污水污泥頁巖燒結制品的重金屬固化與水環境浸出穩定性
摘要 :提高重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)固(gu)化(hua)(hua)程(cheng)度與(yu)(yu)(yu)浸出穩定性(xing)是(shi)含重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)污(wu)泥處置(zhi)和(he)(he)利用的前(qian)提。采用污(wu)水(shui)(shui)污(wu)泥并(bing)模擬(ni)提高其重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu) Cr、Cu、Pb 的含量,與(yu)(yu)(yu)頁巖(yan)(yan)混合制(zhi)(zhi)備燒(shao)結磚和(he)(he)陶(tao)粒(li)(li)制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin),研究重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)在(zai)(zai)頁巖(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)高溫燒(shao)制(zhi)(zhi)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)的固(gu)化(hua)(hua)率以及(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)中(zhong)(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)的水(shui)(shui)環境浸出穩定性(xing),通過 X 射線衍射和(he)(he)掃(sao)描(miao)電子顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)鏡分析(xi)含重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)礦(kuang)物的賦存形態和(he)(he)頁巖(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)微(wei)(wei)觀(guan)(guan)形貌對重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)固(gu)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)(yu)浸出穩定性(xing)影響。與(yu)(yu)(yu)相同條(tiao)件下焚燒(shao)純污(wu)水(shui)(shui)污(wu)泥相比,重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)在(zai)(zai)頁巖(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)燒(shao)制(zhi)(zhi)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)固(gu)化(hua)(hua)率明(ming)(ming)顯(xian)提高,浸出毒性(xing)明(ming)(ming)顯(xian)降低,重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)在(zai)(zai)頁巖(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)中(zhong)(zhong)易形成穩定的尖晶(jing)石(shi)型(xing)礦(kuang)物以及(ji)(ji)頁巖(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)所具有的致(zhi)密微(wei)(wei)觀(guan)(guan)結構(gou)(gou);相比燒(shao)結磚,陶(tao)粒(li)(li)中(zhong)(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)固(gu)化(hua)(hua)程(cheng)度和(he)(he)浸出穩定性(xing)更(geng)高,因(yin)為陶(tao)粒(li)(li)在(zai)(zai)更(geng)高溫度下有利于(yu)尖晶(jing)石(shi)型(xing)礦(kuang)物和(he)(he)致(zhi)密結構(gou)(gou)形成。

重金屬是污水污泥通常都含有的有害成分,對環境與人體有嚴重而持久的危害,因此控制污水污泥處置過程和處置后的重金屬污染非常重要。污水污泥中重金屬的形態可分為殘渣態、可交換態、可溶態,其中可溶態重金屬更容易進入環境,產生的危害更大,控制重金屬特別是可溶態重金屬穩定留存于原有基體,成為污水污泥處理中消除重金屬危害風險的主要方向。利用水泥等膠凝性材料對污水污泥進行固化處置,可以對其中重金屬產生包裹、吸附等作用,并通過相對致密的固結基體阻礙水分滲透,能一定程度上固化重金屬,
