啤酒工業廢水的處理與利用
啤酒(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量大(da),特別是(shi)釀造,罐裝工(gong)藝過(guo)程(cheng), 由于使用(yong)大(da)量新鮮水(shui)(shui)(shui), 相應產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)大(da)量的(de)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)。不(bu)同的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)量也不(bu)一樣。以噸(dun)啤酒(jiu)耗水(shui)(shui)(shui)量為例,國(guo)際先進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)平(ping)為6 t 多,國(guo)內的(de)一些(xie)廠家高達(da)12 t, 采用(yong)新型生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝的(de)啤酒(jiu)廠可以達(da)到5~6 t 的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)平(ping)。廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)主(zhu)要來源有:麥芽生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)洗(xi)麥水(shui)(shui)(shui),浸麥水(shui)(shui)(shui),發芽降溫噴(pen)霧水(shui)(shui)(shui),麥槽水(shui)(shui)(shui),洗(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)水(shui)(shui)(shui),凝固(gu)物(wu)洗(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)水(shui)(shui)(shui);糖化過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)糖化水(shui)(shui)(shui),洗(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)水(shui)(shui)(shui);發酵(jiao)過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)發酵(jiao)堆洗(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui), 過(guo)濾洗(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)水(shui)(shui)(shui);包(bao)裝過(guo)程(cheng)洗(xi)瓶水(shui)(shui)(shui),滅菌水(shui)(shui)(shui)及冷卻水(shui)(shui)(shui)和成品車間洗(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)水(shui)(shui)(shui)[1]。
啤酒工業(ye)廢水(shui)(shui)主要(yao)含糖(tang)類,醇類等有(you)機(ji)物,有(you)機(ji)物濃度較高,雖然無毒,但易(yi)于腐敗,對(dui)水(shui)(shui)體環境造(zao)成危(wei)害。國(guo)內啤酒廠廢水(shui)(shui)中CODCr含量為1 000~2500 mg / L,BOD5含量為600~1 500 mg / L, 該廢水(shui)(shui)具有(you)較高的生物可降解性, 且含有(you)一定(ding)量的凱(kai)氏氮和磷。
