新型微生物脫鹽電池處理重金屬鉻廢水
摘要:
構(gou)建(jian)一種(zhong)新型三室(shi)微(wei)生物脫鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)池(chi)(MDC),研究其脫鹽(yan)(yan)產電(dian)并同(tong)(tong)步處理污染(ran)廢(fei)水(shui)的(de)效(xiao)果(guo)。結果(guo)表明(ming),陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)室(shi)為(wei)(wei)葡萄糖溶(rong)(rong)液(ye),中(zhong)間室(shi)鹽(yan)(yan)溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)5g/L,陰極(ji)(ji)(ji)室(shi)為(wei)(wei)鐵氰化(hua)鉀溶(rong)(rong)液(ye),閉(bi)合體系(xi)瞬(shun)時獲(huo)得最(zui)高電(dian)壓(ya)650mV,同(tong)(tong)時脫鹽(yan)(yan)效(xiao)果(guo)良好,該MDC成功啟動。其后,陰極(ji)(ji)(ji)室(shi)以(yi)重金屬(shu)鉻(ge)(200mg/L)廢(fei)水(shui)作為(wei)(wei)電(dian)子受體,中(zhong)間室(shi)初始鹽(yan)(yan)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)為(wei)(wei)20g/L、35g/L,Cr(Ⅵ)平均(jun)還原率分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)1.06mg/(L·h)和0.64mg/(L·h),兩者Cr(Ⅵ)的(de)去除率均(jun)能達到80%以(yi)上,脫鹽(yan)(yan)率分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)81.64%(20g/L)和88.95%(35g/L)。中(zhong)間室(shi)鹽(yan)(yan)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)20g/L時,獲(huo)得最(zui)大輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)466.6mV,最(zui)大體積功率密度(du)98.6mW/m3,最(zui)佳內阻(zu)655.8Ω,庫侖(lun)效(xiao)率1.16%。表明(ming)該MDC系(xi)統(tong)具有良好的(de)脫鹽(yan)(yan)效(xiao)果(guo)和處理廢(fei)水(shui)效(xiao)果(guo)。
