吸附-氧化聯合法處理印染廢水的研究
摘(zhai)要:研(yan)究了活(huo)性(xing)(xing)炭(tan)(tan)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)與雙(shuang)(shuang)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)水氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)聯合(he)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)印(yin)染(ran)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水的(de)工(gong)藝條件.結(jie)果表(biao)明:將(jiang)印(yin)染(ran)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水pH從6調(diao)至4,活(huo)性(xing)(xing)炭(tan)(tan)用(yong)量(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)0.015 g/mL,雙(shuang)(shuang)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)水用(yong)量(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)0.2μL/mL,廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水在350 r/min下攪拌60 min時(shi)(shi),COD去除(chu)(chu)率達85.7%,脫(tuo)色(se)率達82.9%,處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)后(hou)水質符合(he)國家污水綜合(he)排放標(biao)準(zhun)(GB 8978-1996)的(de)二(er)級標(biao)準(zhun).用(yong)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)炭(tan)(tan)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)與雙(shuang)(shuang)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)水氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)聯合(he)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)印(yin)染(ran)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水比單(dan)獨(du)用(yong)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)炭(tan)(tan)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)或雙(shuang)(shuang)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)水氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)印(yin)染(ran)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水效果好:單(dan)獨(du)用(yong)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)炭(tan)(tan)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)印(yin)染(ran)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水時(shi)(shi),COD去除(chu)(chu)率為(wei)(wei)(wei)74.9%,脫(tuo)色(se)率為(wei)(wei)(wei)77.1%,處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)后(hou)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水中(zhong)COD為(wei)(wei)(wei)213 mg/L,色(se)度為(wei)(wei)(wei)80倍(bei);單(dan)獨(du)用(yong)雙(shuang)(shuang)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)水氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)印(yin)染(ran)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水時(shi)(shi),COD和色(se)度的(de)去除(chu)(chu)率分別為(wei)(wei)(wei)21.9%和28.6%,處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)后(hou)水中(zhong)殘留(liu)的(de)COD為(wei)(wei)(wei)662 mg/L,色(se)度為(wei)(wei)(wei)250倍(bei).

紡織印(yin)染行業(ye)是我國(guo)用水(shui)(shui)(shui)多(duo)、廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)排放量(liang)大(da)的(de)工(gong)業(ye)部(bu)門之一,每年約有(you)(you)70億t廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)排放.印(yin)染廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)具有(you)(you)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)大(da)、有(you)(you)機(ji)污染物含量(liang)高、色度(du)深、堿性大(da)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)質變化大(da)等特點,屬難處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)工(gong)業(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui).目前,國(guo)內外處(chu)理(li)(li)印(yin)染廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)方法(fa)(fa)主(zhu)要有(you)(you)生化法(fa)(fa)、吸(xi)附(fu)法(fa)(fa)、物化法(fa)(fa),這些方法(fa)(fa)單獨使(shi)用或聯合處(chu)理(li)(li)均存在一定的(de)不足.[1-3]因此,急需開發新的(de)處(chu)理(li)(li)技術和工(gong)藝.本試驗(yan)研究(jiu)了(le)用活(huo)性炭吸(xi)附(fu)-雙(shuang)氧水(shui)(shui)(shui)氧化聯合法(fa)(fa)處(chu)理(li)(li)印(yin)染廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)工(gong)藝條件,探索印(yin)染廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)新途(tu)徑.
1試驗
1.1材料與(yu)儀器
活性(xing)炭顆粒(天津(jin)市(shi)廣成化(hua)學試劑(ji)有(you)限公司(si));雙氧水(shui)[國藥集(ji)團化(hua)學試劑(ji)有(you)限公司(si),"(H2O2)為(wei)30%,密度約為(wei)1.05 g/cm3].印(yin)染(ran)廢水(shui)取(qu)自黃石市(shi)某毛紡織有(you)限公司(si),該(gai)公司(si)主(zhu)要對毛紡織原料(liao)染(ran)色后再進(jin)行紡織,所用染(ran)料(liao)為(wei)媒(mei)介紅(hong)(hong)(即紅(hong)(hong)S-80),助劑(ji)為(wei)紅(hong)(hong)礬(fan)鈉.印(yin)染(ran)廢水(shui)的CODCr為(wei)848 mg/L,色度為(wei)350倍(bei),pH值為(wei)6.儀(yi)器(qi):ORI0N 818型(xing)(xing)酸度計、SKFO-01型(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)干(gan)燥箱、THZ-82型(xing)(xing)微電(dian)(dian)腦恒(heng)溫振(zhen)蕩器(qi)、JH-12 COD型(xing)(xing)恒(heng)溫加熱(re)器(qi)、AB204-N型(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)子天平、gg-4型(xing)(xing)六聯電(dian)(dian)動攪(jiao)拌器(qi)、SHZ-(Ⅲ)型(xing)(xing)循(xun)環水(shui)式真空泵(beng).
