原煤吸附凈化含油污水的實驗研究
摘要:通過(guo)室內模擬研究了(le)各因素(su)對原(yuan)煤(mei)(mei)吸(xi)附(fu)凈化(hua)(hua)含油(you)(you)(you)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)的(de)影響,并(bing)探討了(le)利用原(yuan)煤(mei)(mei)吸(xi)附(fu)凈化(hua)(hua)含油(you)(you)(you)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)的(de)可(ke)行性.研究表明(ming),當(dang)吸(xi)附(fu)溫度為(wei)20℃,pH為(wei)5,吸(xi)附(fu)時(shi)間為(wei)10min,煤(mei)(mei)粒徑為(wei)3mm,投加濃度為(wei)0.075g·mL-1時(shi),原(yuan)煤(mei)(mei)吸(xi)附(fu)除(chu)(chu)油(you)(you)(you)的(de)效(xiao)果最(zui)佳(jia),穩定性最(zui)好(hao).結果同時(shi)表明(ming),在(zai)最(zui)佳(jia)條件下,Langmuir方程可(ke)以(yi)較(jiao)好(hao)地描(miao)述低濃度重(zhong)質油(you)(you)(you)在(zai)陽泉煙煤(mei)(mei)上的(de)吸(xi)附(fu)過(guo)程,且(qie)可(ke)判知該反(fan)應(ying)較(jiao)易發生,可(ke)使油(you)(you)(you)組分的(de)去除(chu)(chu)率達52.28%以(yi)上,出(chu)水(shui)均符合排放(fang)要求.研究結果為(wei)含油(you)(you)(you)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)的(de)治理提供了(le)科學依據.

重(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)是本(ben)世紀(ji)能源(yuan)(yuan)利(li)用(yong)的重(zhong)(zhong)要組成(cheng)部分(fen),需要大力開發重(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)資源(yuan)(yuan)以(yi)滿(man)足能源(yuan)(yuan)需求的增長.但重(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)原(yuan)(yuan)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)在(zai)開采、運輸(shu)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)由于(yu)跑、冒、滴、漏(lou)等原(yuan)(yuan)因(yin),均有(you)原(yuan)(yuan)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)散落于(yu)地面.聲化(hua)(hua)學的超(chao)聲作用(yong)是進行油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)土分(fen)離(li)(li)凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)石(shi)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)污(wu)染(ran)場(chang)地的有(you)效手(shou)段利(li)用(yong)聲化(hua)(hua)學手(shou)段凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)重(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)污(wu)染(ran)土壤過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)勢必會產生大量含(han)重(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)的清(qing)洗污(wu)水(shui).含(han)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)污(wu)水(shui)中(zhong)的原(yuan)(yuan)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)一般以(yi)漂浮油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)、分(fen)散油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)、乳化(hua)(hua)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)、溶(rong)解油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)和油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)-固體(ti)物5種(zhong)形(xing)式存在(zai).除漂浮油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)外,均不(bu)能采用(yong)靜(jing)置法使油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)水(shui)得(de)到有(you)效分(fen)離(li)(li).因(yin)此,除油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)成(cheng)為(wei)含(han)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)污(wu)水(shui)治理的重(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)之重(zhong)(zhong).
含油(you)污水處理(li)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)統(tong)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)分為物理(li)法(fa)(fa)、化學法(fa)(fa)和(he)生(sheng)物法(fa)(fa)等(deng).傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)(de)處理(li)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)雖(sui)取(qu)得了一定的(de)(de)成(cheng)果,但仍(reng)有一些(xie)(xie)不足(zu),這些(xie)(xie)不足(zu)促使研究(jiu)人(ren)員不斷地(di)(di)探索處理(li)含油(you)污水的(de)(de)新技術.而吸附(fu)法(fa)(fa)以其可以簡(jian)易(yi)、快速地(di)(di)將污染物直接富集(ji)在吸附(fu)劑上(shang)的(de)(de)獨特優勢,越來越多(duo)地(di)(di)被(bei)應用(yong)在含油(you)污水的(de)(de)治理(li)上(shang).
煤(mei)(mei)是(shi)(shi)一種天(tian)然燃料,本(ben)身富含(han)豐富的(de)(de)孔(kong)隙(xi)結構(gou),其孔(kong)隙(xi)結構(gou)注(zhu)定(ding)其具有獨(du)特(te)地(di)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)性能,是(shi)(shi)一種天(tian)然的(de)(de)碳(tan)質吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)劑.用(yong)煤(mei)(mei)作吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)劑凈化含(han)油(you)污水的(de)(de)獨(du)特(te)優點是(shi)(shi)不用(yong)考慮吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)劑與油(you)的(de)(de)再(zai)分離(li),可以將其作為燃料直接燃燒,使廢油(you)得以重(zhong)新利用(yong),減少能源(yuan)浪(lang)費(fei),節約成(cheng)本(ben).本(ben)研究擬選(xuan)用(yong)陽泉煙(yan)煤(mei)(mei)作吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)劑,對重(zhong)質油(you)污染(ran)場地(di)的(de)(de)含(han)油(you)污水進行(xing)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)凈化
