印染生化尾水反滲透深度處理工藝膜污染成因分析

為闡明印染(ran)(ran)生化(hua)尾水(shui)反滲透(tou)膜處(chu)理時(shi)膜污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)的成因,使用小試裝置進行40h膜污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)實驗,研究膜污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)速率、污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)程度(du)以及可逆(ni)性,同時(shi)應用掃描電(dian)子顯(xian)微(wei)鏡-EDS能(neng)譜儀(yi)(yi)、傅里葉變(bian)換紅外光(guang)譜儀(yi)(yi)、電(dian)感耦合等(deng)離子發射光(guang)譜儀(yi)(yi)、總有(you)機(ji)碳測定儀(yi)(yi)等(deng)儀(yi)(yi)器對進水(shui)水(shui)質、膜表(biao)(biao)面(mian)污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)物的形(xing)態和(he)組(zu)成等(deng)進行表(biao)(biao)征。結果表(biao)(biao)明,膜表(biao)(biao)面(mian)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)是碳酸鈣無機(ji)污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)和(he)鈣與有(you)機(ji)物絡(luo)合污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran),無機(ji)污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)占主(zhu)導(dao),且可逆(ni)性差,有(you)機(ji)污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)物主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)含有(you)—OH和(he)—CC官(guan)能(neng)團;單一(yi)去(qu)(qu)除廢(fei)水(shui)中有(you)機(ji)物污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)物(TOC去(qu)(qu)除率達88%)對膜污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)緩解(jie)不明顯(xian),但鈣離子的去(qu)(qu)除可顯(xian)著(zhu)緩解(jie)膜污(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran),膜通量可增加72.6%;同時(shi)去(qu)(qu)除有(you)機(ji)物和(he)鈣離子,膜通量可增加80.4%。
