大型火電機組濕法脫硫中石灰石濕磨制漿方案
1 濕式球磨制漿系統工藝流程
為保證(zheng)脫硫(liu)(liu)效率和(he)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)的(de)(de)(de)品(pin)質(zhi),脫硫(liu)(liu)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)所用吸收劑——石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)品(pin)質(zhi)通常要(yao)滿(man)足以下(xia)要(yao)求:w(CaCO3)>91% 、w(MgCO3)<2%。石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)顆(ke)粒(粒徑(jing)20 mm)運(yun)至廠(chang)內卸料斗后經皮帶(dai)(dai)輸送機、一(yi)級(ji)金屬(shu)分離(li)(li)器(qi)、斗式(shi)提升機送至石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)儲(chu)倉內貯存(cun)(cun)。儲(chu)倉的(de)(de)(de)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)經二級(ji)金屬(shu)分離(li)(li)器(qi)處理后,由稱(cheng)重皮帶(dai)(dai)給料機送入(ru)濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)球(qiu)(qiu)磨(mo)(mo)機,匯同工藝(yi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)或(huo)脫水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)回收水(shui)(shui)(shui)與旋流(liu)分離(li)(li)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)底(di)(di)流(liu)濃漿(jiang)(jiang)一(yi)起進(jin)(jin)入(ru)球(qiu)(qiu)磨(mo)(mo)機筒體(ti),經筒內鋼球(qiu)(qiu)撞擊(ji) 擠(ji)壓和(he)碾(nian)磨(mo)(mo)成漿(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)。漿(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)經旋流(liu)分離(li)(li)器(qi)通過(guo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)力旋流(liu)作(zuo)用對石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)漿(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)進(jin)(jin)行粗細(xi)顆(ke)粒分離(li)(li),漿(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)中的(de)(de)(de)大顆(ke)粒被分離(li)(li)到(dao)旋流(liu)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)底(di)(di)部形(xing)成底(di)(di)流(liu)濃漿(jiang)(jiang),回到(dao)球(qiu)(qiu)磨(mo)(mo)機中再次(ci)碾(nian)磨(mo)(mo);漿(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)中的(de)(de)(de)小顆(ke)粒從頂部溢出形(xing)成稀漿(jiang)(jiang)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)儲(chu)存(cun)(cun)罐備(bei)用。為保證(zheng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)物(wu)料平衡以及石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)漿(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)濃度和(he)細(xi)度,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)設有石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量分數、液(ye)(ye)位、細(xi)度調節和(he)沖洗水(shui)(shui)(shui)閥門。典型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)球(qiu)(qiu)磨(mo)(mo)制漿(jiang)(jiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)工藝(yi)流(liu)程(cheng)如圖 1所示(shi)。

2 濕式球磨制漿系統及設備組成
2*1000 MW級機(ji)組脫硫(liu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)按(an) 2 套脫硫(liu)裝置設(she) 1 套吸收劑(ji)制(zhi)備(bei)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)進行設(she)計。系(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要由(you)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)卸料機(ji)、皮(pi)帶輸送機(ji)、斗式(shi)提升機(ji)、石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)儲倉皮(pi)帶稱重給料機(ji)、濕式(shi)球磨機(ji)、磨機(ji)再循環箱及泵石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)漿液旋流器、石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)漿液箱、石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)漿液泵攪(jiao)拌器、管(guan)道及閥門等設(she)備(bei)組成。
石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)儲(chu)倉(cang)(cang)設(she)2座,儲(chu)倉(cang)(cang)容量(liang)按(an)2臺(tai)鍋爐(MCR 工況)運行不小(xiao)于(yu)3天的(de)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)總(zong)耗量(liang)設(she)計(ji),在(zai)(zai)出料(liao)口設(she)二級金屬分離器(qi);為使(shi)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)布(bu)料(liao)均勻,在(zai)(zai)斗式(shi)提升機(ji)(ji)出料(liao)口與石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)儲(chu)倉(cang)(cang)之(zhi)間設(she)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)布(bu)料(liao)裝置(zhi)每臺(tai)磨機(ji)(ji)配置(zhi) 1 組(zu)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)漿(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)旋(xuan)(xuan)流(liu)器(qi),石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)漿(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)中石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)質量(liang)分數控制在(zai)(zai) 20%-30%,漿(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)旋(xuan)(xuan)流(liu)器(qi)的(de)溢流(liu)液(ye)(ye)進入石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)漿(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)箱。
3 石灰石濕磨制漿方案技術特點
(1 ) 技術成熟,國內有較多(duo)的(de)運行業(ye)績。廣(guang)東省(sheng)珠海(hai)(hai)電廠 1~4 號機組、湛江、惠來、汕(shan)尾、平海(hai)(hai)等電廠大型脫硫工程(cheng)的(de)制漿系統均采用濕磨制漿方案。
(2 ) 初始投資較高,長期運行費(fei)用相對較低,較適(shi)合石(shi)灰石(shi)耗量大的電(dian)廠采用。
(3 ) 系統復雜(za)、占(zhan)地(di)較多,調(diao)試、運行、維護和管理工(gong)作量大。
(4 ) 運行時對環境會造成一定的影響,濕式球磨機由于磨管的轉動和磨機內鋼球沖擊,會產生較大的噪音;同時由于整個磨機系統處于正壓運行,法蘭面可能會產生漿液泄露,對磨機房內地面造成污染。
