污泥填埋的工程化應用研究
摘要:介(jie)紹了在(zai)上海(hai)市老港生(sheng)活垃(la)圾填(tian)埋場(chang)內建設的污泥填(tian)埋實驗(yan)工(gong)程(cheng)情(qing)況,得出(chu)(chu)結(jie)論,提出(chu)(chu)建議。

污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)是(shi)(shi)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)處(chu)理與(yu)處(chu)置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)重(zhong)要方法(fa)之一,其優點(dian)是(shi)(shi)投資少,處(chu)理容量大(da)、見效快(kuai)。它分為單獨填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)和混合(he)填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai),在(zai)(zai)歐洲脫水污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)與(yu)城市垃圾混合(he)填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)比(bi)較多,在(zai)(zai)美(mei)國(guo)多數采用單獨填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)。根(gen)據資料,在(zai)(zai)歐共體內(nei)約有(you)(you)(you)40%的(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)進(jin)行填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)處(chu)置(zhi)(zhi),希臘(la)、德(de)國(guo)和法(fa)國(guo)分別有(you)(you)(you)97%、63%和50%的(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)進(jin)行填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)處(chu)置(zhi)(zhi),美(mei)國(guo)(2001年)約有(you)(you)(you)17%的(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)進(jin)行填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)處(chu)置(zhi)(zhi)。在(zai)(zai)我國(guo)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)處(chu)置(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術未(wei)成熟的(de)情況下,利(li)用垃圾填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)場現有(you)(you)(you)資源進(jin)行污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)是(shi)(shi)近階段污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)出路(lu)的(de)一個重(zhong)要途徑。鑒(jian)于目前國(guo)內(nei)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)無(wu)參考(kao)案例,上(shang)海老港(gang)廢棄物處(chu)置(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)(you)限公(gong)司聯合(he)同濟大(da)學、上(shang)海市政設計(ji)院、上(shang)海排(pai)水公(gong)司結(jie)合(he)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)承(cheng)載性(xing)能差的(de)特點(dian),從無(wu)害化衛生填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)的(de)角度,對單純污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)填(tian)(tian)(tian)埋(mai)(mai)進(jin)行了工程化應用的(de)研究。
