固體添加劑對污泥焚燒過程中重金屬遷移行為的影響
摘要
利用(yong)高溫固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)管式爐研究了4種固(gu)(gu)(gu)體添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)(CaO、Al2O3、粉煤(mei)(mei)灰和高嶺(ling)土)對(dui)污泥焚(fen)燒(shao)過程中(zhong)6種重(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr、Ni、Zn)在底渣中(zhong)的(de)遷移行為與(yu)(yu)固(gu)(gu)(gu)化殘留特征(zheng)的(de)影響.結果(guo)表明,污泥焚(fen)燒(shao)過程中(zhong)4種固(gu)(gu)(gu)體添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)(CaO、Al2O3、粉煤(mei)(mei)灰和高嶺(ling)土)的(de)加(jia)入有利于重(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)并且殘留在焚(fen)燒(shao)底渣中(zhong),并且隨著固(gu)(gu)(gu)體添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)添(tian)(tian)加(jia)比例的(de)增多,重(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)的(de)殘留率也逐漸增加(jia).焚(fen)燒(shao)溫度(du)對(dui)固(gu)(gu)(gu)體添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)吸附重(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)的(de)效果(guo)有很大影響,其中(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)自(zi)身熔點(dian)、沸點(dian)及重(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)在污泥中(zhong)的(de)賦存(cun)形態是決定(ding)其揮發(fa)性的(de)一個重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)因素.不(bu)同固(gu)(gu)(gu)體添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)對(dui)不(bu)同重(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)遷移的(de)抑制效果(guo)有很大差異,從控制重(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)揮發(fa)角度(du)來看,固(gu)(gu)(gu)體添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)高嶺(ling)土和CaO要(yao)優于其他固(gu)(gu)(gu)體添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑(ji).固(gu)(gu)(gu)體添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)活(huo)性中(zhong)心(xin)與(yu)(yu)重(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)化合物分子的(de)相互作用(yong)取(qu)決于這些活(huo)性位的(de)分布(bu)及重(zhong)(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)的(de)化學性質.
