SPG膜曝氣-基因工程菌生物膜反應器處理阿特拉津廢水研究

膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)曝氣(qi)-生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)反應(ying)(ying)器(MABR)是一(yi)種新(xin)型的(de)(de)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)-生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)廢水(shui)處理工藝,在MABR中采用基(ji)因(yin)(yin)工程(cheng)菌(jun)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)強化難降解污染物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)去(qu)(qu)除.本研究在SPG膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)表(biao)面(mian)形成基(ji)因(yin)(yin)工程(cheng)菌(jun)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo),運行(xing)SPG膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)曝氣(qi)-生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)反應(ying)(ying)器(SPG-MABR)處理阿(a)特(te)拉津(jin)廢水(shui),考察了(le)氣(qi)壓、掛膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)量和液(ye)(ye)體(ti)流速(su)(su)對SPG-MABR運行(xing)性能的(de)(de)影響,以(yi)(yi)及基(ji)因(yin)(yin)工程(cheng)菌(jun)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)變化.結(jie)果表(biao)明,提高(gao)氣(qi)壓可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)增(zeng)大(da)透氧系(xi)數,從而(er)提高(gao)阿(a)特(te)拉津(jin)和COD的(de)(de)去(qu)(qu)除速(su)(su)率以(yi)(yi)及復氧速(su)(su)率.提高(gao)掛膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)量能夠(gou)加快阿(a)特(te)拉津(jin)和COD的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)去(qu)(qu)除,但生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)厚度增(zeng)加使得(de)氧傳質阻力增(zeng)大(da),復氧速(su)(su)率降低.層流狀態(tai)下減(jian)小SPG-MABR中的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)流速(su)(su),有(you)利(li)于污染物(wu)(wu)(wu)向生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)擴散傳質,從而(er)提高(gao)污染物(wu)(wu)(wu)去(qu)(qu)除速(su)(su)率.氣(qi)壓為(wei)300kPa、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)量為(wei)25g·m-2、液(ye)(ye)體(ti)流速(su)(su)為(wei)0.05m·s-1時,SPG-MABR反應(ying)(ying)器對阿(a)特(te)拉津(jin)5d的(de)(de)去(qu)(qu)除率可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)達到(dao)98.6%.在SPG-MABR運行(xing)過程(cheng)中,基(ji)因(yin)(yin)工程(cheng)菌(jun)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)呈現(xian)微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)態(tai)化趨(qu)勢.生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)表(biao)面(mian)逐漸被其他微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)細(xi)胞覆蓋(gai),基(ji)因(yin)(yin)工程(cheng)菌(jun)分布減(jian)少,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)內部仍(reng)以(yi)(yi)基(ji)因(yin)(yin)工程(cheng)菌(jun)細(xi)胞為(wei)主.
