施硅方式對稻米鎘阻隔潛力研究
摘要
選取重金屬復合污染荒田土壤,采用(yong)室外水(shui)稻盆(pen)栽試(shi)驗(yan)的(de)方法,設計了(le)4個施(shi)(shi)(shi)硅(gui)(gui)措施(shi)(shi)(shi):不施(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(CK)、基施(shi)(shi)(shi)硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(Tsi)、噴(pen)施(shi)(shi)(shi)葉面(mian)硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(Ysi)和(he)2種(zhong)硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)配(pei)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(Tsi+Ysi),研究了(le)硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)不同施(shi)(shi)(shi)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)方式對(dui)雜交(jiao)晚稻(豐源(yuan)優299)5個生育期(qi)(qi)內各部(bu)位(wei)中Cd的(de)含量(liang)、器官間轉運系數以及對(dui)水(shui)稻成(cheng)熟期(qi)(qi)生物量(liang)的(de)影響(xiang)(xiang).結果(guo)表明(ming)(ming),與CK處(chu)理(li)(li)相(xiang)比,硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)施(shi)(shi)(shi)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)處(chu)理(li)(li)組都能顯著降低(di)水(shui)稻籽粒中Cd的(de)含量(liang)且不會明(ming)(ming)顯影響(xiang)(xiang)水(shui)稻產量(liang),其中以2種(zhong)硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)配(pei)施(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)籽粒的(de)降Cd效果(guo)最佳,分(fen)別使(shi)谷殼、糙米(mi)(mi)和(he)精米(mi)(mi)降Cd幅度達到62.59%、58.33%和(he)65.83%,基施(shi)(shi)(shi)硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)處(chu)理(li)(li)和(he)噴(pen)施(shi)(shi)(shi)葉面(mian)硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)降Cd潛(qian)力次之.因此,研究結果(guo)表明(ming)(ming)無(wu)論是(shi)基施(shi)(shi)(shi)硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)還是(shi)噴(pen)施(shi)(shi)(shi)葉面(mian)硅(gui)(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)都能作為一種(zhong)很有(you)潛(qian)力的(de)稻米(mi)(mi)Cd污染控制技術.
