji)術對(dui)(dui)燃煤電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)現有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)提(ti)(ti)效改造提(ti)(ti)供了可以(yi)選擇的(de)、可以(yi)多種組合的(de)、靈活的(de)技(ji)術方案。

(1)增加電場個數(增加比集塵面積)

根據電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)效率(lv)計算多依奇公式,在煙氣量一定(ding)的條件下(xia),增(zeng)加電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)集塵(chen)(chen)極板面(mian)積(ji),可(ke)以提(ti)高比集塵(chen)(chen)面(mian)積(ji),從而提(ti)高除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)。如果原電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)進、出口有場地(di)空間,可(ke)以新增(zeng)一個(ge)或兩個(ge)電(dian)(dian)場,提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的集塵(chen)(chen)面(mian)積(ji),從而提(ti)高除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)。

(2)改為布袋除塵器

布(bu)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)為過濾(lv)式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen),含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)流均勻的進(jin)入(ru)到布(bu)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的各(ge)室,經(jing)濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)過濾(lv)后(hou),灰(hui)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粘(zhan)附在濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)的外(wai)表面,隨(sui)著灰(hui)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粘(zhan)附厚度的增加,濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)內外(wai)差壓達到預先設(she)定值(zhi)時,脈(mo)沖清灰(hui)系統啟動,對濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)依次進(jin)行清灰(hui),粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)落入(ru)灰(hui)斗。

布袋除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)(de)最(zui)大優點是(shi):除(chu)塵(chen)效率(lv)不受煙氣(qi)成份(fen)、含塵(chen)濃度、顆粒分散度及(ji)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)比電(dian)阻等煙氣(qi)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)性質的(de)(de)影響,對(dui)微細粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)捕集(ji)(ji)率(lv)一般可達(da)99.9%以上,安裝運行良好(hao)的(de)(de)設備排放濃度<30mg/m3甚至更(geng)小。特別是(shi)用(yong)于收集(ji)(ji)高比電(dian)阻粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)及(ji)微細粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)這種對(dui)于電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器來說(shuo)難(nan)以收集(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)時,具有明顯(xian)的(de)(de)技術優勢。

(3)電袋復合除塵技術

電(dian)袋復合(he)式除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)是(shi)通過(guo)前級(ji)電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)區(qu)捕(bu)集(ji)70%~80%的煙(yan)氣粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen),后級(ji)濾(lv)(lv)袋過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)區(qu)捕(bu)集(ji)少量(liang)的殘余粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)。同(tong)時利用(yong)通過(guo)前級(ji)電(dian)場(chang)區(qu)產生(sheng)的荷電(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)可有效(xiao)改(gai)善(shan)沉積在濾(lv)(lv)袋表面(mian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)特性,使濾(lv)(lv)袋的透(tou)氣性能、清(qing)灰(hui)性能得到大幅改(gai)善(shan),從而達到低阻(zu)高(gao)效(xiao)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的效(xiao)果。此技術結合(he)了電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)和濾(lv)(lv)袋除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的兩種(zhong)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)特點,它的除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率不受煤種(zhong)、飛灰(hui)特性的影響(xiang),與純布(bu)袋除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)相比,在運(yun)(yun)行過(guo)程中除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)可以(yi)保持較(jiao)低的運(yun)(yun)行阻(zu)力。

(4)移動極板電除塵技術

移(yi)動極板(ban)(ban)電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)收(shou)塵(chen)機理(li)與常(chang)規電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)相同,由前級(ji)固定極板(ban)(ban)電(dian)場(chang)(常(chang)規電(dian)場(chang))和后級(ji)移(yi)動極板(ban)(ban)電(dian)場(chang)組(zu)成。移(yi)動極板(ban)(ban)電(dian)場(chang)中陽極部分采用回轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)陽極板(ban)(ban)和旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)清灰(hui)刷。附著于回轉(zhuan)陽極板(ban)(ban)上(shang)的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)在尚未達到形成反電(dian)暈的(de)(de)厚度(du)時,就被布(bu)置在非電(dian)場(chang)區的(de)(de)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)清灰(hui)刷徹底清除(chu)(chu),因此(ci)不會產(chan)生(sheng)反電(dian)暈現象(xiang)并最大限度(du)地減少了(le)二次(ci)揚塵(chen),增(zeng)加粉塵(chen)驅進速(su)度(du),大幅提高(gao)電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)效率,降低(di)排放濃度(du),同時降低(di)了(le)對煤種變(bian)化的(de)(de)敏感性。

(5)低溫電除塵技術

低(di)溫(wen)電除塵(chen)(chen)器是通過低(di)溫(wen)換熱(re)(re)器(主要采用汽機冷(leng)凝(ning)水與熱(re)(re)煙氣通過換熱(re)(re)器進行熱(re)(re)交換,使得汽機冷(leng)凝(ning)水得到額外的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),以(yi)減小汽機冷(leng)凝(ning)水回路(lu)系統(tong)中低(di)壓加熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)抽汽量(liang)),使進入電除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)運行溫(wen)度由常溫(wen)狀態(120℃~160℃)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)到低(di)溫(wen)狀態(90℃~110℃左右,一般控制(zhi)在酸露(lu)點以(yi)上10℃),由于排(pai)煙溫(wen)度的(de)(de)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di),進入電除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)煙氣量(liang)減少(shao)、煙氣流速降(jiang)(jiang)低(di),粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)比電阻降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)。從(cong)而(er)實(shi)現余熱(re)(re)利用和提高除塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率的(de)(de)雙重目的(de)(de)。

