水泥窯共處置廢物過程中重金屬的流向分布
摘要:
為了探索(suo)水泥窯共處(chu)置危險廢物過程中(zhong)(zhong)重金屬流(liu)向分(fen)布規律,研究(jiu)了不(bu)同溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)(xia)Cr、As、Pb在(zai)(zai)煅(duan)燒(shao)熟料(liao)(liao)(liao)、顆(ke)粒物和(he)(he)尾氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)殘(can)留率.在(zai)(zai)900、1000、1100、1200、1300和(he)(he)1450℃溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)(xia),將添加Cr、As和(he)(he)Pb化(hua)學試劑(ji)的(de)(de)生(sheng)料(liao)(liao)(liao)分(fen)別進(jin)行(xing)煅(duan)燒(shao),模擬(ni)重金屬在(zai)(zai)水泥窯內(nei)不(bu)同溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)帶的(de)(de)煅(duan)燒(shao)過程.結果表明,6個溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)(xia),Cr主(zhu)要分(fen)布在(zai)(zai)熟料(liao)(liao)(liao)中(zhong)(zhong)并(bing)且呈(cheng)現不(bu)規則變化(hua);顆(ke)粒物中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)Cr在(zai)(zai)1200℃條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)(xia)分(fen)布量最(zui)大(da)(da),所占比(bi)例為32.79%(w);在(zai)(zai)900℃和(he)(he)1450℃條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)(xia),煙氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)Cr分(fen)布量最(zui)大(da)(da),所占比(bi)例為0.24%(w).6個溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)(xia)As主(zhu)要分(fen)布在(zai)(zai)熟料(liao)(liao)(liao)中(zhong)(zhong)并(bing)且1000~1450℃條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)(xia)穩定(ding)在(zai)(zai)81%~83%之間;在(zai)(zai)900℃條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)(xia),As在(zai)(zai)熟料(liao)(liao)(liao)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)殘(can)留率最(zui)大(da)(da),所占比(bi)例為97%(w);在(zai)(zai)1450℃條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)(xia),As在(zai)(zai)尾氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)分(fen)布達(da)到(dao)最(zui)大(da)(da)值,所占比(bi)例為0.0023%(w).6個溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)(xia),Pb在(zai)(zai)熟料(liao)(liao)(liao)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)殘(can)留率隨著溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)升(sheng)高(gao)而逐(zhu)漸(jian)減少,揮發(fa)顆(ke)粒物中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)含量呈(cheng)現相反(fan)的(de)(de)趨勢;尾氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)Pb的(de)(de)含量隨著溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)的(de)(de)升(sheng)高(gao)逐(zhu)漸(jian)增加.
