非平衡等離子體聯合技術降解甲苯氣體
摘要:采用(yong)了(le)自制的納米鈦酸鋇基介(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)材料(liao)作(zuo)為(wei)催化(hua)劑(ji),以電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)陶瓷(ci)拉西環作(zuo)為(wei)載體(ti),利(li)用(yong)介(jie)質阻(zu)擋放電(dian)(dian)(dian)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的非平衡(heng)態等離(li)子體(ti)對常壓下流(liu)動(dong)態含甲(jia)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)的空氣進行處(chu)理,研(yan)究了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)、流(liu)速(su)、初始濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)(du)及(ji)(ji)不(bu)同填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)情況(kuang)下甲(jia)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)的降(jiang)(jiang)解及(ji)(ji)臭(chou)氧產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)情況(kuang),初步探(tan)討了(le)等離(li)子體(ti)催化(hua)降(jiang)(jiang)解甲(jia)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)的機理,并進行了(le)產(chan)(chan)物分析.實驗結果表明,電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)小于(yu)13kV·cm-1時(shi),甲(jia)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)降(jiang)(jiang)解率(lv)和臭(chou)氧產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)(du)隨電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)的提(ti)高(gao)而(er)上升,隨氣速(su)和初始濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)(du)的增加而(er)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di);不(bu)同填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)下降(jiang)(jiang)解率(lv)及(ji)(ji)臭(chou)氧濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)(du)由大到(dao)小排序(xu)為(wei)有催化(hua)劑(ji)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)、普通填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)、無填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao),有催化(hua)劑(ji)存在時(shi)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)14 kV·cm-1,流(liu)速(su)為(wei)0.3 m3·h-1,甲(jia)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)600 mg·L-1),甲(jia)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)降(jiang)(jiang)解率(lv)最(zui)高(gao)可達(da)95%.當電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)>13kV·cm-1時(shi),臭(chou)氧濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)(du)因受到(dao)過量的高(gao)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)子攻擊(ji)而(er)發生(sheng)(sheng)分解,表現為(wei)臭(chou)氧濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)(du)隨電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)的繼續增加而(er)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di).因此,電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)13kV·cm-1時(shi),產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的臭(chou)氧濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)(du)最(zui)高(gao).
