絮體性質對納濾膜污染的影響

混(hun)凝過程產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的絮(xu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)會對后續(xu)膜過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)性(xing)(xing)能產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)一定(ding)的影響(xiang)。實驗中利用激(ji)光粒度(du)儀研究2種混(hun)凝劑(AlCl3和PAC)在不同(tong)投加量(liang)(liang)(liang)下的絮(xu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)性(xing)(xing)質(zhi),混(hun)凝出(chu)水(shui)(不經過沉淀)直接(jie)進入(ru)納濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)膜(NF270)裝置進行過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)實驗。研究表明,投加量(liang)(liang)(liang)低(<0.20mmol/L)的情況下,混(hun)凝出(chu)水(shui)反而使納濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)通(tong)(tong)(tong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)衰(shuai)減(jian)發生(sheng)(sheng)惡化,隨(sui)著投加量(liang)(liang)(liang)的增加,納濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)膜通(tong)(tong)(tong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)衰(shuai)減(jian)得到有效的減(jian)緩。直接(jie)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)腐殖酸(HA)的膜通(tong)(tong)(tong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)衰(shuai)減(jian)(J/J0)為(wei)0.65,投加量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)0.50mmol/L時,AlCl3和PAC2種混(hun)凝劑產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的通(tong)(tong)(tong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)衰(shuai)減(jian)(J/J0)分(fen)別為(wei)0.78和0.75。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅層阻力受(shou)到絮(xu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)尺(chi)寸(cun)的影響(xiang)較大,絮(xu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)尺(chi)寸(cun)越大,形成的濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅層透水(shui)性(xing)(xing)更好(hao)。通(tong)(tong)(tong)過污染模型分(fen)析(xi),混(hun)凝出(chu)水(shui)的納濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)膜污染機理主要是濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅層阻力。