高(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)輸出直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)比工頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)平(ping)均(jun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)要高(gao)約30%,因為工頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)峰值電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)中觸(chu)發火花,顯著地限(xian)制了(le)(le)加在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上的(de)(de)平(ping)均(jun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。而高(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)諧(xie)振頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)為30~40kHz,同(tong)常規的(de)(de)工頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)相比,高(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)紋波(bo)系數(shu)小于5%,在(zai)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時它的(de)(de)二(er)次(ci)(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波(bo)形(xing)幾乎(hu)為一條直(zhi)(zhi)線,高(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)提(ti)(ti)供了(le)(le)幾乎(hu)無波(bo)動的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸出,這使得靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)能夠以(yi)次(ci)(ci)火花發生點電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)運行,從而提(ti)(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)前電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),提(ti)(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)前電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)除(chu)塵(chen)效率(lv)(lv)(lv),減輕了(le)(le)后級電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)負(fu)擔,從而使整臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)粉塵(chen)排放濃度顯著降低,提(ti)(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)整體(ti)除(chu)塵(chen)效率(lv)(lv)(lv)。

三、電除塵器的工作原理和影響電除塵性能的主要因素

電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器是在(zai)(zai)兩個(ge)(ge)曲率半(ban)徑相(xiang)(xiang)差(cha)很大的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)(he)陰極(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang),通過高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一(yi)個(ge)(ge)足以使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)的(de)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)場。氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)后所生成的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi),陰離(li)(li)子(zi)和(he)(he)陽離(li)(li)子(zi),吸附在(zai)(zai)通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)場的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)上(shang),而使(shi)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)獲(huo)得荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場力的(de)作用下,便向電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)性(xing)相(xiang)(xiang)反的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)運動而沉積(ji)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang),從而達到(dao)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)和(he)(he)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體分離(li)(li)的(de)目的(de)。當沉積(ji)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang)的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)達到(dao)一(yi)定厚度時,借助于振打機構(gou)使(shi)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)落入下部灰斗中(zhong)。盡(jin)管電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)類型和(he)(he)結構(gou)很多,但都是按照同(tong)樣的(de)基本原理設計出(chu)來的(de),用電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)方(fang)法分離(li)(li)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體中(zhong)的(de)懸浮塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒,主要包括以下四個(ge)(ge)復(fu)雜而又相(xiang)(xiang)

互有關的物理過程:

(1)氣體的電(dian)離。

(2)懸(xuan)浮塵(chen)粒(li)的(de)荷(he)電(dian)。

(3)荷電塵粒向電極運動。

(4)荷電(dian)塵粒沉(chen)積(ji)在電(dian)極上。

影響電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)性能的因素很多,可以大致歸納為如下四大類:

1、粉(fen)(fen)塵特性:主要包括粉(fen)(fen)塵的粒徑分布,真(zhen)密度(du)和(he)堆積(ji)密度(du)、粘(zhan)附性和(he)比(bi)電阻等。

2、煙氣性質:主要包括煙氣溫(wen)度,壓力、成分(fen)、溫(wen)度、流速(su)和含塵(chen)濃度等。

3、結(jie)構因(yin)素:主要(yao)包括電暈線的幾何形狀、直徑、數量和(he)線間距,收塵極(ji)的形式(shi)、極(ji)板斷面形狀、極(ji)間距、極(ji)板面積以及電場(chang)數、電場(chang)長度(du)、供(gong)電方式(shi)、振(zhen)打方式(shi)(方向、強度(du)、周(zhou)期)、氣流分布裝置、外殼(ke)嚴密(mi)程(cheng)度(du)、灰(hui)斗形式(shi)和(he)出灰(hui)口鎖風裝置等。

4、操作因素(su):主要包括伏(fu)安(an)特性、漏(lou)風率、氣流(liu)短路、二次(ci)飛揚和(he)電暈線肥大等。

四、 BE型電除塵器和高頻電源的技術特點

BE型(xing)(xing)電除塵(chen)器是龍(long)凈(jing)環(huan)保(bao)在(zai)引進美國通(tong)用電氣公(gong)司(GEESI)電除塵(chen)器技(ji)術基礎之上,通(tong)過消化(hua)、吸(xi)收(shou),在(zai)國產(chan)化(hua)過程中(zhong)不斷完善而開發的一(yi)種(zhong)新型(xing)(xing)電除塵(chen)器。其特色技(ji)術在(zai)于:

(1)陰、陽極系(xi)統及氣流分布裝置均采用(yong)頂部電磁錘(chui)振打清灰;

(2)小分區供電;

(3)吊(diao)打分開(kai)式剛性(xing)陰極系(xi)統(tong)。

EHC-II 系列(lie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵用(yong)高頻高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(以(yi)下(xia)簡(jian)稱EHC-II)是(shi)目前國際上(shang)先進的新型電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器(qi)高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,是(shi)大維電(dian)(dian)(dian)子在EHC 一代產(chan)品(pin)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),斥巨資(zi)升(sheng)級的高端產(chan)品(pin),具有(you)完全自(zi)主知識產(chan)權(quan)。

五、存在的問題和擬解決的方法

電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器長時(shi)間使用以后,粉塵(chen)(chen)會(hui)(hui)沉積到收塵(chen)(chen)極板(ban)(ban)上,減弱了收塵(chen)(chen)極的導(dao)電性,使電暈(yun)電流減小,影響除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率。為了克服(fu)粉塵(chen)(chen)的黏附性,電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)的振打錘(chui)的設計(ji)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)科學合理,既要(yao)保證可以有效(xiao)清除(chu)極板(ban)(ban)上的粉塵(chen)(chen),又(you)要(yao)保證不會(hui)(hui)產生(sheng)二次飛(fei)揚。為了保證除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)果,需(xu)(xu)合理調整振打時(shi)間和振打錘(chui)的振打角度。這需(xu)(xu)要(yao)大(da)量試驗來確定參數。
