農家樂污水溶解有機質的三維熒光特性初步研究
摘(zhai)要(yao): 采(cai)用三維熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)譜(EEM)技(ji)術研究了農(nong)(nong)家(jia)(jia)樂污(wu)水(shui)(shui)溶解有(you)機質熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)指紋特(te)征。不(bu)同農(nong)(nong)家(jia)(jia)樂污(wu)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)有(you)機污(wu)染(ran)物熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)峰(feng)(feng)(feng)都(dou)以類蛋白質為主(zhu)要(yao)特(te)征,其中高激發波長(chang)(chang)類色氨酸Peak T熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)峰(feng)(feng)(feng)最(zui)強,其次(ci)是低(di)激發波長(chang)(chang)類色氨酸熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)峰(feng)(feng)(feng)Peak S和低(di)激發波長(chang)(chang)類酪氨酸熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)峰(feng)(feng)(feng)Peak D。綜(zong)合(he)性農(nong)(nong)家(jia)(jia)樂污(wu)水(shui)(shui)Peak S和Peak D的(de)(de)熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)強度較(jiao)強,而(er)以餐飲為主(zhu)的(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)家(jia)(jia)樂較(jiao)弱。農(nong)(nong)家(jia)(jia)樂污(wu)水(shui)(shui)經受納水(shui)(shui)體稀(xi)釋和凈化后,類蛋白質熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)強度仍遠高于地表(biao)
