皮革廠顆粒相污染物中有機成分譜的研究
摘要
調查了珠江三角洲典型(xing)皮(pi)(pi)革廠生產過程(cheng)中(zhong)不同車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)PM10的(de)污(wu)染(ran)(ran)水(shui)平(ping),并采用超聲萃取(qu)和(he)GC-MS聯用技術(shu)研究(jiu)了PM10中(zhong)半揮發性特征有機(ji)污(wu)染(ran)(ran)物(wu)的(de)含量(liang)和(he)成分(fen)(fen)(fen)譜(pu)(pu).在所(suo)(suo)采集的(de)PM10樣(yang)品中(zhong)共檢測出46種有機(ji)化(hua)合物(wu),包括苯酚(fen)類(lei)、醇(chun)(chun)類(lei)、多環芳烴類(lei)、酸類(lei)、酰(xian)胺(an)(an)類(lei)和(he)酯(zhi)類(lei)等;真皮(pi)(pi)水(shui)場(chang)車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、真皮(pi)(pi)涂飾(shi)車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)和(he)人造皮(pi)(pi)革車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)PM10濃(nong)度(du)分(fen)(fen)(fen)別為(wei)(wei)678.5、454.5和(he)498.6μg·m-3,其(qi)顆粒相中(zhong)有機(ji)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)濃(nong)度(du)分(fen)(fen)(fen)別為(wei)(wei)10.04、6.89和(he)14.21μg·m-3;真皮(pi)(pi)水(shui)場(chang)車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)以酯(zhi)類(lei)和(he)酰(xian)胺(an)(an)類(lei)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)(suo)占比重(zhong)較(jiao)大(da),分(fen)(fen)(fen)別為(wei)(wei)43.47%和(he)36.51%,真皮(pi)(pi)涂飾(shi)車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)以酯(zhi)類(lei)和(he)醇(chun)(chun)類(lei)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)(suo)占比重(zhong)較(jiao)大(da),分(fen)(fen)(fen)別為(wei)(wei)52.52%和(he)16.16%,人造革生產車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)以酯(zhi)類(lei)和(he)酰(xian)胺(an)(an)類(lei)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)(suo)占比重(zhong)較(jiao)大(da),分(fen)(fen)(fen)別為(wei)(wei)57.07%和(he)24.17%;在得(de)到的(de)具體成分(fen)(fen)(fen)譜(pu)(pu)中(zhong),水(shui)場(chang)車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)以9-十八(ba)碳烯(xi)(xi)酰(xian)胺(an)(an)含量(liang)最(zui)高,為(wei)(wei)26.15%,真皮(pi)(pi)涂飾(shi)車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)以鄰苯二(er)(er)(er)(er)甲酸二(er)(er)(er)(er)辛(xin)酯(zhi)的(de)含量(liang)最(zui)高,為(wei)(wei)44.19%,而人造革車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)丁烯(xi)(xi)二(er)(er)(er)(er)酸二(er)(er)(er)(er)(2-乙基己基)酯(zhi)和(he)1-羥基哌啶含量(liang)明顯高于其(qi)它2個車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian).
